Jay at Tribeca installed a water pressure regulator to reduce my home's water pressure from 95 psi. He was quick to come out and was very knowledgeable. The project came in on the low range of his estimate, and Jay's work was first class.My only reason for taking one star off was that there should be a form of confirmation of appointment time either by call, text, or email. Jay came on the verbally indicated time, but I didn't hear the doorbell and thought the appointment may have never been scheduled given no confirmation. Jay then had to go on to a following job before coming back later that afternoon, and my work schedule was thrown off a bit to accommodate.

Plugged up kitchen sink. The technician was prompt, courteous, tidy and effective. A little pricey but 6 month warranty, so no complaints at all

I called this company at 7:59pm last night for emergency services because I had sewage backing up from the floor drain in the first floor restroom of my business and was told that the on-call technician would call me. One hour later I called back and was told again that the technician would call me. It is 10am the next day and I still have not heard from this company. I will not recommend this company to anyone for emergency services much less standard service.

The service is always great. Their technicians are always professional and get the work done well. Jonathan Hebert was the technician who has done work with us in past and did it today again. I got an outside broken sewer line repair and a new toilet installation with emergency stop valve. Technician John Happney and Alex Brisson gave us an outstanding service. Had some trouble with my toilets flushing and called out AAA Auger. They were out in a couple of hours. Fred came and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and left everything clean. Fred was friendly, took time to explain what was going on, and gave some tips on how to keep my line from backing up in the future. Appreciate the time he took as well as his good nature. Nice to work with people who want to do the job right and with a smile. Appreciate it Fred.

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!
