Great experience. My mother in law needed help when her sink drain line broke under concrete. They arrived on time developed a solution that helped minimize additional jackhammering of concrete. They did great work at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

Daniel was professional, cheerful, and informative. He diagnosed several issues in a matter of minutes, offered a variety of cost-effective solutions, and even cleaned up his predecessors' mistakes in a few short minutes. This was a completely different experience from other plumbers.

Dan and Key Plumbing Solutions are super knowledgeable, responsive and go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied. I had a toilet that was running and Dan came out to diagnose it. The root cause was the flush mechanism inside the toilet, which was a known industry problem based on the brand of toilet I'd purchased. It needed to be replaced. However, the replacement was not easy to find and Dan called every plumbing supply store in Denver looking for the part - to no avail. That didn't stop him though - he continued the search online where he was able to find the part and had it shipped immediately. Once it arrived, he was at my house the next day to install the mechanism and solve the running toilet once and for all. Thank you Dan for going above and beyond!!

These guys saved me after a terrible experience with another plumber. They were able to quickly identify all the problems with the previous plumbers work, spot and remedy a clog before it became a major issue and did a full rough in and install for my basement bathroom. I can't say enough about Bill and Key Plumbing. Fortunately, I don't need a plumber very often but when I've had them out to install a water softener, fix a leak or install a new hose bib for me, they were quick to respond.

Great job today fixing our bathroom sink drain and our master bedroom toilet. The bathroom drain repair was especially difficult so it was nice that the owner of the company did the work himself. My first experience with with Key Plumbing started well, the guys were on time, and spent 4-5 hours working on various repairs on two apartments I own, and got the job done. They inadvertently left one shower not in working order, due to a communication issue about the new valve and trim I bought at Lowes which turned out to be terrible quality, but Bill the owner was responsive to my complaint, and came back and made the situation right. thanks Bill, I really appreciate it!!

We had Key Plumbing to our house to deal with constantly running bathtub. Our house was built in 1893 so who know how old the plumbing actually is. Bill was able to remove the stems, find replacements (the faucet was roughly 60 years old) and repair our leak. Great service, great work, and an absolutely fair price. We can't wait to have him back to run a natural gas line for us soon!

Wow! I could not be happier with the service I just received from Key Plumbing Solutions. I just just experienced a disgusting sewage backup situation which was starting to flood my living room floor. Bill, the owner, came himself within an hour of my calling and had the situation under control in no time. I knew he had a great reputation of being reliable, and honest and he totally exceeded my expectations.

Great guys that do a great job for more than a great price! These guys are awesome because they know what they're doing and they are extremely fairly priced! When they came out to service our kitchen sink they didn't need to do as much work as I would have thought, but not only did they fix the problem it only cost me $50!! Plumbers are so far from cheap to even come for a service call, but these guys are great at what they do, are more than fair on pricing, and good honest guys. I would recommend them to everyone I know and plan on using their services as long as they're in business!! Thanks again guys!!

We had a bad experience with Bill Griggs and Key Plumbing Solutions. Bill came to look at our sinks, put caulking around them, charged us $85, and didn't fix the problem at all. Phone calls were not returned. After a month or so, we filed a complaint with the BBB, which went unanswered by Bill Griggs. The woman who recommended Key Plumbing to us also ended up with shoddy worksmanship and no return calls. (We later paid a handyman $60 to replace both of our faucets and the sinks are working perfectly.) If Bill had simply called us back, we could have worked something out but he took our money and ran with it. I will avoid Bill Griggs and Key Plumbing in future.

Bill Griggs and his team are professional, flexible and do what it takes to get the job done. Not once - but twice he saved a job for me where my clients had used another plumber because he could get to the job sooner - but he overcharged them and completely messed up the install. Bill's team came out and fixed it without us having to delay the rest of the job! So grateful there are still master tradesmen around that are customer focused!
