I've been using Reeves for the last 8 years or so. Recently they responded very quickly to a call regarding a major leak in back yard. The repairs were made the day after they determined where leak was and gave us an estimate for repairs. Their techs are always very polite and professional and I trust them to be in my home when we're not there. The company does try to send the same techs to each location so we've become familiar with them. Smaller companies might be less expensive, same cost, or more expensive. But the quality of service is unbeatable.

Pascual was very prompt in visiting and inspecting my water heater. Withing ninutes he was able to tell me that I needed to replace the water heater. As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

I contacted them on a Wednesday night and spoke with the automated response system. My kitchen sink had started to leak badly into the cabinetry below. I was called back right away and told I was scheduled for that day. They arrived early and did a fantastic job replacing the current faucet and fixing the leaks. This wasn't my first time using Peerless Plumbing Dallas and it won't be my last. Fantastic work quality, nice cleaning up after the work and very competent plumbers.
