John was very through and detailed , he was a pleasure to have in my home to do my AC inspection tube up!

Jonathan explained what he was going to do showed me the parts. Gave me a as n estimated time they would be finished. Very polite.

Mr. Mason Taylor, was very professional and knowledgeable about his job as HVAC technician. He inspected hour system and found the major problems and make repairs recommendations. The repair estimates are kind of high but air conditioning units and systems are very expensive to begin with specially this hot summer. The beautiful thing it didn’t cost us a penny for inspections because we have The Advantage package from Milestone Electric which I highly recommend.

Jon is exactly the technician I wanted to see to analyze my problem. He was listening carefully to the sequence of events and then started methodically his search. He found the root cause of the problem in 5 minutes.
The problem was fixed and he tested the solution before he left to make sure that it really solved the problem.

Inspection Air

We called Milestone Electric after delays and non-responsiveness from other electricians. Milestone customer service agent Jazmine was very friendly and patient to answer all my questions and adjust my appointment as requested.
Our electrician, Nata, showed up within the scheduled time. After reviewing the job, which consisted of three new recessed ceiling lights, removing/capping a ceiling fan, adding two new outlets and a switch he provided us with an immediate quote. The rate was spot on with other bids we received, but Nata started working as soon as we approved the quote. The best part of our experience was how efficient Nata and his assistant worked by completing our job in 3 hours.
We did not have a single issue with Milestone and were so thankful to move on with our project now the electrical work is complete. As a result, we joined the Advantage program and will be longtime Milestone customers from now on.
They truly do fix it in a flash!

Ventilation repair - Matthew came out to show me how to change my new air filter, and upon entry into the attic he could immediately see that we had a carbon monoxide problem because of a mysterious disconnection in our ventilation. The problem could have eventually cost my family and I our lives. By God's grace and mercy, Matthew cared enough to point out the problem and encouraged my husband and I to get it fixed ASAP. He called Milestone on our behalf and got the ball rolling. Joe and another gentleman showed up on behalf of Milestone to fix the issue in the same day allowing my family and I to have the peace of mind one should have in their own home. Even though Milestone fixed it, I give God all the glory, honor and praise for saving our lives from what could have become carbon monoxide poisoning. No weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

They informed me why I was having trouble with my breakers

Perry arrived on site. Inspected the a/c system for cause of cooling loss. Fantastic job of explaining the issue and the originating cause, nice video compilation of inspection, options to correct and steps/time table to complete repairs and pricing. No hard sell or pressure: present and decide to move forward or not at this time. Milestone had a crew available same day to take first corrective measure to safely secure attic unit, which was incorrectly, unsafely hung by another company in 2018.

Mr. Rural Ramirez and his assistant Israel came to install a new AC unit. They were very professional, offered good options and left my place very clean. My new AC unit is working great. Thank you, gentlemen.

Lots of money to make money horrible service

Milestone replaced my air conditioning system. First they apologized for the actions of the builders who did a very poor job installing my unit.(20+ years ago)
After reviewing the task at hand, cost, and estimated completion time, the job was scheduled.
The SAME DAY, a crew came and immediately began to replace the total AC unit. It was a thing of beauty how they worked together as one.Their professionalism and oneness made the job look so easy. Their safe work methods were observed immediately, and the care for our household goods was a priority with each of them.
They were truly concerned about our comfort level and completed the job, I feel, in the minimum amount of time.
Each replacement step was documented and reviewed and all questions were addressed.

I came home Sunday night to find that my air conditioner wasn’t working. I called Milestone on Monday morning and Perry Hicks was at my house before 11 am. He was thorough and friendly and had my air working before he left. He thoroughly explained the various options and his recommendations and had made a video showing what wasn’t working on the unit. I am so appreciative that the company was able to send someone out so quickly and would highly recommend Perry and this company based on my experience today.

Water sensor on recently installed system went bad. Only hiccup was the first contact to schedule was disconnected, the 2nd refused to provide after hours warranty service. A supervisor was able to accommodate the same evening. My house was 94 degrees inside. After Brandon inspected the bone dryness around the sensor, he bypassed the sensor, and it it took 5 hours to begin actually getting cool due to heat radiating from walls and tiles. Jose returned with a new sensor a few days later. All is right in the world again

My educational need to understand all aspects for servicing is vital for me.

Brandon very patiently answered all of my questions, in addition to teaching me about the overall A/C functionality.

While here, He also contacted his higher tiered individual to assist me understand more about the complete replacement of my current A/C system potential.

Brandon gave me more information to augment what his higher tiered individual had stated.

I now have a much better understanding about how my A/C system functions. This includes the consequences of not addressing a malfunctioning component.

In response to my concern, He did not pressure me to either replace the component at this time vnor purchase a complete new system.

Consequently, my comfort level is very high for honest competent future A/C maintenance by Milestone Home Service Co. Techs and other departments personnel.

Alex Faulconer!! This man needs to be recognized on a daily basis for, not only customer service and friendliness but his knowledge on the whole operation of, well pretty much everything. He not only took the time to look over everything that has to do with our AC system, broke down what was going on to us but also took the time to make a video to make it even more helpful on understanding what’s going on with our AC in our whole attic and house! Called Milestone to fix some outlets that were out and I was impressed with the turn around time. I ended up getting a whole home surge protection system and Jon McGee the technician was extremely professional and polite and quick. Customer service is hard to come by these days but Jon did a great job of it.

Inspected A/C, made repairs gave detailed descriptions and photos before and after repairs!

I got a monthly subscription with milestone because the electrician that came to fix a problem I had was extremely professional. Fast-forward to my rental property having AC problems, and trusting milestone to take care of it was the wrong call.

Not only did they try to sell me a $23,000 dollar plan to replace the entire AC unit, but they also circled back to my tenant after talking to me, and told them to urge me to fix the AC or “It’s going to get really hot”. I have an amazing relationship with my tenant and they told me what was said to them.

In retrospect, I could smell the dishonesty in Gary as soon as his mouth started moving, and I told him I will need a second opinion. I will be canceling my subscription and never using Milestone again… Right after I get the so-called tune up that comes with the subscription.

Technicians came early, diagnosed issue with CFCI plugs in bathroom, gave me better instructions, and able to get plugs to reset. Yeehaw.

Ver good work

I had a technician, Steve Pound, come and see why my bathroom was stinking. After about 15 minutes he diagnosed it was due to an air duct losing its wrapping and was causing a musty smell. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an experienced plumber

Travon was extremely helpful, professional and expedient in the services I received. Although the prices may be a bit steep it is the going rate any where you look in TX with this heat we are receiving and especially if you are unable to fix things yourself. I had my capacitor replaced, filters changed and ducts cleaned. I truly appreciate the quick service and having A/C again especially with today being over 100 degrees

Great inspection of my AC unit

I would like to say, Gary was phenomenal, and I say that because he took his time explaining to me what was going on. I appreciate when a total stranger come into my home and actually explain to me the problem with grace and kindness, that’s rare but powerful. While the technician did not show up during the originally scheduled appointment window (1.5 hours late) this did not appear to be the fault of the technician himself. The work that the technician did was satisfactory and he did it in a timely manner and explained things as needed which was truly helpful. Outside of the scheduling issue I am thoroughly happy with the service.

Darnell was not able to resolve our problem but did get us on the way to getting it resolved. We ended up having to get a new A/C and furnace. He was very friendly and caring. Marcos was able to replace our breaker for A/C which then did tried to start up but actually just caused A/C which was going out to completely go out. We then got a new A/C and heater. The installers Hassan and Pablo were excellent in installation, very courteous, answered all our questions. It was extreme heat they were working in and they were very courteous, professional and respectful.

JB arrived on time and completed the inspection with the City Permit people quickly. Milestone is a great company and I highly recommend them!

Just called to request electrical service on our Unit and was told that they do not service townhomes. A townhome is a home...disappointing.

Was charged almost 200$ for someone to come out and tap the pilot light 3 times. Then after getting scammed they call all the time to try to get me to do more services with them. Avoid this company!!

During that time he showed me the thermostat's advanced settings and how they would remedy the problem. Once he left I waited to see if his expertise actually fixed the problem. A breaker box was upgraded and surge protector added. A breaker for the AC unit to work was not connected. The technician Hien Thai came out and immediately setup a service call within 45 minutes for the electrician to fix the oversight. Very apologetic and polite.

Milestone sent professionals to help us decide about our air conditioner. Should we install a gas or electric air conditioner to replace our failing unit? Matthew Koefer (plumber) spent a good hour measuring and using calibrations to determine what the cost of the plumbing would be for the conversion. Each of Milestone professionals have been very knowledgeable. We’ve used their electrician, air conditioning, and now plumbing experts. We have been pleased, and we even got a second opinion about the replacement of our unit from another reputable company. We were pleased to find that both companies came to the same conclusions.

Our new unit was installed yesterday. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise of the team led by Daniel Rojas and assisted by Antoni Morales and Edwin. They worked diligently for seven hours and cleaned everything up inside and out. We tried to offer lunch, but they refused and kept working. Thank you, Milestone for a turnkey job!!!

Ted was great putting up with an old lady and explaining everything. I don’t know about value since this is about price, but I hope it was good since I am on social security and at 81 with breathing problems, I don’t think I can get a job. But Milestone has a good reputation which is why I called them.
