The technicians and employees at Dallas Plumbing are professional and easy to work with. My technician was great, he explained everything, was on time, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.Dealing with the employees at the parent company, Air Pros, was very dissatisfying and frustrating. So much so, I almost went with another company even though I had already paid for half of my service. It’s unfortunate that Air Pros bought so many companies they can’t deliver decent customer service.

Couldn't say enough about this company, from their office staff to the final product, absolutely amazing. We had a water main break under the foundation of our house, I called on a Sunday night around midnight and left a voicemail (didn't want to pay for emergency service call) and I promptly received a call first thing Monday morning at 8am from their office. I explained the issue and said he could send out a plumber to take a look. When Terry showed up, he was very professional and immediately took a look and discovered the issue, the best thing is that he was able to shut the water off at the meter as we don't have a shut off valve on the outside of the house. They then scheduled an excavation crew, who also hand chipped the concrete from the foundation to expose the damaged pipe, Terry was able to sleeve in a new piece of a pipe and problem solved! Terry also went out of his way to fix a broken sprinkler pipe that the excavation crew broke (even though you sign a waiver that says they are not responsible for a long list of items) I rarely call a contactor as I am pretty handy myself, but this was a bit our of my league. I chose this company from the pure fact of Google reviews, and if you find yourself in the same situation, I recommend you give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. I should be getting paid to write this, but this is my honest experience talking! Maybe they will give me a discount should I need their services again in the future! I had requested Joseph instead Jon McGee was sent and he was just as good as Joseph. He was attentive to my needs and with what I could afford. He gave me a few costs of what I was looking at in the future. He was polite and very well mannered. These are my go to guys. You won't be disappointed.

This plumbing company did an excellent job installing a new kitchen sink in my kitchen. They were cautious and ensured that everything was completed to my satisfaction.

**BEWARE** WILSON WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AGREEMENT**We used Wilson to install our new HVAC system and 6 yrs ago and thought they were great. We even used them annually as our maintenance and check-up w/ no issues...but you really find out about a company when a actual problem comes up.Our AC stopped working Saturday night about 7pm. We called Wilson's 24/7 number more than once and got no answer - Never a call back or anything! We had to use another provider to repair our unit because it was a 100 degrees and Wilson was MIA! We called Monday to find out why we never got a call and get a refund for the out of pocket cost from the other provider, since we had a 10 yr Gold Warranty that was supposed to cover all parts, labor etc. We have met all terms and conditions. The manager Carrie was rude to my wife when she called and was rude to me when I called. They basically told me sorry we left you high and dry w/ 2 small kids in a house w/ no AC in the summer time. That's the customer service you can expect from WilsonStay away and find somebody worth your money that will cares about their customers. I've already filed a BBB case in hopes to resolve - civil suit to follow if they want to be crooks
