They charged $200 for less than 1hour of work without replacing equipment. That’s on top of the $125 service call charge so it was $325 for something I could’ve probably done myself but as this was a rental property and I was out of town, I had to have someone tend to it fast. I do not recommend Tribeca and will not be using them in the future unless they make it right. It was not a fair deal. All that to say they did get the work done in a timely manner but it not for a fair price.

Plumber came out and replaced 6 water cutoff's under kitchen and bathroom sinks. Next day I had the sinks and countertops replaced and had another plumbing company com out and reconnect all the plumbing to new sinks. They had to rework 3 of the cutoff's due to them leaking. I could have called One Source back out but did not want to wait so I just had them repair the faulty work that One Source did

Working with Dallas Plumbing Company was a horrible experience. The technician arrived late, couldn't fix the issue. They had to come back two more times, still wasn't able to fix the issue. I Called the management, they never called back. I used another company who took care of the issue on their first visit. I can honestly say that dealing with Dallas Plumbing was one of the worst experiences ever.

We used this company yesterday for the first time and they were prompt and very reasonable. Fred was very friendly and took time to explain everything and took care of the problem we will use them in future for all our plumbing issues.

Had a great experience today. Called last night, and first thing this morning had my issue fixed. Everything was completely taken care of in a matter of minutes. Very respectful and helpful. I highly recommend.

We were having issues with our fireplace insert turning on and off. It turned out the faulty 1993 fireplace gas that valve needed to be replaced. Jacob is very knowledgeable and professional. He worked around our schedule to complete the valve replacement. Our confidence in Jacob has opened the door for additional business at our house. Jacob has recommended and sold us on the Flow Tech for reducing calcium build up in our water lines. He also recommended a water leak detection system for our hot water heaters. We will have Jacob/Pure Plumbing install both devices in our home in the near future. We would highly recommend Pure Plumbing to our friends for plumbing needs.

Howard is a great plumber and has reasonable prices. I called 3rd generation plumbing pros and Howard came right away. I didn’t have to wait a long time to get my issue resolved. He was very respectable and also did a follow up. I would recommend him to anyone. The service was 10 stars!!!!

Pascual did a great job replacing our toilet. He gave us some good options on how to proceed and worked with us to find a solution in our budget.

I have used this company 3x in 5 yrs and I will never use anyone else as long as they are in business. The owner Mr McFarland down to every worker onsite and in office have always been professional and friendly. I’ve never been pressured or lied to about work needed and pricing after many other quotes are fair and reasonable and they work with you. The workers are trustworthy and I can assure my property is safe even if I am not there and the work is impeccable. Thank you so much.

JP and the Barbosa crew were fabulous. From the first phone call they were responsive and easy to work with. JP took the lead and worked with my tenants to make things as easy as possible. I needed a new HVAC installation and removal of an old HVAC unit including all new duct work. The installation team was detailed and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done correctly and incorporated their work into anything existing in the house. It was all done in one day, they showed up on time and finished on time. When it was done the place looked like no one was ever there, the clean up was spotless. During the storm we had a pipe burst in the laundry room on Wednesday leaving us without water. We scheduled Plumbing 101 for Friday afternoon but they didn't come. We followed up that afternoon with a call and found out they had the wrong phone number and had been in our neighborhood the day before and tried to reach us. Joe felt bad about the miscommunication and made a special trip and came Friday night. He did the repairs professionally, was not high priced, and offered a discount due to the mistake. I would recommend them and plan on calling them back for another issue we are having unrelated to the storm.
