Came out on a Sunday to fix my problems great company

Ten stars were just earned by the Drain Kings who just installed my new hot water heater, up 17 stairs, then into the attic. The company owner and team were absolutely awesome. Their professionalism, total courtesy, care in ensuring I knew what and why each action was taken during the installation of my new hot water heater, were unmatched. They carried old and new heaters up and down 17 curving stairs, and the attic ladder. Their expertise, knowledge of products, care from start to finish (including clean up) and price is why I will never call anyone else.

I've used these guys twice just this year. About three months apart. I had roots growing in my toilet pipes. I had other plumbers before them who gave me outrageous quotes, none of them finding the root cause (no pun intended lol) of the problem. They came, took a look at it...fixed it without any issues or me having to buy a new toilet etc the other guys had mentioned....fast forward...three months later I cracked my other bathroom toilet. Switched the appointment on them three times in one day and they still came through. I really appreciated them for accommodating my busy ever changing schedule that day. They come highly recommended in my opinion.

This company did some work for me in my bathrooms for a remodel and a couple small repairs/updates. I must say I am glad I went with drain kings, everyone was very polite and professional and Desmond seems very knowledgeable in his craft. The remodel and repairs went quickly on their end and I am happy with the work they did for me. I will for sure use these guys again if I need them and I would and have recommended them to others. Good work very respectable people

I had a leak somewhere in my front yard. Desmond and his team came and found the leak and took care of it quickly. The thing that set Desmond and his guys apart from other plumbing companies is his desire to get the job done. It was very hot outside and they had to end up jack hammering up a section of the driveway (where they found the leak in the pipe). They worked hard and even came back early the next morning to make sure the job got done. Their prices are affordable and great quality work. Desmond has also taken care of smaller plumbing issues within the inside of the home. So he and his guys can handle the big and the small job. I highly recommend his services.
