I was very impressed with this company. Slate came out and replaced our water heater for us last week and it was a great experience. They explained everything very thoroughly and I felt very confident in there work!

Unsure why they have so many good reviews. I called yesterday at 9am, they said 3 hours and proceeded to call me until 7pm until they said it need to happen tomorrow. Called at 7am, then again at 10am saying they needed more time. I told them last night I was unavailable after noon. They won't schedule an appointment -- rather it seems like you're just expected to make yourself available for days at a time until they get around to you. Worse than the cable guy.

Clint came and fixed our clogged sewer line same day and showed us what he was seeing in the camera so we understood what type of issues we were dealing with. He was professional and courteous and helped us understand what else would need addressing as well. We recommend Clint and Mr. Rooter!

What a great experience. All the team members that came on site professional, fully explained to me what was happening. Part was not readily available due to supply chain shortages but that did not stop them. They explained the delay, searched the metroplex til they found the part, and let me know it was on way. A plumbing experience like no other and highly recommend them. Job well done…

We live in an older home and some of our HVAC equipment is on the edge of extinction. James was awesome: professional, considerate, knowledgeable and thorough! He provided several options to properly maintain our system.

Just moved to the area and he was the local plumber , I asked him to moved a water line for me, didn't say how much, just came in did the work.I then asked him back over about 8-9 months after that to bid on new work, he looked over it and said he would send an estimate. Don still hasn't sent the estimate, but did send the invoice for the work done 9 months ago! For $300 not itemized , seems like a lot to me and couldn't even both to send a bid for the other work I asked him to do. I've had the bill for 30-45 days after receiving invoice and we hadn't gotten around to sending it and while we were out Don comes over demanding payment from my mom-in-law or he would take us to court. I'm sure his plumbing work is good, but get the price up front! I really don't care for how Don runs his business and quite rude.

Technicians arrived on time. Repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time and were performed to our satisfaction. I would recommend Baker Brothers without reservation.

Jose Vazquez, my technician, was knowledgeable, yet did not speak to me as if I were a child. He gave me simple ideas on how to improve the flow of air in my home, like opening closed-off rooms. I thought I was saving energy, when what I really was doing was hurting the units efficiency. He was prompt and very neat in his work.

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!

Great food

incredibly unprofessional and rude behavior by service technician, I felt unsafe in my own home. Technician told me he could not fix the repair and when I asked him to write down for me what was wrong (so that I could better explain it to my insurance company) the technician stared at me wide eyed, slammed the door in my face and left. I’m appalled at such terrible customer service - to think it’s ok to take someone’s money and treat them like this

Rarely do you expect a clogged kitchen drain to become an awesome customer experience but this one did. Called late Saturday night. Sunday morning before noon the drain is fixed. Nothing but highest praise for the entire experience.

Aaron provided prompt service, was courteous, explained all details on work being completed, and left our bathroom clean. We have used Benjamin Franklin multiple times and will continue to call on them. Aaron's work is a great representation of the company.

I had a small water leak hidden inside wall. Called a lot of companies, and they were either unable to determine the leak, or too afraid to cut the drywall. but Pipeline Leak Detection Dallas TX's people came, located the leak, cut the wall, and repaired the damaged pipe. They were very professional and they got the job done in time.

We had called for emergency service late Saturday night. The service was excellent, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. We are so appreciative and recommend Professor Plumb!

As we needed a gas line for outdoor kitchen, I approached Reliable Sewer/Drain and their technician, Curtis, came within a day. I explained about the grill that we have ordered, where the concrete will poured and the length and width of the grill (from Costco) and they gave a quote of $2.8K to run a ten foot line from existing gas pipe to the grill location. As I didn't want to take any risk with independent contractors, I went ahead with their services they finished the work with in 3 days (including city permission) and I was super impressive. However, as soon as we installed the grill, the flame on first burner was very small and same with other couple of burners. I sensed something wrong and requested them to visit and in the two minutes, the same technician said there is not enough gas pressure (not even for a small stove) and that we have to go with a new line and for that I will have to spend another $4K. That was shocking not because of this new $4K but because I spent another $10K in the side yard with new irrigation line, pavers and re-installed few other things after they installed the first line. Now they want to dig everything and the response is unimaginable. I don't want to blame anyone for choosing this business but I am ashamed of myself in trusting them. Lesson learnt.Note: This is my very first online review of any sort of business. So, you can think the pain I went through.
