They were fast and on the spot.

I was charged $491 for a dishwasher installation which seems high on its own. But on top of that, the installation service resulted in a dishwasher that wouldn't drain and is now giving us an error code that we have to get an authorized brand technician to come out and fix under warranty. So why did I pay for the install service?The representatives I dealt with (including Jacob, the technician) were very kind and attentive. But to charge nearly $500 for an install service which didn't even end with a useable dishwasher is ludicrous.

Moises P. was very informative and thorough. It took a while for him to locate where my gas leak was in the attic after I had roofers install a new roof but he was finally able to find it. He walked me through all the steps it was going to take to get it fixed. Very happy with his service.

Called, got appointment, next day showed upon a rainy and chilly day and evaluated the job on outdoor buried waterline to house; gave an estimate; next day got job done in a timely manner. Can't ask for more. Would recommend ?

Jeff assessed the situation and explained exactly what was causing with problem as well his plan to fix it.The work was done as promised. Oscar arrived on time (11/23/22) with the replacement fan motor. He replaced the failed fan motor and ran system diagnostics with no noted problems or failures. As usual Oscar was profession and thorough and cleaned up before he left. He gets my recommendation.Oscar Wion (11/18/22) was professional, thorough, and reactive. He identified the problem with our system - failed fan motor that exhausted combustion gases through a vent in the roof. He sent us description information on our system, video of failed fan, video of unrelated water leak from the dehumidifier. He identified the part number of the failed fan motor and its availability, temporarily disabled the dehumidifier and water leak. He explained the failure situation in detail and pointed out that our system is twenty years old and that caution should be considered in making expensive repairs. After we requested the fan motor replacement on 11/20/22, he expediuosly scheduled the repair.11/19/22 Chris Short was professional, very knowledgeable, and good at explaining the proposed new AC System. We were initially interested in his offer but when we received the purchase/installation contract most of the needed installation modification costs to our house were TBD. This was unacceptable to us so we decided to repair our old AC unit in lieu of replacing it.

I am very disappointed with Flow Plumbing and will never use their services again. I called to see if they could unclog a clogged downspout (listed as a service they provide on their website). On the phone they told me they might not be able to do so as if the pipe is too thin they might break the pipe - but if they can't do the work they would only charge us the $59 visit fee. When they came to my home, they told my wife she had to initial a form for them to look at it, took a look with a camera for 5 minutes, decided they couldn't do the work, and said it would be $300. I don't know why they needed to use a camera to decide the pipe was too thin to do the work. Clearly they just took advantage of myself and my wife. When I complained to the management they were absolutely unapologetic and refused to help. There are plenty of plumbers out there - use someone else.

We had a major plumbing repair to be done. Jeff took the time to thoroughly check all of our plumbing before we even hired him for the job and was able to give us a detailed diagnosis. Compared to the 15-20 minutes other plumbers spent on diagnosis, Jeff spending a full day diagnosing our issue(s) was a great indicator of the attention to detail he has throughout his work. Jeff and Chang ended up spending nearly every day on our job for over six weeks. They kept us informed through every step in the process, took the time to show us exactly what they were doing, were very friendly and reasonably priced. Jeff is a perfectionist, which is a rare quality when it comes to plumbing work -- more specifically with the scale of our job. We discovered this when Jeff showed us how poorly and quickly the plumbing was done initially. They ended up having to replace almost every line from our house to the main sewer, and quality was at the forefront of Jeff's mind every day. Jeff was also very transparent with us about any issues he was facing during the work, which was appreciated. Once the job was complete, Jeff and Chang made our yard look even better than it was when they started. They packed in the dirt, raked it out to make everything uniform, cleaned off our sidewalk and house, buried the old, ugly clean outs, made the new clean outs align neatly with the ground and even fixed our ugly water hose pipe without us having to ask. Whether you have a small or large issue, you can trust that Jeff really takes pride in his work and wants to do things right the first time instead of doing things good enough to finish the job.

Horrible experience! Please save yourself time and money and take your business to difference company! They are overpriced and unprofessional.
