Out of all the plumbers I frantically called Metro was the only one who responded and thankfully RJ was able to make the drive out and fix our problem. Very professional and I received a detailed invoice regarding the work. Highly recommend!!

24 Hour Emergency service is what I needed and could not find anyone else to help us.They came out and the price I was quoted over the phone was cheaper once he got to us. Thank god because I have a 3 year old and cant afford emergency plumbing repairs. The excellent customer service they showed was outstandng my 3 year old was a little scared but they showed him what was to be done and he went on to bed it was amazing! I couldnt get him to bed before that for anything. Thank you guys so much.

Took him about 30 minutes to unclog the drain and replace a drain plug (which I had on hand). He charges $375 to unclog any drain he said. $492 dollars was my total. Seems expensive.

We use Milestone regularly and are always happy with the service but Jeremy Rowden went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was happening with our AC unit and to even explain how the different pieces weren't working optimally and showing us on our own AC unit. He then took us step by step through different options for making our equipment run better, but never made it fee like we were forced to do anything.
