I had to wait a while for these guys to come out as they are so busy, but it was DEFINITELY worth the wait. I had other plumbers come out from one of the bigger companies and they quoted me crazy stuff that I needed to do (over $10,000!) in addition to fixing my bathroom sink leak. Hornbuckle's guys diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, got right to it and fixed me up in no time. They said everything else was just fine and that they wouldn't recommend ANY other work. They cleaned up very nicely as well. They were really sharp guys; considerate and obviously with high integrity. I'm a Hornbuckle lifer and you should be too!

Highly recommend this company. Super professional all the way around. The office staff (Debra) was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and returned phone calls promptly if she was out of the office. The service technician (Holden) was on time and very professional. He walked me through the whole process, explaining everything every step of the way. He did a thorough job of inspecting my entire pool and all of the plumbing and was able to make repairs. Super satisfied with the service and will definitely use this company again if I ever have any other water leak issues in the future.

We woke up this Saturday morning with a house full of guests and a leaking water heater, that left all of us in a bind regarding our weekends' plans. We had with us our daughter with her boyfriend, our grandma from overseas, and dealing with piles of dishes freom last nights' family reunion celebration.

Joe is freaking amazing. He was punctual, professional, very knowledgable & did a great job.

Our toilet was leaking into our downstairs hot water closet, Joe completely redid our piping to the toilet in one afternoon visit. Good as new.

Mr Rooter has done multiple jobs for me. They installed a tankless water heater, a toilet, repaired a pipe in the wall that was damaged, and now they are repairing a drainage pipe from a sink that was not installed correctly years ago. They don't mind if you watch because they have nothing to hide from the customer. They explain what they are doing and are very respectful to me and my home. They are very much like family.

FANTASTIC!!! What a great company to find (and believe you me I take my time to find a good company over a get it done now solution). Jeff/Crew came out within a day of me calling, on time and stayed until the job was done. IDthink any of us thought this job would be as extensive as it was! We also had a broken faucet and they repaired that faster than it took me to pick out a replacement faucet! Overall a great company that I will definitely use again!

Very happy with the same company I used 18 years ago who quickly analyzed the problem, gave me a price and returned to do the work which took several hours and charged me the same quoted price. I will use Brooks Plumbing again.
