Best Commercial Heat Pump in Dallas TX

Called this morning with our hot water not working. We found the hot water heater pan full of water. They originally had us scheduled for Friday but were able to get someone out to us this morning. Evan and his teammate did a great job. Both were friendly and efficient. I appreciate Evan taking the time to talk through our options and answering any questions we had. He made us feel like friends not just customers. Thanks guys for the hard work in this heat!

These plumbers are very organized. They arrived at the specified time and said the issue was due to sediment buildup and it wasn't a big deal. The crew was well equipped and they flushed the pipe and informed me when the work was done. It was amazing.

Unfortunately, had to replace two A/C units … but fortunately Joel, Tendo and Rafael were friendly, punctual, professional, detailed and communicative of how installation was going. They assured me from the start that they would “take care” of me with this massive installation and they did. They were here from 9Am-4:30PM and locked in on the job entire day. I’ve used AAA Auger three times now and they’re always great. Peter came out this time and he was friendly, informative and fast. I appreciate that they keep you updated on arrival times and send you a picture of the person coming to conduct the repairs - which adds an extra layer of safety/security. Barbosa did an excellent job of repairing our tankless water heater that had been damaged during the deep freeze in February 2021. They worked with us to allow us to locate the damaged part and coordinate with them to replace it. They were very backlogged due to the volume of problems affecting everyone in Texas, but they were very responsive and helped us restore our hot water after being out for several days. Thank you!

Our garbage disposal wasn't working and I knew after tinkering with it we were at the point of needing a plumber. I was able to quickly reach someone to schedule someone to come out and when my email address was listed incorrectly someone called me back within minutes to correct it. The company texted me with a picture of the plumber so we would know exactly was coming to our door and then he called to let us know his ETA. Once he arrived he gave us a quote after looking at the situation and it was a very reasonable price. He took care of us in 30 mins and was very professional and friendly in his demeanor.All in all the best experience I've had with a plumbing company and a plumber. Thank you to our technician Eric Bishop for leaving us with such a positive experience, especially because I accidentally caused the garage disposal to break in the the first place.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing.
