Couldn’t have been a better experience as Patrick and Alex quickly responded to our call and were not only attentive to our needs, but made sure that we understood our problem, all while giving us peace of mind.

Our pipes had backed up and we were stressed. We have had companies take advantage of our dilemmas in the past. Patrick and Alex helped talk us through the problem over the phone so that we had an idea of the costs before coming out which made all of the difference.

Other than the delayed start, which I understand. They did great, completed the job, and made sure it was done right. And there was alot to fix.

We noticed our AC wasn't really reaching the upstairs of our house and looking closer, there was some frost/condensation on the AC line that was a little worrying so we made a few calls over the weekend to try to get in somewhere. Not only did they answer promptly on a Saturday, the gentleman we talked to took the time to explain a fee 'this is what it could be' scenarios. They sent Mark out to us the next day who was professional, very nice and thorough in explaining exactly what was wrong and fixed it. All on a Sunday morning. All with extremely fair pricing. I can't tell you how thrilled we are. We will be staying with Comfort by Design for all of our HVAC needs in the future. We HIGHLY recommend!
