I had called a couple of the larger plumbing companies first and they didn't have anyone they could send out for at least 24 hours. P & D Professionals are locally owned and operated and that makes a big difference - your business really matters to them.

Beau was great! Very insightful and helped us understand the problem and where it has originated.

We had a completely clogged sewer line on a rainy weekday evening. Jose came out at 8PM, had to run the line 5 times to clear it, then put the camera through it to make sure it was clean. He ran the line one more time when he saw a spot he didn't like. He cleaned the place up great and was very friendly and personable to talk with during the work.

The Apex team was easy to work with, on time, extremely professional and the services are fairly priced. I highly recommend.

Dave was our plumber and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He is excellent and we always ask for Dave whenever we use Roto Rooter. Highly recommend him.

We had a main line issue pop up on a Sunday night and called them early Monday morning and they were able to quickly get us on the schedule and come out within a few hours. Both technicians who stopped out, one to snake our drain and another to send a camera through at our request, and both were amazing and left me feeling super comfortable and welcomed all my questions and gave honest advice. Even though I hope we don't have any plumbing issues soon, when we do I know who we will be calling!

Called on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency sewer backup. They were unable to get someone out same day, so they can hardly call themselves an emergency plumber with 24/7 service. Don't waste your time, call a real emergency company.Edit. They called me first thing in the morning and were able to get someone out earlier than they had originally stated.

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

What an excellent experience we had with this company. We woke up to a non-functioning toilet Sunday morning. After trying all the 'tricks' and it still not working, we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and they were at our home within a couple of hours. Not only did he (the owner) repair our toilet, we needed all the shut-off valves and hoses replaced on every toilet and sink in the house, and he replaced all of it. He took care of all of that, plus replacing our kitchen faucet because it was leaking (we had not been aware it was leaking). All of this was done within a couple of hours, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised as we had been pricing the replacement of all the valves and hoses, and this was cheaper than what we expected...with the added bonus of a beautiful new kitchen faucet. We will DEFINITELY use them again, and we HIGHLY recommend you use them for your plumbing needs!

I experienced great service!! I had an issue with my drain being backed up and I was able to schedule service for the next business day... what a lifesaver! Today I had Antwan clear my drain. He cleared the drain and also looked at all the restrooms in the house to assess whether or not there were any other issues. He was very patient with me and graciously and thoroughly answered my MANY questions. He also provided me suggestions to prevent my issue from reoccurring as well as some recommendations for fixing other plumbing issues in the house. Flush Drains were excellent when I contacted them. They sent a plumber to my house right away. We are more than happy with their plumbing service and the cost of it.

They may not be the cheapest on the market but they have excellent customer service. Replaced our tankless water heater. They found several leaks in the walls and repaired those, without charging extra!

Calhoun was reasonably priced. They came on time, they were really nice and told a couple of jokes. Their work was worth my money
