We used Reeves for the first time during the long freeze when our previous plumber wouldn’t even return our call. They repaired several burst pipes and replaced our tankless water heater.I will most definitely continue to use Reeves and have given their name to 2 friends who have used them. Juan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and went out of his way for us.They arrived when they said they would.

Charles did an excellent job unstopping my drain and pointing out future problems that will need to be dealt with. Once again, another positive experience with Public Service Plumbing (a well chosen name).

24 Hour Emergency service is what I needed and could not find anyone else to help us.They came out and the price I was quoted over the phone was cheaper once he got to us. Thank god because I have a 3 year old and cant afford emergency plumbing repairs. The excellent customer service they showed was outstandng my 3 year old was a little scared but they showed him what was to be done and he went on to bed it was amazing! I couldnt get him to bed before that for anything. Thank you guys so much.

What a great experience. All the team members that came on site professional, fully explained to me what was happening. Part was not readily available due to supply chain shortages but that did not stop them. They explained the delay, searched the metroplex til they found the part, and let me know it was on way. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give this company your credit card info. They sent a salesman to my home who received my card info, by telling me that if I did the service for the estimate he wrote up, that I would not be charged the service call.THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $1,100 FOR THE ESTIMATE THE VERY SAME DAY WITHOUT DOING THE WORK. They never did the work, and I'm only asking for my money back, but they have been giving me the run-around about a financial department who does all their financials that is never in town.READ THIS!!! I have called and spoke with Diane, Michelle, and Josh on multiple occasions, and it's always the same thing; they will contact the financial department. I emailed this posthumous financial department; NO REPLY. It's been 3 months now and they are still out of town. SMH

Jimmy Rayo and his crew did an excellent job cleaning out 20+ years of filth. They were professional and got right to work. He even cleaned the grease off a vent that was in the kitchen. Highly recommend this company.

Our water heater was replaced and correctly installed. There had been errors in the previous installation. Also, Justin, rebuilt the platform that the water heater sits on. He did a thorough & complete installation. We are very grateful for his experience, knowledge & professionalism.
