Reeves Family Plumbing and their entire staff are totally awesome! You get the personal and honest service from these folks. JR is wonderful and knows everything about faucets and even taught me a thing or two. He's like old school plumber and takes pride in his work. I would recommend and have recommended this company to friends and even my employer now uses their services.

I have multiple issues with Roto-Rooter. One, they never gave us any heads up (call or text) before showing up to our house. Two, we had a leak in a pipe under the side of the house that we had to shut off all our water for. We called Roto-Rooter out to give us a quote and they dug out a huge hole in the ground in our front yard and then notified us that they would be back the following day with a specialist to fix the leak. The following day rolls around (after over 24 hours without access to water in our home) and the same guy shows up (with no notice) and is literally just messing around the hole and he says he is waiting for the specialist. 2 hours later, he comes to the door and tells us so I'm not sure when the specialist is going to get here, so this is just wasting our time waiting around and my boss is telling me to leave.I took off now 2 days from work for them to just leave the job. That is unacceptable!Now we are going on 2 days with no water in our home and Roto Rooter has done nothing but hinder us getting the leak fixed, and having our water turned back on.Would NEVER recommend this unprofessional service to ANYONE!!

This company made major repairs in 2014 to my home in Mesquite, TX before I bought it. The Warranty was good for 2 years. Two months after moving in, we discovered that the toilet riser pipe in the master bath had separated from the sewer pipe; so no proper flushing. I had the paperwork from this company and called them. Chris came out and found the problem immediately, called me back the next day and told me that the owner was going to stand behind his work and that the repairs would be done for free in spite of the expired Warranty. This is a good Company and an honest owner. Bathroom is fixed and my wife is happy!... So am I... you can't get much better! Thank you! Anthony Collins.

We could not be more pleased with Pure Plumbing and the work Gareth and Eric did to repair our slab leak. They came out quickly and gave us multiple options for the repair. They were so knowledgeable, honest, professional, hard-working, and kind, and they did a fabulous job re-routing the line (an option that was not given by the 2 other plumbers). Pascual came out to the house to look at 3 things. Reconnect our water purification system which was disconnected during dishwasher installation. Our hand held shower did not work when installed using a diverter attached to the pipe for our rain shower. Our contractor originally told us that the drain line under the bathroom sink for the washing machine on the other side of the wall was installed in a U' shape and would make it hard for the washer to drain. So we thought that was why the water was not turned back on at the sink or the washing machine as our contractor had left us for another job without completing ours. Pascual talked about the same thing that the drain was not right, but he would have to check behind the washer to see if there was a trap there so the U drain was unnecessary and making the washer drain slowly and back up at times which I said it was doing and further stated that I wanted it fixed right even though it had been this way since I moved in 23 years ago.During our remodel, we first had our contractor install new cutoffs under all sinks and toilets. The new cutoffs were not connected to a water supply line and the old cutoffs were still under the sink to be removed.I was told there would be no charge fixing the shower unless parts were needed. I was given an estimate for over $1000 which I agreed to for reconnecting the water purification system which took about 5 min. and putting the supply lines into the bathroom sink. I agreed to this charge thinking that even though it was high that I would now have a drain for my washing machine that worked properly. I would never have agreed to this excessive charge that did not include correcting the drain pipe.He took our $20.99 nonworking diverter (advertised as a Delta to go with our other Delta parts) with him to find a replacement. Without consulting us, he got another type for $180 to install. My final bill was over $1200 and it DID NOT include correcting the drain pipe.I would never recommend Mr. Rooter or use them again myself

Shawn and the HM team were A+ from beginning to end. They were professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. Shawn fixed my problem and even explained the how and why so I can prevent this in the future. I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service done.

Barbosa has both worked on and replaced as needed our air conditioning/heating for many years. They are trustworthy and professional, even in a/c emergencies in the summer.
