This is a great company! I really appreciate you all getting out of a bind to help install an outlet that we needed ASAP. The electrician I previously contacted backed out of the appointment and would not contact me. We needed an outlet installed so we could move out of our house for repairs with our two small children. We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The Baker Brothers team was fantastic!! The whole process was very smooth and everyone at Baker Brothers was so nice and professional. I really liked that not only did they let me know when a technician was on their way, but they also sent me the name and a picture of the technician who would be coming out. Dalton Broussard did a fantastic job installing my new water tank. He completed the work in about an hour and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I highly recommend Baker Brothers and Dalton Broussard to any one needing their hot water tank replaced!!

I had my heater go out and they were able to come quick and at a time that worked for my schedule (late evening). The service was great and the problem was resolved quickly.
