Worly has a large selection of plumbing supplies, many of which are much better quality than the big box stores. Take a look through their showroom and find something that matches your unique style. The staff is informed and helpful.

The truck they’re using has a broken left headlight and their driver likes to weave in and out of the left lane on top of that.

They had a huge selection. A lot of items in stock. Friendly and helpful staff. If you are looking for premium plumbing supplies, this is the place. The prices are high, very high. They carry a large selection including AO Smith and Moen. Nice showroom with many plumbing fixtures on display. Huge parking lot. Bulk purchase discounts. I would recommend this place to anyone who has the money.

I've had nothing but amazing experiences with Worly. Being a Designer and project manager, I look for showrooms that carry good quality products, are knowledgeable and are reliable. Jennifer handles all my accounts. She is amazing! She's always helpful both to me and my clients. Their showroom has received a facelift and looks great! The guys in the back are helpful and knowledgable! Overall, nothing but good things to say.

Purchased a hot water heater. Had it installed by a certified installer and it would not work. Called Worly, they made us call another number and the person there would not answer questions about returns or refunds, acted like we were Stupid. Let them speak directly to the installer, treated him the same. After testing the product it was found to be defective. Total run around.
Now when we get the needed part, we will have to pay overtime to get the installer back out. Worly will do nothing to help.

Although they didn't have the item that I needed, it was outdated, and had no distinguishing brand name, Bret ( I believe was his name ) pointed me in the right direction and told me a few places to try. In my book that's GREAT customer service, and I did find the part I needed.

Worst experience of ordering any building supplies.
First one must pay in advance to buy anything
Second it takes weeks if not months to even get a notice that your order is back logged and they will not refund your money.
Third you will most likely over pay for items that are available at competitive stores.

Just make sure when you order something from there that you double check your order before you leave and if you have anything send out to you good luck getting it on time.

They talk bad about the customers and act like if you want help with anything is a bad thing to ask for then talk about how much the customers made them mad the managers in warehouse talk about women drivers and make remarks about black drivers when the driver is not around I told the boss about it she just went with it because her son and his friends are managers they are all so hateful the counter is just as bad worly supply is a bad place to be at any time
