They showed up late to fix a leak late on a Saturday night.

HORRIBLE. We called and said there was a leak from a pipe coming from the pool equipment. When the guy came out he said they couldn’t detect from pool equipment. Charged $80 for nothing. When I called the lady hung up on me and wouldn’t answer when I called back. Incredibly poor service. NEVER use this company

Just an fyi for everyone that this is a service that routes your call to random companies based on the zip code you enter. They will answer in the wee hours of the morning. I called to find out where my plumber was as I had heard nothing back 7 hours later and got a different company that they had none of my information from my call at 4am.

In search of helpwith an interior water leak causing damage to hardwood flooring, I called this company and was amazed at the valuable time and advice. If he provided an unlikely customer with this level of sevice, I can only imagine the quality service real customers receive. Hard to find this calibre of customer service and integrity these days.

Very professional. They came out and did a complete camera inspection of the plumbing under my house to the street. When finished they provided me a complete report showing no work was required!!!! What a relief to find out all my plumbing was fine.

Scam of a company. Stay away! They could not complete the job and gave me some BS excuse. What started as a 10K job was left undone because like leeches they just wanted more and more and more money. These are the nightmare contractors that people talk about. RUN RUN RUNDO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!!!!

We had several outlets no longer working. We used Milestone electric and our service tech Dan Lynn did an excellent job. He was efficient, professional, and courteous.We also had service tech Brian Mount come out and give an estimate on several options for how to get hot water to our Master bathroom faster. Brian was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining our options. He was courteous and enjoyable to talk with.Milestone Electric was stellar when it came to communication. When I called, someone professional and knowledgeable answered the phone and answered my questions. When it came to arrival times, we got both a phone call and text reminders as well as a phone call and text alerts that the tech was 20-30 away, which was was very helpful.We would use Milestone again for future needs without hesitation.
