Within what seemed like 20 minutes, JN Plumbing had already found the issue, stopped the leak, and was soldering new copper pipe. In addition to his great work, he also fully explained what happened, what he did to fix it, and what possible moisture damage to keep an eye on over the next few days. Great guy and great service. Everything was done as expected and at a reasonable price. Went the extra mile to route basement pipes so they would be as out of the way as possible. Highly recommended!

Joe is very professional, honest, and easy to work with. Communication is quick, he takes the time to explain everything, and the cost estimates are very fair. I've had him come out for two jobs and have already hired him for a third. The first job was running new gas lines to a gas range/oven and gas dryer. He worked fast and tested my existing lines to make sure everything worked as intended. The second job was a new tankless water heater system to replace my janky, standard hot water heater, which he did quickly and cleanly. I'm very happy with the work and my wife is extremely happy about the limitless hot water for showers. Joe is my go-to guy for plumbing.

I had a leak in a toilet water supply line and was fortunate to find Joe and his company, JN Plumbing. He is personable, honest, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again for any plumbing issues.

While having my bathroom remodeled I met Joe. He roughed in all the new plumbing. He came across some kooky setups. He corrected/replaced all of that to make it modern and right. I talked with him about replacing my very old gas water heater. He was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining my options. I decided to go with a tankless which he installed. He also replaced all of the old galvenized pipes and installed PEX plumbing.

Joe did a terrific job! He worked diligently and completed the install in a timely manner. Again he explained all he had done. When the job was complete he cleaned up well and removed all of the old debris. My house was built in 1925. It's a really good feeling to update a lot of a crucial system like plumbing. There may be more to do down the line, and I know I want JN Plumbing to be a part of that.

Called JN Plumbing to repair a shower and tub faucet that was put in poorly during a recent bathroom remodel. Joe was super responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only did he fix the issue (low pressure), but found and repaired a small leak behind the wall in the shower plumbing. Water heater had been whistling a few times over the past month. Rather than take the chance something was wrong. Called Joe, came by same day, identified the problem BOTH with the existing Pressure reducing valve that had been installed and removed by a previous guy, AND determined the temperature pressure relief valve needed replacing because of the 150ish psi coming directing into the the house.
He was friendly, knowledgable, and I felt confident the issue was resolved for a resonable price!
