My technician Phillip was early, efficient and considerate for my sleeping guests this morning when working. He was very thorough with communicating the diagnosis of the problem. I’ve used Milestone for the past 5 years and will continue for the next 5.

So beyond disappointed in this company. I hired a Fixer to hang up 2 curtain rods in my apartment. A fairly simple job I might add. First, they wouldn't give me any sort of quote before officially booking with them even though I had filled out a form online to do so. Second, I booked them to come between 12-1PM. They had contacted me saying they were going to be late by an hour which was fine since I work from home. They ended up contacting me 3 times saying they were late then finally said my Fixer would arrive by 4PM. I had scheduled my entire day around this to only end up cancelling because of how inconsiderate and unprofessional this was. I will never consider them again.

The technician today David S was extremely courteous and took care of my needs each and every one. I was impressed so I joined the yearly maintenance program from now on I will call Xtreme air services and anything to do with heat and air I will definitely request David as my tech!! Thanks
