I recently did a major renovation of my master bathroom and hired Connor to handle all the plumbing tasks based on his VERY reasonable cost estimate. These tasks were done on two separate dates-- demo and rework of piping early in the job and installation of all the new plumbing fixtures later on. The project too much, much longer than I had originally planned and these dates occurred several months apart. Connor was more than understanding about this and was happy to be flexible on the project schedule.

I'm very happy with the work that Smooth Sailing Plumbing did on my new bathroom. Connor and his assistant were timely, professional and courteous and they did top-notch work. Smooth Sailing will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing projects or repairs!

They came out and replaced all the valves for our pool. The service was great and we were able to get the pool up and clear before Mother’s Day!

Connor at Smooth Saling did an amazing job for us. I have been using a drinking water delivery service that tripled the price of their services recently. I was able to cancel my service with them and replace what they were providing for a fraction of the annual cost. He advised me of the best reverse osmosis system for my home for drinking water and installed it at a very reasonable price. He also had to make a special trip for a part he needed to complete the job and went out of his way to get the job done. His honesty and transparency on pricing made me feel great about him doing the work. Will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know and would trust him with any of our plumbing needs.

Connor did a great job of not only installing our new faucet but explaining what we missed when we tried ourselves. Once he finished the faucet he helped clear up our garbage disposal issue in just a matter of minutes and didn’t even charge anything extra.

The pipes were banging whenever a toilet flushed or if a faucet was turned on while the toilet was filling. I learned that the water pressure relief valve had gone bad. I found Smooth Sailing Plumbing on Thimbtack and Connor, the owner, responded in a very timely manner. He listened to my concerns and responded accordingly. Alex is the tech who came to do the work. He was here when he said he would be and he was very efficient w/the work he had to do under the house. I actually had another plumber here to work on another issue w/the water meter and the two of them worked very well together as both needed the water on or off at different times.
