Our outdoor faucet BUSTED after a random super cold night! Called DTP after looking for recommendations on Nextdoor. They were able to come same day and were able to fix the issue on the spot for less than originally quoted! Never met a plumber as honest and trustworthy! You can tell these guys are really trying to do right by people in GP! Will definitely be using them for upcoming renovations! Thanks again guys!!

Called them out to install a smart water valve such as Flo by Moen or similar. Lady on the phone was super nice and said they can definitely come out and take a look. Guy shows up and has no idea what this is, or how to install it, or what i was wanting. Had a very poor attitude and very standoffish like he was annoyed to be here. I was excited to hire this plumbing company after constantly hearing about their great reviews but I will definitely being hiring someone more competent.

We had a leak in our ceiling coming from our upstairs tub. I called Don the Plumber, and Laura booked us an appointment that afternoon. Terry came out and was professional, friendly, and helpful in explaining everything. He identified the source of our leak and fixed it for us. Price was reasonable too. Would recommend!

After freeze over 2022 Christmas holidays a pipe burst under my sink. Yes, this happened on Christmas Eve. Don the Plumber was at my home within an hour of me hanging up. After arriving he simply stated this is what I do and I can't imagine not having water for Christmas. 🥺

Don and his son Noah did amazing work and got to my home same day! They found the problem offered several solutions and got it resolved in a timely fashion! I highly recommend them and have their card taped in my cabinet for any future needs!

Moved into new place, toilet plugged up first week. Got a guy out here and he fixed it but then it happened again, 1 week later. I am fortunate to know someone smart and connected who knew Don....Don was out in 30 minutes (after normal working hours) and spent 2 hours clearing out an issue that has probably been here for years...much appreciated and will definitely use again.

This is the second time I used Don the Plumber. My first review is below. This time he repaired a shower and installed a toilet. My wife works at night and sleeps during the day, and they had to come through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. They were in and out several times and managed not to wake her up at all. The work is excellent. He pointed out a potential problem with my sewer which he said would need attention eventually. His manner is professional and friendly, and his prices are reasonable. I'll be using him again.

After comparing prices and availability in my area, I chose Don The Plumber. I spoke with the lady who answers the phone (who I assume is his wife, but not sure). She was both professional and helpful, and guided me through what to do so that Don wouldn't have to come out on a diagnostic visit prior to doing the work. My finances were tight and I could only afford so much. There was a valve he wanted to install which pushed the cost over what I could pay by about $200. So Don checked with the city to be sure it wasn't a requirement (professional guy) and then agreed not to install it. He and a helper came out two days after we agreed he would do the work (others had said one to two months). They showed up at the scheduled date & time, explained what they would do before they started, and then worked quietly for about an hour to remove my defunct water heater and replace it.
I'm planning to use Don again for some other plumbing issues I have. Would I recommend him? You betcha.

Don was the only company to clear a root ball from our main sewer line. We had 3 companies before Don come out and say they would have to Hydrojet the line and or replace it. They did not even want to try and they wanted alot of money. I was expecting Don to say the same thing but he went above and beyond to try the less expensive way first and it worked! Also installed a new water heater and fixed the drain that was installed incorrectly. We have found a new plumber and cannot recommend him enough.
