We are new home owners and turns out , Richard is our neighbor! He has helped us out sooo much with our new home, it’s unreal. His referrals are great and I can’t explain how reassuring it is to know someone that does quality work and who knows referrals for other projects. This company already feels like family and they were one of the first ones to welcome us to the community. Highly highly recommend!

I've gone to Hooper twice now, and twice I've been satisfied. Both instances were emergency situations, and both times they did everything they could to get to me promptly. This last time, they had even made it to my house BEFORE I could make it home. Great, quick work done. The workers, Blake and Hector, were both so professional and easy going. Its always slightly nerve wrecking as a woman having to deal with male contractors alone, however these guys never made me feel taken advantage of. I've used them twice now and I'll continue to use them. They've also, twice now, given me the best or lowest quotes for their services as well. All around I'm a satisfied customer.

Called Jason Edwards the morning of and informed me he could be at my residence to address the plumbing issue within a few hours and provided an ETA which he was on time for. He detected the source of the problem and installed new piping to fix the leak. Fantastic job all around and he was upfront with very reasonable prices. Matt was awesome! We had a leak in our bathroom in the middle of the night that caused us to have to shut the water off to our house. He kept us up to date on what time he would be at our house and was able to fix everything quickly for us. Highly recommend.

At first they seemed very nice. They came out while it was raining. It was after hours so that part was nice. So when they came out he replaced a couple things and capped off some gas line. We paid 688 dollars for them to come back and check to see we’re the leak was. Then they told us it was old piping and need to be replaced we paid 4,250. After they were done we still didn’t pass it was still showing there was another Leak. Then told us we need to pay another 3,000 to put brand new solid pipes in. I feel they used us and lied as well.

Jerry was very professional and knowledgeable. Before he started he went over everything and explained what needed to be done. He performed the work in a very timely manner. I highly recommend using Milestone.

I had a clogged sewer main in one of my duplexes that tuned out to be multiple points of failure in the sewer system. Jeff went out of his way to not only get the job done well, but he was friendly and respectful to my tenants - who ended up having their hallway dug up for 5 days. His pricing was fair and final bill was exactly what he quoted - although I know it went over his initial estimate. Jeff is my new go-to guy for all my pro plumbing jobs.
