I called with a plumbing emergency (busted pipe behind the walls). No recommendation or referral; He happened to pop up at the top of the list on my Google Map search. Within what seemed like 20 minutes, JN Plumbing had already found the issue, stopped the leak, and was soldering new copper pipe. In addition to his great work, he also fully explained what happened, what he did to fix it, and what possible moisture damage to keep an eye on over the next few days. Great guy and great service. Highly recommended if you are in East Nashville or Madison.

Just in the first minute of Joe's visit I felt like he really cared, understood my concerns, and wanted to make sure I knew he was going to solve the issue and do a thorough job. Not only is he AMAZING at his job he is a great person and a joy to have around!
I had a bad experience with a different company and there’s nothing worse than having people in your home or doing something that’s really important to you and feeling like they’re being disrespectful, dismissing your concerns and that they don’t really care.
JN Plumbing CARES. He came as soon as he could on a day where a concern I had was more timely. He wants you to be happy with his work and for you to know he solved your problem. I literally sent all my friends who own homes his info immediately after he left and said “SAVE HIS NUMBER”! It can unfortunately be hard to find awesome people but when I do I love to shout it from the rooftops!
JN plumbing came to our rescue when our bathroom sink would not drain. Quickly and affordable, they were able to replace our pipes and make everything work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Nashville looking for a reliable, trustworthy plumber!

Excellent service, professional and personable. Rerouted drain in basement and dug up and replaced old pipe in yard. Installed a new sink and water pump in basement. Everything was done as expected and at a reasonable price. Went the extra mile to route basement pipes so they would be as out of the way as possible. Highly recommended!

Joe did such an incredible job for us installing a new toilet and sink. He knows what he’s doing and was such a professional. We would recommend him highly!
Joe is very professional, honest, and easy to work with. Communication is quick, he takes the time to explain everything, and the cost estimates are very fair. I've had him come out for two jobs and have already hired him for a third. The first job was running new gas lines to a gas range/oven and gas dryer. He worked fast and tested my existing lines to make sure everything worked as intended. The second job was a new tankless water heater system to replace my janky, standard hot water heater, which he did quickly and cleanly. I'm very happy with the work and my wife is extremely happy about the limitless hot water for showers. Joe is my go-to guy for plumbing.

While having my bathroom remodeled I met Joe. He roughed in all the new plumbing. He came across some kooky setups. He corrected/replaced all of that to make it modern and right. I talked with him about replacing my very old gas water heater. He was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining my options. I decided to go with a tankless which he installed. He also replaced all of the old galvenized pipes and installed PEX plumbing.
Joe did a terrific job! He worked diligently and completed the install in a timely manner. Again he explained all he had done. When the job was complete he cleaned up well and removed all of the old debris. My house was built in 1925. It's a really good feeling to update a lot of a crucial system like plumbing. There may be more to do down the line, and I know I want JN Plumbing to be a part of that.

Called JN Plumbing to repair a shower and tub faucet that was put in poorly during a recent bathroom remodel. Joe was super responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only did he fix the issue (low pressure), but found and repaired a small leak behind the wall in the shower plumbing. It is always nice to find someone who takes pride in their work; I highly recommend JN Plumbing.
Joe will be our new go to plumber. Super professional, quality work. Didn't try to upsell to things you don't need. Was referred to me by a friend who had him replumb his bath. Seriously will only have him do our work from now on.
Joe did what he said and showed up when he said he would which is rare these days. The quality of work was excellent and at a very reasonable price. The work was completed within two days of my first contact with him. I will be calling him for future work and would recommend him to anyone!
We were able to get appointment within a couple of days. He called before his arrival to ensure someone would be there, which was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and was able to complete the job the same day. We also received an email receipt which included photos of the job. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! Joe was very responsive and did a wonderful job, he even coordinated with my ongoing renovation projects. He answered all of my questions, and was very personable. Very detail oriented and checked in to confirm little details about design and placement! Definitely my go to plumber for any future issues!

Joe is extremely friendly and responsive to fitting you into his busy schedule. He fixed our jammed disposal system as well as showed my daughter how to reset the disposal herself and left her the wrench, in case it happens in the future. Additionally, he was punctual, prepared, and efficient. We had a full pipe, drain, and water line replacement- which is a really large job. Joe came out to fix a smelly sink and immediately made me feel at ease by giving me the estimate before he started the job. He was also willing to look at a few other spots we asked about, and advised us against doing the work because he didn't think it needed to be done. Honest, friendly, and local. Will call him again if needed.

Joe is freaking amazing. He was punctual, professional, very knowledgable & did a great job.
Our toilet was leaking into our downstairs hot water closet, Joe completely redid our piping to the toilet in one afternoon visit. Good as new.
We will definitely call him next time we have a plumbing issue.

Water heater had been whistling a few times over the past month. Rather than take the chance something was wrong. Called Joe, came by same day, identified the problem BOTH with the existing Pressure reducing valve that had been installed and removed by a previous guy, AND determined the temperature pressure relief valve needed replacing because of the 150ish psi coming directing into the the house.
He was friendly, knowledgable, and I felt confident the issue was resolved for a resonable price!
Cannot recommend Joe enough. He charged us less than half then another plumber in town and was incredibly easy to work with and went above and beyond the job to help us with some other issues we were having
Joe is responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and fair. He fixed a leak in my kitchen sink and got the manufacturer to send me a replacement hose for free (all for less than what some companies charge for their service fee alone). I will definitely be going to Joe for all my future plumbing needs.

Joe was completely on top of it from the start. I called at 6pm and he followed up immediately requesting photos and details to assess the issue. He arrived at the house bright and early the very next day to replace my water heater at a very competitive rate. Less than 24 hours from the initial call to a fully installed new water heater, all under warranty. Highly recommend.

We called after we had a gas leak, right before temperatures are supposed to plummet and snow is supposed to start! The gentleman we dealt with was wonderful!
