We had minor problems with faucets in kitchen sink and two lavatories. The first service call went very well and Cody and Jesse were pleasant and professional, fixing the faucets and letting us know the work was guaranteed. One of the faucets started leaking, so I called for an appointment and Brad came, found another problem with the faucet (a vintage set-up) and fixed it to our satisfaction - no charge. We are very pleased with all our contacts with Cody and Sons Plumbing, Heating & Air and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Noticed a wet spot on our carpet near a base board. We have a new home warranty, but wanted to call Roto at least for a quote to get a gage on pricing, because my previous experience with roto was so good (shoutout to Chris/Eric in Huntsville, AL) However, Clay hit it out of the park with his professionalism, knowledge, & personality in general. We could of called our home warranty company (AHS), and paid significantly less, but after clay’s assessment, pleasant attitude, showing us the issue, answering all of our many many questions. No BS pricing (no hidden fees, no later add ons). It gave me the confidence & trust that Clay was going to do the job better than the choices AHS would of given us. Went through some tests before he cut the wall, but ultimately we had to, clean cut and got right where to where the leak was. Basically whoever hung the dry wall put a nail through it and had been slowly leaking for months before we bought it. Clay invited us to watch the fix, hang around each step to let us know what he was doing. Also called the restoration manager Justin, to help us understand the water damage and show us, explain their service, what it was going to cost. Clay and Justin are *chef kiss*. You get what you pay for & if you can you should use Roto and ask for Clay! Skipping AHS for all future plumbing & Going direct to Roto! The new pipes look really good & if I could snap a photo I would!!! Calling ins on Mon for restoration and wall contracting.

Kenny came out to inspect our A/C and make sure it is ready for summer. He messaged to give me and ETA and arrived on time. Kenny kept us informed as he inspected and he was very thorough. Very satisfied with the experience!

AAA Auger is not truthful in giving scheduling information. I first called around 9:00 AM and scheduling lady inferred she had a plumber available and would call me back in “2-3 hours to let me know arrival time”. This went on and on over multiple calls from me telling her I had heard nothing back. Finally about 9:00 PM a plumber, Frederick, showed up. He was very polite, efficient, and got the drain cleared. I will probably NEVER call AAA again because of their delaying tactics in providing a genuine and truthful estimate of when a plumber can actually arrive.

Was very professional and urgent to our toilet repair. We had a leak from our toilet and he came same day to prioritize our problem.

Jeff and Jack we’re on time. They assessed the problem, explained the solution and what needed to be done. They provided me a fair written quote for the services that I needed. repairman was a little late but I was kept up to date on where he was. He inspected the drains that were giving us problems and cleared them both and made sure they were completely clean.

we talked to Andy at 8:30 in the morning at 10:00 Will showed up he is a nice, good natured and professional young man. our Ac was running in 10 minutes. Will also gave us some good advise regarding our AC system. Overall we are very happy with the service

When things good well and turn out great on the 1st visit it is easy to write a positive review. When things don't go so well it is easy for people to write something not so positive. Sometimes things don't always go so well and problems come up. The reason Walker Air Conditioning and Heating is my go to company is because they want to get it right and will work with you and the problem to make it right. I applaud them and their staff for being this kind of company and I encourage you call them if you need A/C and or Heating services.

Zack showed up on time and listened to the main concern that I had with my heating system before getting started. He was able to diagnose the issue then expertly explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. My experience with some other companies, that is the point where they would have come up with some $4000 part that would fix the problem that it took a few minutes and no extra parts to fix. I really appreciate Zack's professionalism, and as I said to him, I appreciate the fact that he's good at what he does. This is my second time using Baker Brothers for HVAC service and I'll definitely use them again.
