This has been my third time hiring this plumber for different tasks and he delivers every time. I wouldn't think twice about calling them or recommending them. They are true professionals and the best in the game.

The service is a little pricey, but you pay for what you get, and once you call them out to fix a problem, it has been resolved. I have never had to use their warranty in regard to any work that they have previously performed at my house, and this is why keep us g their service. I'm willing to pay for peace of mind!

The first hint not to use this company is the fact they are so reluctant to give you any sort of price range. I understand that you cannot give me an exact price, but I did describe the issue so I would think a price range is fair. I mean is it going to be a couple hundred or a couple thousand?? People do not just have a couple thousand laying around, so I would need to plan if it is going to be that high. Regardless of that, I still asked them to come by (shame on me).They got to my house and looked at where the problem is. They told me that the issue was my sprinkler system and they gave me 2 choices of how it can be fixed. 1. They could cap off the system to stop the leak but I would not be able to use my sprinkler; or 2. They could dig up both sides of my sidewalk and replace the piping which would take much longer. I do not use my sprinkler system and I wanted this to be completed soon, so I chose option 1. They said if I wanted to replace the pipe at a later time I could. They spent a couple hours doing the work, only to tell me that that didn't fix the issue and the pipe is still leaking. They could come back tomorrow and fix the actually issue but I would still have to pay for what they did today. So basically out of the 2 choices they gave me, the second choice is what would have actually fixed the problem and the first choice did nothing. I find it ridiculous that they would tell me what the issue is, give me options and then tell me that they really just spent time fixing nothing but it will cost me $250.A decent company would have apologized and then offered to fix the real problem not charging me for the nonsense that was done today. I will not be using this company in the future not will I be recommending it to any homeowners I know.The companies response to my review is appreciated but misguided. There was no miscommunication. Bottom line, they gave me 2 choices on how to fix my leak; I chose the one that was supposed to be the quickest. The company did the work, charged me but the leak was not fix. I was never told they didn't know where the leak was coming from; in fact I was told they knew where the leak was coming from and then given 2 options on how to fix it. I also did not stop them from completing their work. The work I chose to be done was completed and since the issue was not fixed I did not want them to start an entirely new job for what should have been fixed in the first place. The response by the company seems to be intended to save face in front of possible customers as opposed to resolving a current, and possible future, customers issues.

We used this company yesterday for the first time and they were prompt and very reasonable. Fred was very friendly and took time to explain everything and took care of the problem we will use them in future for all our plumbing issues.

Very professional and explained the situation on the toilet plumbing repair. It was a little pricey, but they were quick to provide their services. Would use them again.

I had Jeffrey as the plumber technician that came over to fix the kitchen sink backup issue. He was very knowledgeable in his work and very friendly too. It took him about 30 minutes to get the line unclogged. Thank you Jeffrey!

They are always super responsive, honest and do excellent work. My whole family uses them for everything. When my AC broke they were able to help on the same day in the middle of the summer and just did the same with my water heater. I really like that they break everything down and always give several options. Definitely recommend!

The AC tune up service for $79.99 was an utter waste of money. I was promised an indoor quality test and no such test was done. I asked the technician if he can do that and he just ignored my question and pretended like no such test exists. I called other AC repair companies and there is an indoor air quality analysis test that can be done where particulates coming from air are analyzed. Instead what we were given was just recommendations for costly maintenance. Also, the technician didn't even bother checking the ductwork properly in the attic. He just went up the attic and said everything looks fine. I will not be using A-star again.

Work was done promptly as promised. In and out - job well done. Cleaned up properly and installation went very well.

Will and Jacob were incredibly professional. Will arrived first thing in the morning on a Saturday and was able to identify the issue and set up installation of a new water softener THE DAY OF. The work was quick and looked really good. We immediately noticed a difference in water quality. Plus, Will offered to come back later in the week to insulate the pipes. There's a reason we keep going back to AAA. Bradley installed our toilet months ago, and did a superb job.
