We have used Reeves for over 20 years. Very happy til this past summer. We had a gas leak and they totally screwed up the repair and then would not stand behind their work. The owner refused to talk with me after we had already paid close to $3,000 for a partially complete job. Very sad how their quality and lack of caring has gone south.

Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience.
