This company was new to me and he was on TIME , Now that was very impressive, My plumber (Jonathan) was very pleasant and professional, he was also very informative, I liked the fact he didn't sugar coating anything,what needs to fix and what needs to be replace n repaired. Easy to schedule arrive on time and get job done efficiently

Josh and Hunter were great and got us up and running quickly. They were professional and courteous and we’re in constant contact about our appointment.

Requested a quote for gas leak search and repair. Tech attempted multiple times to do a gas line pressure test without success, said he was having equipment failure. So I asked the tech for an alternative repair quote, which was provided. My issue is I was still charged for the gas leak search after the tech said his equipment was failing. And the emailed repair quote I received was $700+ more than the verbal quote the tech provided while on site. Also, I was not made aware of the $85 trip charge until the tech was on site.

Cody did an adequate job but unfortunately I won't be recommending or turning to Milestone for future services as $588 seemed excessive for dryer duct cleaning considering the complexity of the task, tools required, and time required to complete the task (approximately an hour). I would also recommend Milestone provide a cost range for the task initially so the customer doesn't have to eat the trip charge in order to receive an estimate.
