BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!! If I could give a negative rating I would. When we first moved into our house, our sprinklers were not winterized. The plastic popper froze and broke and the back flow prevention valve started gushing water. We called Done, and they recommended that we pay them to install a new entire valve ($600+)! I didn’t know much about the systems but thankfully I discovered that my neighbor was an experienced plumber. He went out and bought and installed a new popper for me for $35. I can’t in good conscience recommend a business that conducts its business so unscrupulously and takes advantage of people like that. On the plus side, having a great neighbor is awesome.

The entire crew at Drain Terrier is great - Terry, Tracy and Benjamin in particular! We have had them at our house 4 times in the last year and they are always on time, professional and can quickly identify the problem at hand. Very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them for future needs!

Our search for the ideal heating company ended with Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc. Their high-quality furnace and heating system repair services solved all our issues and allowed us to enjoy a warm home during the harsh winter.

Around the clog squeezed us in same day and resolved our problem. Ended up being an easier fix than we anticipated which was great news! Staff and plumber were all very helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them again.

We ran the washing machine one night and had a backed up main drain line. All sorts of nastiness came up in the basement. We couldn't wash or anything with out it backing up. We called Hyperflow and they had some one out the next day right on time. We worked with James and he was great! He came in, figured out what was going on, and got everything working. He recommended a scope to see what caused the backup. Upon further investigation we had numerous spots where roots were coming in. They came back the next day with a high pressure snake and cleaned all the roots from the drain. James was patient with all my questions and curiosity, explaining everything he was seeing and doing. They were fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has issue with your drain. Ask for James, he'll take care of the issue.

Rueben was recommended - but, I assume it was for a newer home.
We purchased a 1950's ranch that had all older piping. We wanted to move the location of the toliet as well as build a new shower pan and relocate the washer and dryer. He was super casual and cool at the bid and then it all went downhill. I was quoted a price of 4200 for the ENTIRE JOB! When I asked him 5 times for the list of the things covered in ENTIRE JOB, I never received it, even though we asked for it 5-6 times. We continued on as we needed work done. When he arrived the first day the whole picture changed. When I referred back to the conversation he acted like he was unaware of any of it. The price kept growing and we were too far in. We them hired a very good GC to come and do all the things that Rueben had told his was in the price and he had to redo almost the entire job. Rueben did not put on blocking plates on any of the new plumbing and charged us triple the cost for work he did not even do. He also installed the wall mounted toliet system wrong on the wall and did not connect the pipes into the right main line.
Additionally, he claimed he would need to re-route the things he did not have to re-route. He claimed to need a concrete company to come to help chisel the hole, even though that was not in the bid. He had our card stored on file (big no no) and just kept charging us.
His crew completely destroyed the brand new wall mounted radiant heaters that we had just has installed a week before. When confronted on this he tried to blame the concrete company that he hired and charged us for.
He is a total scam artist. Then we we confronted him on why he did not put blocking plates on he got very aggressive and claimed he would call the city on us. He takes 2-3 week vacations and cannot take calls on vacation, pretty ironic for someone that knew he was charging and receiving money for work performed not only incorrectly but, also incomplete.
Hiring Rueben is a huge mistake and he will end up costing you money!
I am not sure, but I think part of the reason he never sent an estimate is because this is his game plan. SHADY !

I highly recommend this King Rooter & Plumbing because they are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I hired them to replace my sewer pipes and they did a great job. They were able to solve the problem and fix the issue. The technicians were very informative, respectful, and friendly.

Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

Shane from Swan did a great job on the service call for our HVAC and tankless water heater. He helped us with an odor issue we were having through the ventilation System. I was very satisfied with his knowledge of he issue and help.

Charles was great! And I highly recommend Charles to anyone looking for a plumber. Charles helped install a natural gas fire pit in my backyard which was originally supposed to be a quote. Charles' price was fair and he was ready to work. He was fast, friendly, professional and did an outstanding job with the work. By far, the most important thing is that the install was clean. Not sloppy or messy like other plumbers I have used in the past. 10/10, I will keep using Charles from here on out!

Daniel was professional, cheerful, and informative. He diagnosed several issues in a matter of minutes, offered a variety of cost-effective solutions, and even cleaned up his predecessors' mistakes in a few short minutes. This was a completely different experience from other plumbers.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!
