Sometimes they leave and another problem from the same job might pop up within a few days, and they send someone out right away, no added charge, depending on what the issue is. Cory assisted us with our Kitchen Renovation Plumbing preparation. We had several adjustments we needed to make in the kitchen and laundry room so our plumbing was in the correct position for our custom cabinetry. He also helped us with a leak that occurred at the waterline for the fridge. The water shutoff valve for that line had snapped off when we tried to turn it. Cory was terrific and stayed late on a Friday to ensure the task was complete. RECOMMEND!

Scheduling was easy. Both plumbers, Kirk and Clayton, listened to my opinion of the leak's origin before investigating. After, they were able to identify a different source of the leak and stop it. Each explained what caused the leak then gave me a recommendation on how to prevent future occurrences. There was no inflated pricing or non-factual claims, just straightforward in-your-face facts. I will be a repeat customer.

My repairman was amazing. He arrived and I hadn’t slept for quite awhile and he waited for 30 minutes to do my service. He repaired it and was so nice and told me a way to service make sure it doesn’t happen again. You should call them. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He was so pleasant to work with.

After I had finished, he gave his thoughts on what I experienced and explained his ideas before he started the diagnostics. Initial results were mixed so he tested things out to ensure he had the correct game plan and to give me the available options. Upsell wasn't pushy and he thoroughly explained the different choices. Once completed, we had some banter with responses to my amateur Q and A's, going so far as too actually applying a piece of sealant tape to assuage my concern about a really unrelated observation. My old tank hot water heater gave out and Braden was responsive and arrived out to give me a quote. He installed a tankless hot water heater and had to run some extra piping and electrical to install it near where my old tank heater was located.
