The tech was very polite, on time, knew what he was doing and very professional. Addressed all my questions about converting over to a tankless waterheater. Cleaned up the mess after installing equipment and now I have instant hot water. No more loud waterheater noises through the night.

Their driver was doing 60+ down Golf Links swerving through traffic and more than once running someone out of the way. I'm sure they put the same care into their work as the safety of those around them.

Definitely recommend, they were able to fix a clog with just a few pictures and advice. Friendly people!

We had a shower installation contractor break the valve handle of the main water supply to our house and didn't know how to repair it. I called Spartan Plumbing and they were at our house in less than two hours! The plumber did an outstanding job repairing the valve. We couldn't have been more satisfied. I highly recommend Spartan Plumbing and would definitely call them again.

I saw this truck 12/08/2017 a little before 4pm on Ajo Way heading west. It was driving very poorly. It would drive slow then when I would attempt to pass it would speed up. It did this several times until speeding into the right lane to turn onto Kinney.

Bill and Michael (plumbers) were truly exceptional. Polite. Prompt and Courteous. I have used the services of Spartan for 19 years and Mike (owner)and his company run a terrific customer focused service/product.

Extremely disappointed, they jerked my in-laws around for a month, about unclogging a water pipe. Finally today someone shows up and we find that Spartan was bought by this other company….they were probably going under due to not being able to complete jobs as stated and finding excuses. This work was supposed to be completed 2 weeks ago, they have had to find other means to do their laundry, which is BS. Praying this other company is reputable and completes the job soon!

They came through during an emergency, but prices were much steeper than average. The plumber was very dedicated, but seemed to be overworked.

Recently purchased a new free-standing gas range that could not be pushed flush to the wall due to the the height of the gas line. Contacted Spartan on a Saturday and had 2 technicians at my door the following Monday (early) afternoon. They quickly determined that the position of the gas line valve was the problem; re-positioned it; and were finished within an hour. Very positive experience. Highly recommend.

And they even guaranteed work done by the previous owner of the house (because of possible permit issues). I wouldn’t work with anyone else. They showed up on time, they called ahead. The quote and final price was a $250+ difference. I don't like dishonest businesses, I understand a quote is a round about estimate but a difference that big is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this company AT ALL!

After a bad experience with the office staff, they emailed and apologized. Not many people would go out of their way to make that effort. I am glad they acknowledged the issue and addressed it.

DIY repair turned into a late night disaster, I called three other 24/7 plumbing companies and all declined. Derek, with Spartan Plumbing, despite answering a call in between jobs, informed me he would have it repaired that night. He arrived when he said he would and solved the issue in a timely and professional manner. Words can't even express how blown away I was from the service received. I can't recommend him and will be my goto for any future mishaps.

My AC went out a couple of summers ago and had a hard time trying to find anyone to come out to see what was wrong because everyone's AC was going out at that time and so everyone was booked but my brother's girlfriend Gina works at and told me about Spartan Plumbing and they were just starting out with air conditioning and the guys came out right away that day and let me know exactly what was going on and they were very pleasant and very professional. Unfortunately because I was renting my real estate place had to go through a different company that was through the warranty company but I really did want to use Spartan Plumbing AC & Heating. They had the part that I needed and would have gotten it fixed for me right away but because of me renting I had to wait 3 weeks with no AC in the very hot summer because of waiting on the warranty company to approve and the company they chose to use were overbooked. I would highly recommend Spartan Plumbing for plumbing services. The service technican Jose was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the water leak quickly and the total cost was less than the quoted amount given to me by another plumbing company. I would definitely call them again.

Called spartan plumbing with a sewer backup, the tech arrived( jose) and cleared the line as a courtesy, ran his camera and found my issue. He gave me reasonable price options to resolve my issue. Left and cleaned up his area as well as leaving it cleaner than it was. I will be using spartan plumbing from here on out.

I had Spartan come out and fix Baker Bros sub par work. The techs, Bill and Jeff took their time at diagnosing all of the problems that Baker Bros left behind. We've suffered in our 85+ degrees house for two weeks. As soon as Spartan left my wife and I knew we were in good hands and in a cool house.

Regardless of any work, their employees are dangerous aggressive on the road. 11/5 around 10:30am on Grant, weaving in traffic and purposely forced me to slam on break to avoid truck left rear from hitting right front as they knowing cut in front. I do not hire anyone with aggressive employed because that will be their work ethic with the customer paying for their attitude.

Spartan did a job for me on Friday they damaged my walls chipped off the drywall I have been calling Spartan plumbing to inform them about all the damage that has occurred. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Eric ,and he was not very communicative and did not return my calls when I was trying to have this resolved. I may have got a good price for my unit, but very poor service I will not be going to them again.

GREAT customer service. We have used Spartan for multiple projects and they are always friendly, courteous and on-time. Recently had a Pressure Regulator go bad and they totally stood behind their warranty and replaced it for no charge. We will definitely use Spartan in the future.

I recently hired spartan plumbing to unclog a drain and Jose came and did it in less time that another company told me that they wouldn't be out till the next day. I would highly recommend spartan plumbing to my friends and family.

Oh my gosh do not call anyone else! I had someone else come out on a Friday night, it was 90 degrees in my house and they could not fix my air conditioner. They said I need a new control panel that would cost over 1000.00 or a new unit all together over 10,000.00. They even sent someone out Friday night to sell me one. My son had used Spartan before and said call them, so Saturday morning I called and they had Bill out within 1 hour. IT WAS JUST THE THERMOSTAT!! The other company put a new one in but bent the wire so it did not work. I was up and running in no time and it sure was a lot less. WOW! They will be the only one I call from now on!

Hired Spartan to do perma liner and install a new furnace and AC unit in February. Overall they did a great job and cost wise came in a good bit lower on the perma liner than their competitors estimates. The guys were very professional, and during the processs the owner of the company stopped by during the install and asked how things were going. This told me a lot about their Commitment to their customers. I had a couple of minor issues since with the plumbing and Eric has been great about getting them taken care of quickly. Recently had a glitch with my AC, turned out to be a faulty WiFi thermostat. The ac temperature wouldn’t lower but the air temperature did. I called on a Tuesday evening spoke with Bill, Eric stopped by that evening and Bill came on Wednesday morning and checked everything out and got the issue resolved. As a customer service manager for years I am extremely happy with the great customer service, their attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring that the services and products they provide are of the highest quality. I will definitely recommend them and will continue to use them.

We've always had great service from Spartan Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Earlier this week the blower motor of our 15 year old AC had gone out and we decided it was time for a new AC unit. I called Spartan Tuesday morning and asked for Bill who gave us great service last time and within an hour I received a call from Bill. I explained to him that my AC was out and wanted price quotes on a new one. Right away Bill looked into prices for a new AC, asked me a few questions about our home, and also came out to inspect my old AC. By 1:30, the same day Bill had set up for us to have our AC replaced the next day, crane and all! After installation Bill gave us a courtesy call asking how our new unit was running and I let him know that there was a vibration and humming noise coming from the AC and he said he would check it out the next day. The next morning he came out and placed a rubber pad under the AC which diminished the vibration and humming noise completely. Today is Friday and our new AC is cooling the house nicely and quietly. I'm still very amazed at how quickly they were able to replace my old AC. Thank you Bill and team for always giving the best service!

I've used Spartan a number of times over the last 15 years, and had to call them today for the first time in a long time. As always they were punctual, very professional, and excellent problem solvers. Today's problem with my bathtub was tricky, but they didn't stop until it was fixed. Their pricing is very reasonable.

This place went out of business in August 2021. They need to takee down their business info on Google.

Called for quote on only Installation and quoted $350. I have a new water heater in living room with all parts. I just need tank lifted into furnace room and gas lines attached. These guys are not Doctors and that is a sickening amount..almost as much as the new heater itself. Totally Disgusting!!

Only company we phoned that could respond the same Saturday--and within 20 minutes. The 2 workers labored hard for 3 hours on our seriously clogged line and solved the problem. I expected a bill double the one we got. Great service, smart plumbers, friendly folks!

I called to set up an appointment, the woman who answered the phone is completely RUDE, She does not have any Customer Service at all.

I asked Spartan to install hot and cold copper stub elbows which retail for about $10 each. I was quoted a price of $125 each installed which I understood to mean the price included labor. After the job was completed adequately in about an hour, I was also charged $128 for an hour of labor bringing the total bill to about $400. Either I was double charged for labor or I was charged $125 for a $10 part. Either way, it was very expensive and I regret calling them.

I had a plumbing emergency and had to turn the water off to my house, so was feeling stressed and wanted to get someone out to my house as soon as possible. I picked Spartan Plumbing due to the reviews and they lived up to them! They arrived on time, fixed the problem, left the area tidy as well as they were pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend!

Only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 was because of the lack of communication to inform us they would be arriving outside the timeframe we were told. Other than that though once they arrived they fixed the hot water pressure issue we were having very fast and fixed the leak from the water line for the fridge. I know businesses have their busy days so even though I didn't give a 5 I would still highly recommend them for their services!

They not only responded to my call, provided a fair evaluation and estimate the same day but they also came out to my home a day earlier than scheduled to get a head start on the installation. Very professional and I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

We had a leak in our Kitchen! Gilbert came and fixed it in a timely manner. His professionalism and quickness was impressive.

Spartan Plumbing is very unethical ~ I know this firsthand. The Home Builder (big name home builder) in my parent's subdivision had Spartan fix a main water line leak at my parent's home, who are very elderly. Spartan used an totally incorrect coupling however (unbeknowndst to everyone, because they covered it up before the home builder could inspect it) and it finally failed 3 years later, which caused a MAJOR water leak to the tune of $1100! They refused to take responsibility for their error because they insisted they were protected by the State ROC, which says that after 2 years companies are protected from mistakes. What?! My poor parents, who are on a fixed income, had absolutely no recourse and were forced to pay for Spartan's mistake. Shame on such shoddy business practices ~ sad to think that my parent's were the first and won't be the last to suffer from Spartan's lack of business ethic.

I highly recommend spartan plumbing heating and cooling. My ac wasnt cooling. Bill came out and got ut taken care of quick. So thankful!!

We recently hired Spartan to complete a commercial project. They came in under what we've been quoted elsewhere and completed the job faster than expected. All of the staff we had contact with were helpful & friendly (Heather). Extra thank you to Jose at the job site – he was professional, knowledgeable and kept a clean and efficient space for us while we continued our daily business operations during the plumbing work. We will be back to Spartan!

Rip off champions of Tucson! Quoted me two hours of work to install eight quarter turn on off valves, change two toilet flanges and tap an ninety degree elbow. All in a empty house. No vanities or toilets installed. The guy showed up on Memorial day took five hours to install the on off valves that i bought, and said the toilet flanges were still good. Now they want to charge me $650!! There was no emergency so the guy could have came on Tuesday but he wanted to get a jump on the work.

I called at Spartan at 3:00 p.m. Saturday and was told someone would be at the house between 4:00 and 6:30 p.m. 7:00 p.m. rolls around and nobody is there and nobody has called me. I call back to get the answering service, who contacts the guy who was supposed to handle the call. 1/2 hour goes by and I get a call from some guy who is equivocating about when he will be able to make it out (should be by 8:30 blah, blah, blah). I start calling other plumbers, but of course it is now Saturday night and I am being told by Roto Rooter a service guy can get to me in an 1 to 2 hours. I ask what the charges are and am told I will have to wait to talk to the service guy for that information. Sure, I'll wait another couple of hours to be given some ridiculous charge. Cummings Plumbing's answering service said $99 for the first hour. The plumber who called me said no, it is $346 for the first hour. I told him to forget it. While I am calling a guy from Spartan says they are ready to come by if I still want. Ok, I say, come by. They try to snake out the line and say the snake can't reach the blockage and all they have is a 90' snake, so my what I need to do is have a second cleanout installed closer to the street. This is a rental I own and is occupied, as the plumber knows, so he knows I have to fix the problem. When could it be done?, I ask. I can get a crew out here tomorrow, he says. How much will it cost? I ask. About $2,200, he says. I tell him no, thanks, and pay him $152 for not fixing the problem. The next day, Tom from Silverado Rooter and Plumbing comes out and clears the blockage for $130.

I subsequently call the Spartan guy and ask why he didn't pull the toilet close to the sewer line and snake the line out. He tells me he used to do that, but because of possible problems with the toilet flange blah, blah, blah, he doesn't do that any more. Really? Digging up and adding a cleanout to an 80 year old sewer line for $2,200 is the way to go, huh? Something tells me that after they started work, I'd be hearing that the sewer line is old and cracked and I needed to replace it for, say, $8,000. Regardless, the guy brings a puny snake that isn't up to the job, charges me $152 to not fix the problem, and recommends an expensive solution that is ripe for trouble rather than pulling a toilet because of some speculative concern that the toilet flange could be a problem.

So, I speak with Jeb, the Spartan service manager, because I find it hard to believe in the big truck the plumber came in there was not a longer snake. Jeb confirms that all they have are 90' snakes with a 10' extension (the bill I received says only the 90' snake was used) because code requires a cleanout every 100'. Jeb then acknowledges that there are a lot of houses in Tucson that were built before this code was in place. He confirms that they used to pull toilets and run snakes, but don't anymore because blah, blah, blah. He offered to refund $50. I told him to keep it, that and I would use every review site I could to relay my experience and warn others away.

On a Sunday afternoon, Tom from Silverado Rooter and Plumbing responded to my call regarding a blocked sewer line, showing up right when he said he would. He warned me in advance there was an extra $25/hr weekend rate (about $100 for the first hour, normally) and a nominal mileage fee, which was peanuts compared to what some of these other gougers charge. Within 1/2 hour, Tom had the line cleared, then snaked it again for good measure with the 150' snake he brought. The difference between this honest, quick resolution of a common problem contrasts with the responses of Spartan plumbing, which I had the misfortune of call first.

If you want a company that has inadequate equipment, tries to tell you you will have to spend thousands of dollars do something that is liable to create even more problems, call Spartan.

If you want to fix your problem in a reasonable manner, call Silverado. If you want to spend thousands for what should cost $100 to $200, call Spartan.

Don't hire them,that is all I wan't to tell everybody. They don't do anything to fix the problem. They take the easy road out and tell you, you need to replace it to a new one.I am not the only one that has had this experience with them, and you could see that from other customer's that got riped off. They need to fix their way of doing bussiness. If they wan't to have any bussiness!..

A gentleman by the name of Jose came out for a plumbing repair at my home yesterday. He was professional, and had the repair done in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me so I understood exactly what needed done. I would recommend Spartan Plumbing to my family and friends.

do not hire these guys for any a/c work ...them, cxame out to fix my a/c ....theyy didnt even know what they were doing.......after being here for 2 hours after tel;ling me that it was onmly gonna take 45 minutes and ending up taking 2 hours.....then they didnt fix anythjing.....my a/c started blowing heat only after they left......DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS FOR ANY A/C WORK NOI NO NO NO NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spartan has been my go to company for years! From the initial call with Gina, the quick response of a tech arriving at our home, and more importantly the completed work, I am beyond happy with the service we receive. They take the time to listen to my concerns and guide me in the right direction to reach the solutions. And priced right too! Thanks Spartan, I highly recommend you!

From the beginning to the end, I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect.
Oh and as a bonus, they were a lot less than another company that came to give me a quote.
Started out with another company, they came and tested my A/C system, it was pulling too much power at start up, which was a problem that I knew about since last summer, so we planned for a repair before this summer. Also the system had a leak and was 20 years old. The other company wanted nearly $2000 to repair it, but really wanted to push us into a new system, after hearing the sales pitch and turning them down because they wanted between $15k and $20k. I got the, “we have an opening in two days, if you sign now we will knock off $500”. That’s when I knew I had to get them out of my house ASAP!

Then I called Spartan, they came out right away. Tested my system and gave me a quote for a repair, half of the price of the other company. Then we talked about doing a replacement, we went over options, pros and cons. Never once did they try to push a new system on us. It was when my wife said just replace it now so we don’t have to worry about it for many more years to come, that’s when I knew what to do. We scheduled the replacement for the following week. Then Sunday morning comes along, I walk out to the garage, water flowing on the floor, leaking water heater... I call Spartan, they help me turn off the water and gas and drain the heater and then give me the option of emergency call on a Sunday or they would have someone out Monday morning. I go with Monday morning to save a few dollars, I can go one day without hot water. They show up on time, replace the water heater and cleanup and done in about an hour.
On Wednesday we have the A/C scheduled, they show up on time and get started right away, everything went as planned.
I could not be happier with Spartan. They did everything they said they would and treated us right.

I had a plumbing emergency at 11:00 on a Tuesday night, May 8, 2018. I called Spartan Plumbing, the dispatcher was courteous and was up front about the pricing and availability of the plumber. Benjamin, the plumber dispatched to my home, arrived sooner than anticipated, and was extremely fast and extremely proficient. He had the problem fixed in half an hour. I would call this company again without any hesitation. Considering the late night time, and the quality of the work done, the price was very reasonable.

Spartan Plumbing installed an A.C. unit in my Town home. Eric, Matt, and Bill were on time, courteous, and did a great job. They made sure we were satisfied with the job before they left and even did a follow up call the next day. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Great work from Bill and his team on a new HVAC system. Got bids from several companies and Spartan was definitely the way to go. They recommended the right product for my home and did an excellent job with the installation. The install was done quickly and Bill followed up with me afterwards to make sure things were running smoothly. Great product warranty and ease-of-mind knowing that Spartan will take care of me if there are any issues down the line. Overall extremely pleased with their level of service and professionalism!

So it finally quit working our over 20 yr a/c unit had enough, we called Spartan Plumbing to help out but after a few minutes watching them with their probe thing and disconnecting and reconnecting wires, the compressor would fail to come on, just a clunk and pop the breaker. They gave an estimate for replace the compressor (r-22) or complete new install, better efficiency etc, etc. After some time and phone calls we called Spartan back and by the next day we had a brand new unit, works great! Thank you Eric, Ryan and Bill. No pressure approach, explained and answered questions. Thank you!

Spartan /All In Plumbing did a great job installing our new water heater. We’ve used this company for years and they always have fair prices & good service. Very professional & highly recommend.

We Had multiple pipe leaks in our home, and contacted Spartan Plumbing about our problems. we were told by them that they could fix our problems, and we would not have any more plumbing problems. We paid them just under $10,000 for their services. They handed us a Warranty for the work they had done. Last week our hot water on one half of our house stopped flowing. It just happens to be the part of the home where all the bathrooms are. so no showers for my wife 4 children and I. We had a local plumber come check out the situation. Spartan Plumbing had put a layer of plastic coating on the inside of our pipes, and over time it was pealing away, and causing our pipes to be clogged. At this point the material cannot be cleared, and we were told we will have to replace all the plumbing in our home to stop the problem. I will tell you that is a big chunk of money and a huge inconvenience. My wife called Spartan plumbing today to inform them of the problem. My wife is a soft spoken kind person, and for her troubles she was given a sharp telling off as if they were mad at her for trusting them with our home, and paying them for their services. We have the warranty papers and informed the person of this. she said they would not be doing anything for us. My wife asked of she could speak to one of the owners, and she said she was one of the owners. for this I am writing my first review to let others know that this is not a trustworthy company, and you should look elsewhere for your plumbing needs, and I am going to go look for a place to shower.

We needed our water heater replaced, it was leaking and had flooded our garage. Seth came and helped cleaned up what he could and replaced our water heater. It was a Saturday and Christmas Eve! Seth was quick and professional. Because of him I will definitely be recommending to family and friends

Called on Spartan to fix a leak in front yard. Jose was quick to fix the problem .Even he left with mud on his clothes .He still had a positive attitude. Thanks again jose for the great work .

Called and was quoted a price of $96 per hour for kitchen faucet installation (with minimum one hour charge, then charged in 15 minute increments), plus $25 trip charge. Technician was onsite for 1 hour and 15 minutes, which would be $145 total ($96 + $24 + $25). Instead, I was charged $217. Called the Office Manager the next day and was told faucet installation is a flat rate of $192 (2 hours plus the $25 trip charge). When I explained I was quoted a price of $96 per hour and the technician was onsite for only 75 minutes, she said the quote was wrong. After much insistence (and I admit I got very angry), she finally agreed to give me a refund of $48 - although I really wanted a refund of $72 (45 minutes of labor). Office Manager got very defensive and angry with me over this - certainly not a customer first approach and doing what it would take to make me happy. Had I been refunded $72 instead of only $48, I would be happy and would not have written this negative review. (BTW, the technician did not center the faucet (spout would turn to the left but not to the right). The faucet was functional, but the technician had to come out again the following day correct the installation.)
