Jacob did an excellent job on repair of my shower. He had to cut out sheetrock in order to make repair of leak. I have used Jacob before on other repairs and never have had a recall. That's why I continue to use Public Service Plumbers.

Wonderful service delivery! I called them late one afternoon and three guys from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC showed up right on time the next morning. They fixed a couple of leaks on different faucets and left immediately they were done.

Mario and David from Roto Rooter came down to inspect my house plumbing and did their work in a highly professional manner. They took time to firstly inspect and advised me on the dos and don’t and things to look out for. Feeling satisfied finally there were no issues detected :)

I had a stopped up toilet when I got home from work on a Friday evening. My house only has one toilet, so I really needed to get it fixed. I called another company who could not do anything until Saturday. So, I called One Source, and was able to have the problem handled within 1.5 hours of making the call. The plumber demonstrated excellent knowledge and skill, was friendly, and took care of everything in an efficient manner. It was a rainy night, and he took care to keep my floors clean. I surely appreciated this service.

Ben Garcia was our technician and was awesome. He was very helpful in solving our plumbing issue. He really helped us to stay with in our budget. We thought we just had a clogged shower drain and it turned out we had a broken pipe. Ben was able to break through the concrete and replace the broken pipe in less than a day. We would recommend him to anyone needing a simple or complex fix.

Josh B fixed the main house drain. He was excellent at fixing the problem. My only gripe with the company is the extravagant cost of over $1,700 to clear a pipe. By far the highest I ever paid for a quick plumbing job. Management/ownership does seem greedy w the costs. A whole new water heater to include installation costs me less than this job.

So far so good. From the first point of contact with the office to when Dillon showed up. Straight to the point. No BS. Which everyone loves! Then Jerry and his helper (not sure I got his name) showed up.... knowledgeable, personable. Got the job done! And they were totally cool with my 2 year old all up in their workspace. Much appreciated! They were all awesome!

We bought a house that had two old R22 air conditioners, one of them was leaking refrigerant and the other wasn't cooling the house efficiently. We decided to replace both units. I called several firms and received their proposals, one of them being Baker Brothers. The reason we ended up choosing Baker Brothers was because of their customer service. Their prices were lower too, but overall the way we were treated and then the professionalism of their work really stood out.We ended up purchasing their Platinum package: Two new 18+ seer air conditioners and two new furnaces. We also had all the duct work cleaned and scrubbed. We just got through with the hot Dallas weather and can now say that the two new air conditioners worked marvelously over the summer. They are two-stage, which means when that second stage kicks in it cools down rapidly in the house. Just wonderful - and efficient too.The girls at the office were always nice and the technicians were kind and courteous. Really good experience from beginning to end, and definitely recommend.
