I've been using Reeves for the last 8 years or so. Recently they responded very quickly to a call regarding a major leak in back yard. The repairs were made the day after they determined where leak was and gave us an estimate for repairs. Their techs are always very polite and professional and I trust them to be in my home when we're not there. The company does try to send the same techs to each location so we've become familiar with them. Smaller companies might be less expensive, same cost, or more expensive. But the quality of service is unbeatable.

Wonderful service delivery! I called them late one afternoon and three guys from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC showed up right on time the next morning. They fixed a couple of leaks on different faucets and left immediately they were done.

Main line was backed up. They cleared the line and then showed me the inside of the pipes with their camera scope. The techs were knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions and concerns.

We hired Slate Plumbing to replace our water heater and they did so efficiently and with top customer service. Moses arrived fully masked and was very kind, helpful, and professional. They were able to come the same day we called and replaced the water heater within 24 hours. There was an issue shortly after the installment and we called to see if they could come back to check out the issue. Moses arrived back at our door very promptly and fixed the issue to ensure his service was successful. I would recommend Slate Plumbing (and specifically Moses) to anyone needing efficient and effective plumbing service!

Great service at a fair price.

In search of helpwith an interior water leak causing damage to hardwood flooring, I called this company and was amazed at the valuable time and advice. If he provided an unlikely customer with this level of sevice, I can only imagine the quality service real customers receive. Hard to find this calibre of customer service and integrity these days.

My issue was that I had a leaky faucet outside. They came out and determined. It was just a screw that needs to be tightened. Saving me hundreds in replacement. We could have charged to replace it but save me in the long run. I will definitely be using their services again.

Very impressed and appreciative of the service and professionalism. Chase was both polite and extremely competent. Chase was probably the most respectful and personable service professional I have dealt with recently. Though it turned out not to be a plumbing issue (dishwasher related), Chase walked us through each step as he worked to locate the problem. Terrific job!

2 complaints. 1 the website says Same Price ANY DAY OR TIME . We were charged a 99.00 after 7pm fee...and we called them at 1pm...plus says no extra charge on website!2. Did a sloppy job on caulking around the toilet.

RC Pros took except care of all of our plumbing needs from installing new water heaters to unclogging drains and repairing leaking A/C components. Very professional and knowledgeable tech staff! I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Davonta tool care of our plumbing emergency quickly and efficiently. I would definitely ask for him in the future. However, texting my phone and asking me to respond to a survey at 6:55 a.m. isn't good and the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

We have used Jar-Dab Plumbing since we first moved to The Colony in 1989. They were recommended by the morning coffee group that met every morning at a local restaurant. These were men who lived here and knew ALL the local service providers and how good they were. Jab-Dab has installed kitchen and bathroom faucets, disposals, toilets, and unplugged plenty of stopped up drains. They saved us plenty of money on hot water heaters, and given us advice that has saved us several times on various problems. We have always recommended this company, and will continue to do so.

Alan and his assistant arrived right on schedule and identified the issue right away. Very professional, friendly, and proficient service. Would be happy to contact them again and recommend them to anyone.
