This company advertised in Best Pick Reports, so I called them. First time, on a Saturday, the person answering the phone promised I would get a call back during the week. Didn't happen. Second time, I reached service and was told next appt was over 10 days out. They charge $55 for service call and $48 every 15 minutes. If a helper is required, that's an addl $37 every 15 minutes. Didn't ask me about what I needed. It sounded like the person taking the calls was tired of answering the phone. Maybe they are wonderful plumbers, but I didn't get the feeling they need new customers. I hired another company.

James' qualifications and experience helped me have peace of mind in resolving a repair that I thought was going to cost me an arm and leg. After inspection of various area of my home , James of DIAL ONE, found and fixed the problem. The cost was reasonable but most important, James, left me in a better frame of mind.

Josh B fixed the main house drain. He was excellent at fixing the problem. My only gripe with the company is the extravagant cost of over $1,700 to clear a pipe. By far the highest I ever paid for a quick plumbing job. Management/ownership does seem greedy w the costs. A whole new water heater to include installation costs me less than this job.

Teo De La Cruz with Milestone came and did a Cleaning, Inspection and Test of my HVAC System. He was very friendly with good customer interaction skills. He was very thorough and explained all my options to consider.

Javier and Jeremy came out to diagnose my tankless water heater after the freeze. They were professional, on time, and so polite. Javier did a fantastic job of explaining the possibilities and setting expectations for what comes next. They have only done the initial diagnosis and haven’t repaired yet because of the delay in parts. But my experience so far has been terrific.

We have used Wilson for years -- primarily for heating and air. Then I called Wilson for a plumbing problem and found that they had to redo the work of another plumber in order to fix my problem. So now they are our primary plumbers, too. Price is always reasonable, the response time is very fast, and the technicians always inspire trust.
