I find all repair situations stressful. So I was greatly appreciative from the moment of my first call to have such excellent customer service for a repair of a water leak on my air-conditioning unit. From the get-go, I was treated with courtesy, respect, kindness and it helped relieve my anxiety. The repair person was punctual, an excellent communicator, and efficient. Everything was handled with the upmost professionalism. I would not hesitate to use this company again and to recommend them to my friends.

I really hate to write bad reviews, however, for this particular company, I will make an exception. There are several reasons for this review… Shotty workmanship, property destruction, deception, and bullying toward elders.I live at a rent house and the property owner (really nice older gentlemen in his 80’s) hired me to remodel the bathroom. When I got to the plumbing area of the remodel, I asked the homeowner if he knew of a plumber that he would recommend. He told me that Hooper plumbing did work at his church and did a good job, so they were hired to do the small plumbing job needed for the remodel. I was installing a fiberglass shower and needed the drain pipe in the floor moved.Hooper plumbing came to the house and told me that they would be able to do the job in 1 afternoon and told me that it was “no big deal”. So, we agreed to a time and set the date.2 Guys showed up to my house and started the work. They had tools that didn’t work and had to use mine, they took several breaks, left several times to “get supplies”, and had no idea what they were doing. I had to show them how to do the basic job. They destroyed the floor in the wrong place trying to find the pipe, which made fixing the floor all that much harder. I had just finished hanging drywall, which they promptly destroyed. They dropped my new 750.00 shower pan and cracked it. Once the drain was relocated, they told me that they had other jobs to finish and LEFT A GIANT HOLE IN MY SLAB. Then they informed me that it was Friday and that they would not be returning until the following Tuesday.They finally sent 2 more people out to finish the job the following week.They sent the landlord a $2100 invoice. My landlord contacted them to inform them that the invoice they sent was totally unreasonable, and they bullied him into paying way more than the job was worth. I informed Hooper Plumbing that if he didn’t make it right that I was going to leave a bad review and the owner told me that he didn’t care. So here it is.Avoid this company at all costs!

These guys do very good work. They know their business. Will hire them again soon.

Benjamin was great.During the diagnostics today, He did not provide assumptions, he actually checked his theories and found the root cause of the problem. He is very handy and it appeared that he also had a great support from his colleagues at the office. When he was trying to figure out the problem he was able to reach out to more experienced people and receive recommendations.Highly appreciate the hard work today.

I was scheduled to have my hose bibb repaired. Julie is the most rude person I have ever talked to from a business. My home warranty gave them the wrong number so she just cxld my call that I had been waiting on for days. She was rude and VERY unprofessional. I would not advise using this company!

This is my first time dealing with this company and I have to say it was better than I had expected. My problem was a seized up blower motor that had seized up and no longer moved any air. He took care of the problem quickly by replacing the old with the new unit and also cleaning the coils and now we have air again!

George D. was very fast and courteous. He called before he got to the job and then told me he would wait while I was running a bit late. He helped me out whenever someone else had screwed up the job and was friendly. If I have a plumbing problem in the future I will make sure and remember George.

My downstairs toilet had a valve to break and it was flooding my downstairs. I called multiple companies who posted they were open 24/7 who actually weren't. Well I did get Frymire to respond and they were extremely courteous from the very start and were able to get Alejandro out to assist. Alejandro was extremely professional and explained everything to me along with the price quote from the very beginning and he followed through and even checked the valves in my other 2 bathrooms. The job was completed a timely manner and I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Great company!!

This plumbing company is reliable and affordable. They were able to fix our sump pump issue quickly and efficiently, despite it being a complex job. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided us with great customer service. Highly recommend!

Home was built in 1952. Used Wilson to replace sewage system under house. To access part of the plumbing would normally require cutting into original tile or paneling.When we discussed my concern about tearing out the tile the plumber worked on finding a better solution. They ended up accessing the plumbing through my furnaces air return.No only was the crew courteous and professional. They were on time, every time. Best of all, even with the extra work my bill was still exactly the estimated amount.I've used many plumbers in my day. Wilson is by far the best! I also found the price quite reasonable.
