We had a “water hammering” issue in our pipes and they sent their plumber, Joseph, to come out and diagnose the problem. He was on time and followed all co-vid protocols, even though those mandates were lifted. Joseph was very thorough and meticulous to try to figure out the issue. His recommendation was detailed and communicated clearly on his procedure and process to determine the recommendation. We were very happy with his professionalism and candor about the issue and resolution. We would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, especially Joseph.

I was having issues with not enough air getting into one room and they actually created a vent for me in that room. Went beyond my expectations to correct a problem and only had to install part of a new unit instead of the whole thing. Excellent service would definitely recommend them

Carlos Campuzzano did a maintenance check on my Air Conditioning units. He found a problem with my drain line and found a solution so I wouldn’t have to buy a pump. He also honored this special promotion on an enzyme treatment. I appreciate his professionalism.

Although, the A Star team on the phone and the technician Adam were polite and professional, my issue is with their wrong diagnosis of the problem with my AC/Furnace unit and their over priced estimate. The A Star technician Adam told me that I would need to replace my entire AC/Furnace unit to fix the issue with a estimated cost of $8400. I had the issue looked at by another AC/Furnace repair company (Bill Joplin's) who correctly diagnosed the issue as a bad furnace motor that could be replaced for $600 including labor. So clearly either the A Star technician was not competent enough to diagnose the issue or he was deliberately trying to rip me off.

Dale checked all three systems. He strongly recommended that we install a carbon dioxide sensor upstairs because that system is old. Even though the upstairs is used only by guests, Dale was concerned for their safety and insisted that the detector be ordered and installed. We did and commend Dale for his technical expertise and diligence!

I have been having ongoing issues with my cooling/ heating for at least 2 yrs. We have had multiple companies come with no resolution. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Elias on my service call. They were kind, professional, and patient, as I had many questions that I had not received answers prior. They addressed every concern with a resolution and the next steps to have my heating/air issues resolved. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. **BEWARE** WILSON WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AGREEMENT**We used Wilson to install our new HVAC system and 6 yrs ago and thought they were great. We even used them annually as our maintenance and check-up w/ no issues...but you really find out about a company when a actual problem comes up.Our AC stopped working Saturday night about 7pm. We called Wilson's 24/7 number more than once and got no answer - Never a call back or anything! We had to use another provider to repair our unit because it was a 100 degrees and Wilson was MIA! We called Monday to find out why we never got a call and get a refund for the out of pocket cost from the other provider, since we had a 10 yr Gold Warranty that was supposed to cover all parts, labor etc. We have met all terms and conditions. The manager Carrie was rude to my wife when she called and was rude to me when I called. They basically told me sorry we left you high and dry w/ 2 small kids in a house w/ no AC in the summer time. That's the customer service you can expect from WilsonStay away and find somebody worth your money that will cares about their customers. I've already filed a BBB case in hopes to resolve - civil suit to follow if they want to be crooks
