Outstanding service, quality, and value from everyone at On Point Plumbing! Our initial visit was with Clint, who was able to quickly diagnose a slab leak issue and thoroughly explain what the issue was and how it would be repaired.

Clint arrived early and on time the next day ready to begin work and was committed to staying on site until the job was finished. Additional help arrived later on to work on the repair and everyone else was also professional and well trained in their trade.

Although this is a smaller, family owned company, I felt that “less is more” applied here as we were able to have the team’s full attention and availability to our plumbing repair. Most importantly, their pricing is fair and honest. I did not feel like I was being upsold to anything we didn’t need.

Everything went great and was very well done

Cleaned out the main sewer line for 1/3 the price quoted by Ernie's plumbing. They were also able to give me an estimate over the phone which other companies were unable to do.

My old water heater was installed by a big box store 15 years ago. This installation by On Point was much neater and I was kept informed as to what to expect and any prior issues. A very professional job and I would hire them again.

First of all, it was so nice to actually have someone answer the phone when I called. Too many times I have called a company, left a message, and no one ever returns my call. Nick was able to figure out what was causing my water leak and fix it in about an hour. He was professional and friendly and even covered his boots so he didn't track dirt into the house. I will definitely be using them again.

Nick came early and got the parts replaced on my toilet within an hour. He was a nice young man. Explained the parts to me and got the job done with now problems.

On Point to the rescue again. Hot water burst under the sink two days before Christmas and in the freezing cold. In a panic I called and they where quick to respond. Faster than the city when I called for emergency shut off. They literally pulled up right after. I just knew it was going to be a mess and cost a fortune but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a leaking ceiling over quite a large area late January. I scheduled an appointment with On Point Plumbing after doing much research. Clinton troubleshooted and identified the cause was from the shower drain on the second floor. He walked me through pros and cons of 2 different solutions to help me to make an informed decision. Clinton came back next time with Nick and Jerry as they needed to cut through the sheetrock and worked from the top and the bottom. I was very impressed with their punctuality, cleanliness, respect, transparency, and professionalism. One part of the shower drain was defective; they purchased a similar part from another local vendor; unfortunately, it was not a perfect fit. My house was 22 years old and the part was outdated and discontinued. Clinton came back the third time and said that Nick was able to find the part that was an exact match. I was so thrilled. Clinton finally put that in and completed the job perfectly. In summary, On Point Plumbing provided me the best customer service, high quality workmanship at a very reasonable pricing with undivided attention. Their professionalism is exemplary and I highly recommend them.

I recently had Nick from On Point plumbing come to my house. The wood behind my toilet was rotting. Nick was very thorough. He fixed the toilet and also an outside faucet. He then offered to come back before I had a new molding put up. He came back on his own time and checked it out to make sure I had no leaks! On Point Plumbing did an EXCELLENT job! We were having a new dishwasher installed and an old one removed. The scheduling process was a breeze and follow up via text kept us in the loop.

Nick arrived at the house a few minutes early and got started right away. He was able to remove and take away the old, broken unit, which was much appreciated. The install of the new dishwasher went perfectly. When Nick was done, he cleaned up the area around where he was working like no one had been in the kitchen at all. Wonderful small business. We just moved into a home in Bedford and needed our outdoor spigots replaced and a few other things. Called and spoke to Cassie, who was WONDERFUL and able to send out two guys just a couple days later. Called On Point Plumbing when I noticed a leak under the house they came out same day to assess the leak and gave a reasonable and fair price quote. When scheduled they arrived on time and walked me through the steps as they worked. When finished they cleaned up as nicely as they could. Friendly and courteous. Provided quick service when the refrigerator line sprang a leak in the attic during a freeze. Clinton was very helpful and everyone was professional.

Clinton came out a second time to track down a leak, which turned out to be a slow drip from an outdoor valve. Easy fix, but he was extremely thorough in checking EVERYTHING. Funny thing is that some other plumbers came out the day before and couldn't locate the problem and that is because they were not thorough. They were inept. Not Clinton! I was losing sleep thinking we might have a slab leak. Clinton made my day! Very helpful and friendly office staff too.

Needed a plumbing inspection for a home I was looking to buy. Clinton was able to come and check the house out within 24 hours of me calling. I can’t say enough about Nick and the On Point Plumbing Team! My water heater failed, it was on the second floor, and ON a Saturday night at that. In a quickness they answered the call and Nick was here that same night making sure there were no major issues and fixing it the right way until I could get replaced later that week. No major flood or damage outside of the failure.

They returned to do the replacement in a couple of days and the pricing was affordable with an upgrade to the outdated plumbing. Nick went above and beyond to walk through the fix as well as upgrades. Highly knowledgeable, locally owned, and great communication. The work is estimated accordingly and they’re not ripping you off to earn an extra nickel.

Hands down a customer from here on out and will recommend to any/all that are looking for an honest plumber.

With technology setting appointments and base fees being added without context, my last plumber generated an estimate out of thin air for 15 minutes of work that cost me $230 for snaking a drain. These guys aren’t like that and it lets me know there’s honest people getting paid a buck they earned rather than charging fees they hide behind.

I had a great experience with Nick of On Point Plumbing! I had a sewer backup at my house, and the entire house wasn't draining. On Point was the first plumber I called at 10:30 this morning, and they answered the phone immediately. Nick was here by 11:15, and he had the blockage cleared and camera'd by 12:15 PM. Their invoicing system is concise and transparent, and they were by far the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. They kept their word on every little thing they said they would do, down to when they would arrive, what they could do, and everything. I can't say enough good things about them. I've never had such a high level of confidence in a plumber before this. I highly recommend Nick and On Point Plumbing.

I had an emergency job from a sump pump failure on a Sunday. I called one company but they took forever to respond. So I called Nick with On Point Plumbing and he came out in less than half an hour and was there finding the problem. He knows what he is doing. By far best plumbers we have ever worked with. They were able to fix our pipes and then worked with us on installing PEX pipes to try to avoid further pipe bursts. After repairs to our home was made we had gotten them back out to reinstall a toilet and bathroom vanity and had no trouble working with them through every step along the way. They were also very communicative with scheduling and what they were doing to fix everything. Will be using them for all our future plumbing needs!
