I had a minor rattling noise from my air handler which they quickly responded to and diagnosed.
The tech was friendly and was aware I was working from home. Always a great experience with Cody & Sons.

It is so nice to have a plumber you can trust. Isn’t it? These guys are the best ever! They have free estimates and their technicians are professional and honest. I'll be using this plumber for all my plumbing issues from now on.

The Dispatch called me soon after my initial call and apologized, first, that the team was booked the day of my call and provide useful advice to mitigate the issue until his team could arrive. He scheduled my appointment as soon as possible knowing the urgency of the issue.The service professional was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. The work was performed with quality, neatness, and timeliness. I was treated as a valued customer and with sincerity for the urgency. I will be calling Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing service.

Paid $125 for a toilet to be unclogged, the toilet was clogged again the next day. I called to let them know and all I heard was “alrighty”...they made no effort to fix the issue. Had the nerve to ask me for more of my business. No empathy or concern for the money I just spent with them

they performed ALL of the above and then some! they did an excellent job at our home and we talked about everything step by step before it was done. i will only use them moving forward!

Pure plumbing techs came out to my home and installed a new customer supplied toilet and did a excellent job I was very pleased from the time I got on the phone with with the customer service rep courtney who was very respectful and polite all the way until the tech left my home overall great company

Joe and his team have fixed a gas leak and a burst water pipe for us. He cares about helping people and did a great job. He also showed up quickly both times. He even brought us space heaters from his house when we didn't have gas! Thanks, Joe!

I have used LeFevers for over 10 years, on a couple of rentals, and in and around my own home. I have never been disappointed. They price fairly, and have done work that had did not have to be redone. They are a small company, but care about their customers. If you have a concern about a bill, or time taken, they are willing to work with you, and even discount the bill if you think they worked too slowly. That happened only once, when they were using an apprentice, so I had my bill reduced.

Very disappointed, I scheduled an appointment for this morning for a stoppage and when I called the office I was told that there was no record of this as well as being booked up for the week. If I could rate it lower that one star, I would. I don't think I could trust to do business if you cannot keep up with a service appointment.
