The Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning team was phenomenal. They were honest, forthright, and thorough. I was skeptical about replacing my whole air conditioning system after getting an estimate from a different company that was astronomical! This company wanted to replace everything, which sounded crazy—but the first company did not have the same circumspect approach. They came out twice to examine my unit and found it in good working order and with no emergent problems. You can’t buy character like this anymore—and they were polite and on time too! Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Baker Bros has been my go to for HVAC and plumbing. Today's visit was for a plumbing leak. Lindsey in Customer Service listened to the problem and got me booked right away. Alfredo and his helper arrived earlier than anticipated and diligently worked to find the leak, make the repairs and my estimated cost was the price I paid. I highly recommend Baker Bros, as well as Alfredo Meza! Thank you all for outstanding service!!

Tucker did an awesome job today. He is courteous, professional and listens well. He found two issues that should have been found by previous technicians but were not. One issue could have cost us a lot of money in damage to our home.Tucker took the time to explain clearly what was happening and how important the situations were as well. The way he handled everything created a high level of trust in his work. We are grateful for his efforts today and will definitely call upon him the next time we need something done on our HVAC.

We put in a call at 9AM when our AC quit putting out cold air. Jacob arrived an hour or so early, but called before he arrived to see if it was OK. It certainly was. He diagnosed the problem extremely quickly, went out to his truck, got the part, and fixed the system in minutes. Spectacular job.

Elderly woman with clogged toilet. Bath tub and sink drain fine. $89 for Service Call, then $195 more to stick a little hand held auger in the toilet. Less that 15 min. Total $284. Told her the price up front before starting work, but she clearly did not understand the value of what little needed to be done. Totally took advantage of an elderly person that did not know what things should cost. Never again for us. Others need to beware of their outrageous pricing to unstick a toilet. No main line work, clearly stated the bath tub and sink drain worked fine. On other reviews I see they acknowledge they are not cheap. (Almost sounded proud of it) But $284 for 15 min to unstick a toilet for an elderly person. Wow.
