Best New Water Heaters in Dallas TX

I have used Tribeca a number of times over the last few years. Each time, Tribeca has fixed my problem the same day I called them, and their charges were extremely reasonable. I've been a homeowner for more than a few years, so I've used plumbers more than a few times, and Tribeca is the best I've ever found. I wouldn't use anyone else, and neither should you!!!!

Carlos was extremely professional, knowledgeable, capable. They charged the same fee that we were quoted. I wish I had found them sooner.

Working with this company has been extremely difficult. You get a window of 4 hours for a tech, he comes out, needs something, schedules another day for a different 4 hour window. Then he says he has to get an approval and will call back. I hear nothing for 3 days so i call in and they try to get me to pay a bill i already paid and i had to provide a check number to prove it. After that they schedule me for an AM appointment, again a 4 hour window (mind you I have had no AC for over a week now). I take off work and wait. Call in and am informed that they moved me to a PM appointment and are sorry they cannot do anything. I ahve to work so have to reschedule again for another mid day window of 4 hours. I would look to another company that can keep time commitments and fix your equipment in a timely manner so you are not out of AC for over a week, including a holiday weekend, and you get a proper window where people actually show up. I cannot comment on the actual work yet as it is not even complete and my AC is still down.

Uriel was on time and very professional. He replaced both of my exterior faucets, raising one of them that a previous plumber was just going to cut and would have left too low in the ground. He also gave me tips on some other things he saw. Overall a great experience. 5*

As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

I had a clogged sewer main in one of my duplexes that tuned out to be multiple points of failure in the sewer system. Jeff went out of his way to not only get the job done well, but he was friendly and respectful to my tenants - who ended up having their hallway dug up for 5 days. His pricing was fair and final bill was exactly what he quoted - although I know it went over his initial estimate. Jeff is my new go-to guy for all my pro plumbing jobs.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Scam! My parents contacted this company to fix their air conditioner that went out during the winter storms in Texas. The receptionist was very rude. When my father reported her they sent a technician out anyway from this same company because there wasn’t any other company available through their homeowner association to come in a timely manner. When the tech came my parents were told they would need a 12,000 brand new ac. When they contacted a family friend repair man to check his findings, he saw that their wires had been cut. He was able to fix the wires for 150$. Don’t trust this company.

I used this company once in 2015 but recently someone named Macy keeps calling and leaving messages about an unpaid invoice from 11/2022. I haven't used their service since 2015 and moved out of state so I thought they must've mixed up my old info with someone else's and I called to let them know they were either being scammed or something was wrong with their system.The woman from their company was very rude and was convinced I was in the wrong by not paying their invoice. She was unwilling to listen and basically decided I was lying from just a phone number that was given to them. At the end I just told her to remove my information from their system and to never call me again.So beware when you give them your information, they might accuse you of not paying for an invoice from a job that you never asked them to do.
