There was some delay upfront getting the quote for my new tankless water heater installation approved due to city codes. Once that was settled, however, the rest of the process was as smooth as could be hoped. Ron and Chris and the rest of the team were very professional and courteous and advised me of their progress throughout the process. They did their best to be as quiet as possible outside of the necessary drilling. They turned the water heater on after the first day so we could still have access to hot water while they completed their work. Initially, I thought I was going to need to hire an electrician to install a new power outlet for the water heater, but Chris found a solution and was able to drill through the wall of the closet and access an outlet on the other side, which saved me time and money! When one of the crew who dug the trench for the new gas line uprooted a shrub in my backyard, Chris made a temporary mound of soil for it and watered the roots to make sure it would be survive until they could replant it. He couldn’t have known at the time, but those shrubs are my most important yard plants because they remind me of my hometown, so I am very fond of them. Finally, on the day of the city inspection, I overheard the inspector say that their work “looked really good” and gave them the green light to complete the project within a couple hours. That is the highest praise I have heard from a Richardson city inspector on a home renovation project, so I am very confident it was done well. They cleaned up the same day – for a total of 3 days for a new gas line and tankless water heater installation – all well-done and excellent service! Dallas Plumbing will be my go-to for all of my future plumbing and gas renovation projects.

We had a new disposal installed as well as new sink and faucet, which we had already purchased. It was a drop in sink that just needed to be hooked up and silicone around the edges. My mom owns this property and we rent from her, so they spoke with her about the charges. They charged her $2800 for work which was a basic job that 2 other companies had told us would be around $500. They charged 11 hours of labor for a 1.5 hour job. We used Barbosa because they go to my mom's church so she trusted them. They clearly ripped her off. My ring camera shows when they arrived, the 2 hours they spent outside and the hour inside working (not 11 hours of labor charges). Also, my new disposal backs up into my dishwasher, so for almost $3k we still don't have the new disposal installed properly. The company refused to resolve with me or even explain the excessively high charges, saying they'd speak to my elderly mom whom they've already taken advantage of ????? AVOID

Mason did a phenomenal job clearly illustrating the issues being addressed, and provided several plausible fixes, as well as what he recommended. He went above and beyond to calculate the best price points, and exhibited clear communication and transparency throughout the whole process. This has been the best technician I've experienced so far through milestone, and that's setting a high bar.

Technician came out to fix slow drainage issues. Informed me the only way to clean out stoppage was roof access and charged me $200. I asked what did they find and I was told wipes. I’m a single man and live alone so there should be no wipes. I contacted my home warranty and was told that Right Call Solutions informed them I didn’t have a drain out which was completely a lie. My home warranty company then moved my issue to another plumber. When I called Right Call Solutions to inform them the issue wasn’t fixed for the $200 I paid the lady I spoke with was very rude for no reason. I asked for a refund and she refused, I asked for a manager to call back and she said ok she would. As you could imagine I never received the call nor did they refund me. There was no reason for this and I will never use them again.

Hands down the best, most HONEST and courteous AC/Heating company you will find in the DFW area!!! They will go beyond the call of duty to get your AC running- without scammy up selling that the big money tv advertised companies will do every time... make Air Force One your first call.

Mike is knowledgeable and professional. He helped us unclog our lavatory upstairs which was due to AC draining that caused mold/mildew clogging in our pipes. He also sold and recommended “Drainright” to help us maintain and clean our pipes.
