We had a great experience with Ted and Metro Flow Plumbing. Our old cast iron pipes were leaking underneath our house (built in the 70s) and they were able to do a combination of replacing and lining without much tunneling. Everyone who worked at my home for this project was very professional and kind. I appreciated that they tried to give us as many options as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with an older home. Other companies had told me they’d need to tunnel in 3 places outside and possibly inside our house, so the lining that Metro Flow offered was MUCH less invasive.

I had a leak in my sink piping and trash disposal. Jay King came out promptly, made good recommendations, and did an awesome job. He explained everything and offered to look at other areas of the house since he finished early, but I didn't have other problems. Thank you, Jay.

I discovered a clogged kitchen sink over Christmas. I called Reeves this morning and got an answer almost immediately. Thankfully they had some appointments today and the crew (JC I believe) showed up on time, as scheduled. They quickly diagnosed the issue and removed the clog. Fast and easy. I had a great experience and will use Reeves for any future plumbing issues at my home.

Called Jason Edwards the morning of and informed me he could be at my residence to address the plumbing issue within a few hours and provided an ETA which he was on time for. He detected the source of the problem and installed new piping to fix the leak. Fantastic job all around and he was upfront with very reasonable prices. Joseph said I had a drain pipe that needed repair in the front yard. The job was supposed to take 3 days. I paid half down, and the next day they dug a hole. It has since been a week of excuses, no shows, and unanswered calls/texts. I am left with a hole, a large section of grass that will be dead from the smothering, and now must find another plumber to complete the job. I'm out $1400 plus damages to my lawn.I have all the calls and texts to back my claims. BEWARE!

I have had Baker Brothers come to my house few times and they have always been very helpful, nice and informative through the whole process. My house is 60 years old so we have issues every once in awhile and won’t use another company. I live in North Richland Hills.

Had a rusted out connection on the water heater. Previous company just recommended replacing the entire hot water heater. PHS came out and completed the repair in 30 minutes and was able to show me and explain the repair and why it was repairable and didn’t need to be replaced. Nice to find a company with integrity that isn’t just looking to upsell
