Ryan and his team at 3G Plumbing were beyond helpful in fixing all our plumbing issues. My wife and I had just purchased our first home and were nervous about getting some of the pipes fixed underneath the slab. He and his team were very responsive, professional, and on time with the timeline of the project. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing any sort of plumbing repairs done on their home. The staff at 3G Plumbing is so knowledgable and HONEST. They recently diagnosed the need for a major plumbing repair. During the repair, it was discovered that the expensive repair was not needed. They let us know.. Needless to say, we were thrilled. I highly recommend this company.

A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater failed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until the pipe was installed. I contacted a qualified plumbing company that agreed with the manufacturer and made the necessary equipment correction per the installation instructions. Buyer beware. Do not use 3G Plumbing for water heater installation.

Idk why, but choosing plumbing experts scares me. I don’t feel the “Human” part of doing business with plumbing companies. 3G wasn’t like that though. I felt like I was talking to real people. I’ll call em’ again one day.

They were great. The resolved several plumbing issues that I could not do. They worked through the heat and were done quickly.
