I was dreading the installation of my new water heater. Thought it would be hectic and intrusive. Blake and Daryl were efficent and friendly. They made sure it was a good experience. They explained the work that was going to.be done and then after it was over explained what they did and what I could expect. Metro Flow is great From scheduling with Susan (she is friendly and has great follow up and follow through) to the actual work, Metro distinguishes itself from other plumbing companies.

The Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning team was phenomenal. They were honest, forthright, and thorough. I was skeptical about replacing my whole air conditioning system after getting an estimate from a different company that was astronomical! This company wanted to replace everything, which sounded crazy—but the first company did not have the same circumspect approach. They came out twice to examine my unit and found it in good working order and with no emergent problems. You can’t buy character like this anymore—and they were polite and on time too! Terry F and Colby were fantastic, very professional, cleaned up after the work, very polite.As I've said before Pricing is OUTRAGEOUS, flat fee makes no sense for the consumer. Time and materials is preferred. If they were not so good at what they do and responsive, I would find a cheaper plumber.

Milestone contacted me about an expiring tune up voucher. That was courteous in itself, but then they sent Scott out for the inspection and he was a delight! Very professional and honest with plenty of experience that showed in the way he talked about his trade. We appreciate his insight and service! Jose and Jonathan did a great job troubleshooting my ac systems issues. They replaced the filters and provided good information on required and recommended parts maintenance. They were professional and friendly, and showed numbers and pics to explain their recommendations, without any hint of a sales posture.

On a Saturday, main drain at a strip mall was backed up. Levy & Sons came and blew out the system but did not verify all tenants affected were good.Three tenants still had issues Monday, one with water coming through the wall of the bathroom. When Levy & Sons were told the issue was not fixed they said they would be out that afternoon or next morning. After no one came out Monday, Tuesday morning we called at 8:30am to make sure we were on the schedule. Followed up at 11am when we had not heard anything, then followed up again at 1pm and still not on the schedule even though tenants have a sewage issue in the building.Will never use this service again.

I had a slab leak at my home. Every other business told me they would have to do extensive damage to the floors in order to fix and would cost me double if not triple what I paid with Blessed Plumbing. Matt and Drew were incredibly professional and able to reroute the pipes in a way that not only repaired the slab leak, but rerouted it to ensure a future leak would not happen all without having to ruin the floors and go under the house. INCREDIBLE WORK; INCREDIBLE BUSINESS! Highly recommend.
