We had a leak inside a wall. My wife’s worst fear is water damage, so she was not doing well. The folks at Rotorooter were very professional and helpful. They called with updates, fixed our issue the same day on a weekend, and were all friendly and competent people. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. We have had them do other work too and they always do a great job. Writing this review was literally the least I could do to thank them.

Terrible service. They tried to charge me for a “free estimate” on a water heater. I tried calling them to talk about it and they were so rude on the phone telling me it was my fault and they didn’t care and then even hung up on me when I was talking.

Our hot water tank started to leak. We called Apex and within the same day, they had a plumber out to look at it. Dave was professional, friendly, and didn’t mind our hyper dogs. The next day he was back and within just a couple of hours, our new water heater was installed and new gas lines were put in for it because ours were old and no longer in code. Dave was also patient while he also worked with our home warranty center. 10/10 would recommend Apex and Dave again!

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for several years. Their office staff and experienced plumbers are always warm and friendly - and possess expertise. They go out of their way to make sure that the job is done right and the billing is fair. I even had the privilege of meeting the owner recently and he even took extra time to chat a few minutes and pet my very hyper pup. Lol. I’m very pleased with the prompt, professional service! My septic system clogged on a Saturday afternoon leaving me unable to flush toilets or run water. I thought it would take days to fix and I would have to leave the house temporarily. Chris came Sunday morning and fixed the issue. Thank you so much!

Jason, the owner, showed up promptly. He quickly went to work on diagnosing the drain problem from the house to the curb. It was fixed in under an hour and half the cost of my previous repair by another company.

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

I called Calhoun Plumbing to replace my toilet shut off valve and reseat the toilet. They were able to work around my busy schedule and be at my house the next day.

The work was not straight forward, as my house was built 120 years ago and has uneven floors and a low ceiling in the basement, but the two plumbers that arrived quickly assessed the situation and fixed both issues within an hour. Cost was reasonable and both wore masks and gloves the whole time to be sensitive to the pandemic restrictions. I recommend them to homeowners on the southside!

They carry a large selection including AO Smith and Moen. Nice showroom with many plumbing fixtures on display. Huge parking lot. Bulk purchase discounts. I would recommend this place to anyone who has the money.

Very professional and punctual! Their team does not work on commission like Roto Rooter, so they did not try to up-sell me on any plumbing services. In fact, they came up with solutions for the installation of my dog wash tub and gas fireplace logs (they are licensed to work on gas lines) that saved me money.
