Best Leaking Drain in Dallas TX

We had a plumbing emergency and had never worked with them before but they still found a way to make it out in just 15 minutes the phone operator was very courteous and the plumber very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended

As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

Baker Brothers, and specifically their technician Marcus, did a great job with our water heater repair. This was an expensive project that I didn't have much experience with and the Baker Brothers team did a great job talking through options and making recommendations based on the size of our home, placement of the water heaters and products available. Once we made a decision, the installation was professional, clean and efficient - they coordinated an outside contractor to do some venting/roof work and everything was seamless. Very happy with the work and our new product - thanks Marcus and Baker Brothers!

Had our twice annual systems checkup, and am very pleased with the service. Phillip and Jacob took a long time to answer my questions and address my concerns regarding our AC/heating. Caleb took excellent care of our plumbing. I highly recommend A Star and these guys.

Worked here many many moon ago...

Up to this last visit, they have been great. However, on this last visit to replace a hot water heater, I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by one of their employee's (Miles) to cover up his laziness or incompetence or both. This is in addition to the needless damage they did to my house in the process.If that is the caliber of employee they are hiring, I want NOTHING to do with them. They were our go to. Now I don't want them anywhere near my house. What else have they lied about?

As I'm driving down the highway with my infant in the car, I am cut off by the service vehicle. Once I get beside him he swerves close to my car and honks at me as I speed by to get away. He then starts to speed up and flips me off with his middle finger. I immediately call the number on their website to file a complaint with the company. When the phone was answered, it was the man in the service truck. Turns out it was the owner!!!! Does NOT SEEM like a professional business to me.....

I had a small water leak hidden inside wall. Called a lot of companies, and they were either unable to determine the leak, or too afraid to cut the drywall. but Pipeline Leak Detection Dallas TX's people came, located the leak, cut the wall, and repaired the damaged pipe. They were very professional and they got the job done in time.

I was quoted $99 for their special drain cleaning, however was charged $129. When I inquired on the difference, I was told they’d get back to me. Two weeks later when I hadn’t heard back, I asked again and was told $99 was for an accessible drain, but since the tech had to remove two screws for the shower drain it was $30 extra. $30 to remove two screws…. I would have gladly removed them myself. Bottom line don’t trust what you are quoted.
