Edwin the sales rep was very informative and helped us select an entire HVAC unit to replace our original one that was already 20 years old. He arrived on time on a Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning the installers Gabe and Chris were knocking on my door ready for the install. By 6pm Friday, Gabe and Chris were wrapping everything up and giving me a tutorial on the new system along with some tips and tricks to help maintain it. Overall, a great experience from beginning to end and I would definitely recommend their business. Thanks for the exceptional service!

Today Edwin with ARS came out to give me a quote for work that I need to have done. He’s very knowledgeable about his trade and answered all of my questions that I had. But most importantly was his outstanding attitude and professionalism that he showed. He’s a very positive and polite young man. I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to do the work but this young man has me sold on their customer service. Thank you Edwin and keep up the great job you’re doing.

On the date of service, I was greeted by two young gentleman, Salvador and Carlos. They were punctual, very polite and respectful. After completing their inspection of the furnace in the attic, filters were changed. To complete the job, they took the time to explain the service performed before asking for a signature. Thank you ARS for consistently providing excellent service.

I called this morning for an appointment. The technician came out within the next few hours. The technician knocked out our issue. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service. My unit is now running like new. Thank you, Antijuan Sparks for getting our unit back up and running smoothly.

Everyone I've dealt with has been extremly professional and helpful. Tino did a great job explaining everything and talking is through the options . He has been very responsive to texts and calls. Manny and Chris did an excellent install and we even had our solar vent installed on the roof on the same day. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Kevin came in and gave an honest assessment of our failing furnace. A second company was strongly suggesting to replace the AC unit as well, but Kevin confirmed this was unnecessary. He made safety a top priority and was able to get our install scheduled within 24 hours. I felt confident trusting Kevin with such a large purchase. His team completed the install in about 4 hours, and everything is running as it should be.

The window for arrival was 9-1, but they did call and tell me it would be closer to 1, which was fantastic. Charles arrived and got straight to work performing the ac service. He identified quickly an issue, fixed it, then continued the service. He suggested some additional services that were recommended, but was not pushy. He was very efficient with his work, was friendly, and professional.

Love Roy Ferrusca. I finally felt like I wasn’t being taken for a ride. I feel trust with this guy. Very professional and friendly and explains what he is doing. The guy he was training very nice too and should be equally as an all around professional easy going trustworthy guy as Roy is. I have Roy on speed dial now. Give him a raise.

Roy and his helper were absolutely AMAZING!! They were super friendly and explained everything to me in ways that I could understand. (I know nothing about hvac stuff). He gave me several options that, in the long run, will save me a ton of money and issues with my unit! I swear by the time they left it was like we were long lost best friends. They were awesome!

Roy was GREAT! He assessed the unit, found a broken part, had a new one with him which he quickly replaced. He cleaned the outside unit (including dead lizard, lol) and was very helpful and professional. Very happy with the service and Roy who was great with an older homeowner.

This company surpassed my expectations. We had several things go wrong that needed to be fixed and Kevin White the sales rep kept me in the loop. Reached out to me several times to explain what was happening and to give me the best options. ARS and Kevin White were very prompt, professional, courteous and detailed with the diagnosis and analysis of the issue with my a/c condenser unit and offering options for its repair or replacement. I appreciate their professionalism and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The scheduling needs to be improved. I got two appointments scheduled 9to1pm then 8AM to 10AM. the dispatcher didn't dispatch anyone, Instead after I called 3times it was canceled. My 9:13 call to confirm the 8AM to 10AM. Was confirmed. That's not good customer service to me in my opinion.

I called Friday evening for AC repair, the girl who answered the phone was very professional and explained the service in detail. Our heat was out, I gave ARS a call and Bryan was out the very next day at 9am. He did a quick troubleshoot and fixed our issue in a matter of minutes then ran some tests to confirm everything was working properly. Highly recommend this team!

I called this company to take care of drainage in the kitchen. Waited for a long time and when called they said they called some phone number (not the one I gave) they canceled it. The manager was so rude, and condescending and was very hostile. She did not want to honor the scheduled appointment and unilaterally canceled it. I called another company and they were willing to come in 30 minutes and take care of it. Never again I will call this company as they have no customer service skills and very rude with the public.

Technicans are very professional! Great prices for yearly 2 maintenance checkups. And most of the issues like leaks, changing capacitors and water clogging are fixed without any additional charges. I've been using them for last 2 years and my 15 year old HAVs are working like a champ.

Technician Martinez arrived with booties in hand and performed my complimentary tune-up after previously purchasing an entire unit. He was timely, worked efficiently, and explained the process from beginning to end, as I looked over his shoulder. He reminded me of the best thermostat setting for efficiency. He also pointed out summer preventive maintenance steps and discussed documents that needed my e-signature. Definitely another awesome experience using ARS.

This company was the most impressive I’ve experienced thus far. That is after 30 years of home ownership. Upfront, honest, knowledgeable, sharing pictures and videos of what things looked like and what they did. Recommendations were made but not mandated. Couldn’t be happier.

I have used ARS for over 15 years. They are always professional, knowledgeable and do a GREAT job. I use their bi-annual service plan for both HVAC and Waterheater systems.

Tia company hires the most incompetent employees and or outsources them too. Had a new unit put in May 2022 and from the beginning we have had issues. First the installation was done and then it was discovered that the unit was on heat/cool and we were unable to change it because it wasn’t done in the nest thermostat. The very next day they had to come fix it. Then the best thermostat had to be replaced about 3-4 times plus the AC wasn’t working right nor was the heater. Today they came out and discovered the thermostat in the unit in the hallway was set to gas and not electric. Possibly been this way the entire time so almost a year…. No wonder the heater wasn’t working last week when we needed it. There were a few other things that had to be fixed as well. Makes zero sense this is happening since day one. I do not understand what is going on with this company and why they get such good reviewsZ I know we can’t be the only ones that have had to deal with this

New HVAC system to replace a 20-30-year-old system in quirkily-renovated 1950s house. I picked them because they noticed and explained a lot of little issues that needed attention, and included them in the price. Salesman was persistent but knowledgeable and responsive. Installers were skilled and cleaned up after. I might have found a better price elsewhere, but this was close enough and I liked the communication and the results.

ARS was responsive and timely. My heating unit suddenly stopped working. At first I thought it was the thermostat unit not connecting, so I tried trouble shooting it myself. After working on it for about 30 minutes , I noticed that it wasn’t the thermostat. I called ARS after doing a google search and they were able to schedule a technician to come out to my house the same day. Scottie the technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes and just like that, I had heat. Just in time I must say as the forecast for the weekend is supposed to be in the single digits.

These guys are amazing! Our ac went out this summer and our heating went out last night. We have small children and pets and we thought it would be a cold weekend until it could be replaced Monday. The ARS company reputation is ruined by someone. Be careful to sign the contract, don’t believe the braggart. I changed 3 units in April 2022 by ARS and paid $50,000. After using one summer and one winter, I must complain the supervisor, technical manager Scott is a braggart. My feeling is to be cheated and fooled by his cheaper promises. He promised he can solve the noise problem before signing contract, but after that he didn’t complete his promise. He can find any excuse to do nothing, not to really fine out any possible plan. Now I have to use two units. If I turn on the third one, the noise is unbearable in my bedroom. I waste my money because of his boast. The other employees are nice, like Mr. Charles Crapo( I would give him 10-star review), I would respect them. If you meet the braggart, please be careful before you sign the contract.

The ARS technician, (Jake) arrived within the given timeline, All the while having to traverse the extreme icy weather conditions to complete the service call. He was extremely professional, with impecable personable service. Also, very knowledgeable with the heat pump operations and Nest Thermostat programming, providing a complete system operational check..Jake also pointed out the heat pump could use a soft start kit which would increase the effeciency and longevity of the unit while reducing the in-rush current needed for compressors to start by 60%, thus minimizing potential damage to compressors from mechanical shock hard-starting current surges.The dispatcher was thorough and complete with timing and notifications.The entire ARS experience is highly recommended. As I am certain any of the services performed would provide the same great experience.

ARS technician came out to access what was going on with our A/C unit. Charles explained what the issue was with our A/C unit. He answered all my questions in great detail.He came out the next day to knock out the job. I am a highly satisfied customer.

Service man showed up by himself for a central heat & AC replacement (on time) a lot of work for one man who was professional & polite. Order was not right he brought a unit that does not adapt to the heat pump that he didn’t have which is what i purchased . Unable to actually contact Co but finally got a hold of salesman and he said that they would return on Monday with correct AC unit & pump . Which means I’m going to be out of work Monday & my wife & I are without heat for the weekend since 1 hour after service man left the new thermostat he installed went off with a note on screen the the thermostat would have to charge at that time it shut down 24 hours ago & has not come back on. Air handler was properly installed in a timely manor. No complaints about installer but the shipping dept must not be as efficient as he was. Customer service should be available to customer, maybe I should of been more involved with customer service than I was which I thought I was throughout the process. NOT AT ALL HAPPY TO BE WITHOUT HEAT FOR TWO DAYS AFTER SPENDING THIS KIND OF MONEY.

5/15/23 I had a coupon for a $49 tune up and was told I needed a capacitor replaced due to low voltage. Was charged $300 for a $20-$50 part and when I called to ask why the part was marked up so much I was given the run around! I paid them but will not EVER use them again!

We have several other quotes to get before making a decision of who to hire. The representatives were very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.

Worst experience ever. Took forever to get someone to my house. Told me he needed a part and that he would go pick it up at a place about 20 minutes away. 2 hours later called and told me it would be $600 for the labor. I called another place who said it would be about $300 for them to do it. Do not use this company. They overcharge and think they can get away with it because you need your heat on. Unreliable and expensive.

Rescue Rooter was running a New Year's special to check furnaces. The special was more than reasonably priced and the technician was timely and professional.

Very friendly. Didn't mind the dog. Figured out the problem quickly and had a quick fix.

They came out to diagnose an issue with out heating system. They did that well, showed up on time and didn’t take too long. Price for the work seems fairMy issue comes with the delivery of the info. Within a few seconds of greeting me, he launched into “this is the worst case scenario” (actual words used) to describe our system. Not true. Worst case was that it would never work unless we totally replaced the unit. This was a sales pitch to go high and then deliver lower options. Or push to see if I would bite at the fear he was trying to initiate. I’m old and been around. Just tell me what’s wrong and what it takes to fix it. Then give me your recommendations. Don’t throw the sales pitch on me.

The representatives came to my home for a diagnostic test on my AC unit. Both were very professional and were very thorough in their assessment. I'm still debating on which AC unit to replace mine with but will definitely use their services in the future!Update: I ended up getting a full Lennox HVAC system installed. The two installers were professional, clean, quick (about 5 1/2 hours), and very knowledgeable explaining each step.

Had a senior service representative come out to investigate and fix a terminal that was damaged during the prior service. The fix was to attach and crimp a lug onto the terminal.ARS was quick to correct the issue once they were made aware of the situation. They performed an investigation and fixed the issue.The Senior repair tech that showed up was professional and documented and fixed the issue.

Im very disappointed in ARS services on their last visit. I’ve been their client for many years and they have always provided excellent service. This las time, the technician was not knowledgeable and experienced in my AC/Heat Carrier system. He wanted me to know how to turn on and off the system and asked me technical questions that they, as technicians, should know. Definitely, ARS should train better their personnel.

ARS is good about confirming the scheduled arrival and Scottie was right on time. He also completed a thorough system check and upgrade to our system. Very professional and courteous.

It is a warranty job to replace coil unit. The technician came but was not aware of just labor to replace the coil unit. He called his supervisor to ask to proceed any check on the system. He got back to tell me it would be $3500 to just for labor to replace the coil unit. It turned out to be a misunderstanding to install a new unit.

I have 2 AC units. Both under a year old. My upstairs AC (3 ton) was not cooling but my downstairs unit is working fine. AC tech said the compressor of the 3 ton unit (upstairs) is not working and need to be replaced. AC tech said it would be 2,400.00 to repair.Since my AC is less than a year old, I want to reach out to the manufacturer to get a replacement since my is still under warranty. So, I declined the service.Remember, I said my other AC unit is working fine. Later in the evening, my downstairs unit is not cooling. I am not sure if this AC tech did something to the unit that is working. It felt as though there is no Freon. It was fine before he came and now, it is not.Can Handy please investigate? I am a new customer and I am really not happy.ThanksSarn
