After hearing about these guys on Next Door and reading their reviews I decided to give them a call to clean out a drain that I have been having problems with. They were awesome the guy I talked to took the time to ask me about and troubleshoot my problem right over the phone. After talking to him what he said made complete sense and I went back and verified everything he said. I was able to resolve the problem without even having them come to house. I felt compelled to give them an amazing review for their incredible integrity and great customer service. I will definitely be using them for all my drain problems in the future.

These guys are the best! We had a problem with water backing up at the sink and our washing machine in the basement. I called a different company who came, were nice, but failed to fix the problem, stated that a collapsed pipe might be the problem, did more unproductive work trying to prove it, and in the end handed me an estimate to rip up basement flooring and replace a lot of piping. I decided to get a second opinion.

AT YOUR SERVICE came the same day, attacked the problem from a different (and understandably better) inlet, cleared the blockage, used a high pressure spray to really clean out the pipe, cleaned up, and also cost ~less than half~ of what I'd been charged by the first folks. Their magnet is now on my refrigerator.

Amazing service! I believe I was talking with Patrick but he answered right away and was able to resolve my simple problem over the phone. 100% interested in not charging me and generally wanted to solve my problem the cheapest way.

I would highly recommend as you will not talk with a call center you will get someone that knows what they are doing on the phone on the first call.

Our basement drain was backed up from roots in the line. I called Pat first thing in the morning and he was out the same morning. He was very friendly and great customer service. He drilled out the roots and unclogged the basement drain, double check to make sure the drain was clear. The pricing of the service is very reasonable. We will be using At Your Service for our next plumbing needs.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink line so I called At Your Service. They responded quickly & were able to come out the same day. Not only was the job done efficiently but the price was very reasonable. Nice guys, I would definitely recommend them!

We needed our main drain cleared, so I started reading reviews to find who to call. We actually had a home warranty but when I called the provider they couldn't even give an idea of an estimate. I get I could have had them come and when they told me the cost I could have said, no, thanks., but what a waste of time. So I called a few companies, one never returned my call, another said no estimate without coming to the house, and another gave a rate of minimum of $240 just to run the drain cleaner. I left a message for At Your Service and Patrick called back quickly. He was very clear about the rates $159 for each hour, but he figured if the drain was in good shape it would be done within the hour. Alex is the technician that came to do the work. He was very polite, took in the info I had for him, and was very clean (cleared away the yuck from around the drain, laid tarps where he brought the machine in). He got the drain cleared within 45 minutes and we paid $159. We left for a 7 day vacation the next day and within 3 days of coming home the drain backed up again. I called At Your Service and talked to Patrick. He was on our doorstep in an hour!! He was able to clean the line out farther where there was a catch and lots of roots. He recommended a product to help keep the roots at bay and to have them back in 8 months since the roots were pretty dense in there. (The second visit was covered in their guarantee so it was no additional cost.) Highly recommend and will use them again!

Charged $300 for a wax ring on a toilet, flushed the first time after he left and still leaking into my ceiling. Also damaged the neighbors yard when parking in my driveway and so far hasn’t reimbursed my expenses to fix! Was extremely unprofessional when I pointed out the damage to my neighbors property…which included breaking their sprinkler head.

Landlord let them in. Went downstairs. Found problem. Produced one baby wipe that was causing blockage. Decided he needed to make me feel stupid by showing this. Think he brought it with him. When he left he left garage door wide open, front door open and all basement doors open. Definitely a jerk

Very disappointed in the recent service I had with At Your Service Drain cleaners. After they left, I went to run the drain and it was still not draining. Called to ask them to come back. Owner started arguing with me about putting food down the drain of which I did not. I told him the job was not done correctly and again he made it sound like I had done something in the 5 minutes after his service person had left to cause it. Very frustrating experience and horrible customer service. Will not use them or recommend them to anyone.i

Highly recommended, we have been using At Your Service for the past 8 years at our business in Olathe KS. We have used them for any problem that we may have had from blocked urinals, toilets, resetting toilets, or sweating 2 inch copper lines that were leaking. Patrick and Alex have been able to help us out in a very timely manner and have been very professional. With a business that employees more than 500 people it is very important to keep all of the restrooms and sinks available for use. My initial contact with this company was awesome. The son was pleasant and got the job done; however I was not told key details. Guess what, same problem occurred today. Called the company back and got Patrick. He was very rude. He interrupted me constantly when I was trying to explain that I was not aware my services were not guaranteed and just a temporary fix. He talked to me as if I had plumbing know how although I kept trying to tell him I don't understand plumbing language. I told him I understood he was saying it wasn't guaranteed and that it would be full cost if he came out. I still wanted to be heard. He also laughed when I said I wasn't being heard. I was 100% willing to try the service again( even after being told it would be full price), but do to his poor customer service I'll go elsewhere. And to top it off, he hung up while I was still trying to talk.

I used this company years ago at my home and was very pleased. In fact, everything was going well this time also, until it didn't. Alex came out to clear basement drains and discovered that an external pipe had collapsed. He was very professional, explained to me my options and we settled on me calling a company he recommended to perform the long term repairs that his company did not handle. He told me that he would place a sump pump and remove the standing water to higher level ground. That is where things went sideways. I returned from a meeting to find him gone and the water still there. When I called to inquire the reason, I spoke with Alex's father. This man needs to retire because he is an extremely rude and poor representative for their business. In retrospect, it is not surprising that he said they could come out immediately when I called the night before--my guess is with him manning the phones, they're not very busy. When I asked why the water had not been drained, he abruptly said, we don't drain basements, actually multiple times. When I told him that I was told by his serviceman (his son) that he would drain it for me due to forecasted rain, he became very rude and condescending. He said they didn't have a sump pump on that truck, that it would cost me a service call to come out and sump what I was told they would sump when Alex was out there, that they didn't actually even have a sump anymore because they sold it on their last call, that draining it wasn't a long term fix (yea, I know, I said I know that), and that he was sarcastically, graciously apologetic that they had done all they could do, which he then repeated anytime I said anything. If they ditch the dad (whom I assume started the company, but is now woefully out of touch) they may be okay. Otherwise, I would steer clear of them on the basis of very poor customer service and the old man's condescending demeanor.

I had a clogged main line, another plumber wanted to dig up my whole yard. I called At Your Service & they were out the same day! They had to pull up my toilet & were able to clear the clog. They did the job in a timely manner & charged a reasonable rate! Will definitely use them again!

Patrick is very cordial, professional and trustworthy. Was able to replace our water heater almost immediately. I would highly recommend!
