We had a leak in our ceiling and water running down the walls and bubbling the paint. Slate Plumbing was able to come out same day and take care of the problem. Moises did a fantastic job. He made sure he did the job right, provided insight into what what happened and why, and was always ready to answer questions. He explained everything that he was going to do and gave an estimate before he performed the work. Slate also put us in contact with a Water Mitigation company to stay on top of things and guide us though getting our house back in order. Moises offered top-notch customer service and professionalism. He also found several other minor issues with the plumbing and corrected them before they became problems. We are so glad that we were able to get service from Slate Plumbing.

Your plumber, Danny, went above and beyond the normal plumbing service, including alerting me of his time to arrive, didnt ask for an upfront deposit. analyzed the problem, gave a fair projected price, fixed the repair and was extremely professional. Repair work was fair but cost was off the charts. Job was uncomplicated but plumber misdiagnosed the required task and so it took longer than he estimated to fix. The part was $45, total cost was $395!! It took less than TWO hours so the labor cost was $350! That's more than $175 per hour!! And he still left work for me to finish and he kept the old part, which can be easily fixed and resold!! Bring lots of money if you call these people. This guys charge fees like a doctor.

We called to have a hose replaced under the sink and also discovered we had to get our two way double clean outs updated, as they were very old. Daz plumbing was very professional and prompt attending to my plumbing emergencies. I was dealing with a slab leak and immediately upon repair, I had a secondary issue where the sewer line was backing up into the house. Daz was very communicative during the whole process and also ended up replacing my sewer line. I would definitely recommend, I believe his work is of high quality and also comes with a warranty.
