Best Plumber Clogged in Dallas TX

Frank and honest assessment of the issues with my sewer lines.A previous plumbing company did not find the clog in my sewer line and quoted $70,000+ to replace all sewer lines. Ted showed me with his video equipment a lump of fibrous material that plugged one line. Ted suggested a drain clean out service tens of thousands of dollars below the earlier estimate.

Everything was fine and the guys always did a nice job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Recently they have not called me back when I left 2 messages. Which I did not understand. I know they have been busy with repairs from the freeze however no one bothered to tell me that was the reason they would not call me back to discuss two jobs at my house which they already knew needed to be done.

Repairman did a great job. He listened to my concerns and diagnosed the issued quickly. He gave us a couple of options for how to proceed. His work was very clean and when he left you couldn't tell he had ever been there. Very professional guy.

THESE GUYS ARE LIARS AND CON ARTISTS!!!They charge $99 up front to send someone to quote changing a water heater. Most people in the industry don't do that. They refused to take a look at it with a video chat.My water heater is in the garage, free standing and up to code. It is a simple replacement. I was told that the installation starts at $800, which includes the water heater. I figured, even if they add a pan and a little plumbing and it costs a couple hundred dollars more for that, it will only be $1200-$1300 max. So, I decided to overlook the $99 quote fee. They quoted $2200 for a simple installation with easy access from the garage and they lied to me up front.WHAT A CON ARTIST!!!

One Source Plumbing did a great job in correcting a sewer problem at my house. They worked very hard to find the best solution and were very pleasant to deal with. Danny and everyone from the One Source team were very professional and worked hard to address my concerns.

Jason came out the same day I called him. Very professional and efficient. I needed a part that he didn’t have and he was able to find it for me the next day and returned to finish the job. Very prompt service. I will use him again and highly recommend him.

One of Mr. Rooter’s plumber came on Thursday 21st of May 2020, for a clogged line between our washer and sink in our kitchen. On Tuesday 26th of May 2020, I realized our laminate floors were flooded. Water coming out of the wall and the floor.We called Mr. Rooter back and they came the next morning. Their plumber (the same one) gave us an estimate of $750 to open the wall, fix the leak, change the pipe. He declined responsibility, and said his manager agreed and there was nothing they could do about it. Since then, we have filed a complaint to their service, we have been calling everyday and we have yet to have spoken to a manager or an owner. This is despicable!!!Even if you do not want to take responsibility, you could call us back, talk to us and we could find an arrangement. Our floors are damaged, our living-room/kitchen area smells like mold and we have babies around!!!We had to file a claim with our insurance and we are paying out of pocket. So 0 stars for your awful and poor customer service skills.You guys are thieves and we won’t stop here!

They did an excellent job replacing my sink stoppers today. Looks like a million bucks now. They did not use cheap materials. They use the best and went out of their way to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend using Baker Brothers.

I have used Flow Plumbing on four occasions. The first three were for slab leak detection and remediation. The most recent job was to replace three leaking outside faucets. In each case, the plumbers arrived on time, took great care not to mess up the house and did excellent work. No followup work was required on any job. I highly recommend them!
