Honestly the best service I’ve ever had from a plumber. Don’t waste your time or money on any other business if you want good value and excellent service then you will have it here.

I had an issue with a clog that was somewhere between my house and the street, preventing water from exiting my residence. I called the city and was told there was nothing that could be done by them. I texted Plumb Reasonable, who was highly recommended by my sister, and within a minute I got a response, and within ten minutes they arrived at my house. The owners were professional, informative, and quick, clearing the stoppage within 15 minutes. I am so appreciative that they were able to come so quickly and fix the issue. The owners were friendly and warm, making me very comfortable as someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it!

Dan J., and his trainee, are literally lifesavers! I live in Houston and my elderly mom lives in Arlington. My mom's AC had gone out and she called All Masters to come check it. When Dan arrived, my mom initially didn't answer the door. Dan took the extra steps to call her directly to see if anyone was home and when she opened the door she told Dan she wasn't feeling very well. She then fainting right on the spot. Dan immediately called 9-1-1 for help and my mom was taken to Arlington Memorial ER by ambulance, where she was treated for heat exhaustion and dehydration. Dan kept me posted on her status the whole time. He submitted an emergency repair order and got new AC installed the very next morning. After mom was back home, Josh took the time and extra steps to visit her to check the AC unit and thermostat and program all of the settings for her. Dan J., his trainee, and Josh all went above and beyond to ensure my mom was taken care of and safe. I am truly grateful for them!! I highly recommend All Masters for their exceptional level of service and customer care!

Brad at Total Care Plumbing is AMAZING ! We were given the time frame of 10am -12pm. They were here at 10am on the dot !!
I appreciated their professionalism and the time and care they took to fix our garbage disposal . Their prices are very reasonable and they even scrubbed and cleaned the area with bleach when they were done .
I will DEFINITELY call them again, should the need arise, which I’m sure it will !! Oh, the joys of being a homeowner !!😉
