I am so glad I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing to fix a commode that was leaking water onto the floor when the toilet flushed. Moe, the technician, was great to work with. He quickly found the problem and explained a couple of options on how to fix it. Moe was quite professional and efficient. I had an HVAC tech come to my house this week to troubleshoot my Nest thermostat. It was repeatedly resetting and going into a delay and the second floor could not cool. The technician told me I would need 6lbs of Freon ($714) and it would be a patch job because it would continue to leak. He also recommended a longer term solution, replace the whole system for around $13,000.I decided to call a friend of the family that works on AC. It was a long drive but he figured it out. 2lbs Freon and a broken part that needed to be replaced. He charged me a couple hundred bucks. It’s works fine now. No thanks to Baker Brother’s. I cannot speak on their actual repairs, only their horrible troubleshooting skills.

Jose Vazquez has been a great help in performing maintenance every season. If anything is wrong he makes sure that it is done right and investigates thoroughly. We appreciate his professionalism and expertise.
