Amazing service! First day in my new house, had my furnace inspected - it's leaking carbon monoxide! These guys found the problem, installed the new system very quickly, and were incredibly helpful, working with my schedule and even working with me on the price! Incredibly nice people and very professional, would rate more than 5 stars if I could! Justin N, Trent L, and Thanh D were wonderful!

I was very satisfied and pleased with the service expert, Vince Starr during today's visit. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciated the additional time taken to explain what was done as well as areas I needed work in detail! I would gladly request/recommend him for future service calls

Vincent S. Called 15 mins. ahead, showed at that 15 minute time. He was extremely professional, and efficient but thorough.

If I had my choice I would definitely want him back for any future services I may need.

Tyler was my tech for our A/C quote and assessment. He was incredibly helpful, informative, and gave us all of the appropriate information to decide which system was our best option (which ended up being about of a third of the price from a quote at another company). Quenten and Darian installed our A/C for us a few days later and they were absolutely professional, nice, reliable, and offered to answer any questions we had throughout the process. When they left, it was like they were never here except that our house is now nice and cool. I would recommend Stevenson to anyone and will certainly use their services again.

Tanner Gary was our technician. He was on time, friendly and knowledgable. He spent time answering my questions and explaining processes for our heating and AC systems. We are very happy with his services he provided.

Excellent customer service from Jordan Hamlin. He talked us through trouble shooting our furnace issue - at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. When the trouble shooting didn’t work, he came to our home and fixed the problem. Very personable and efficient. Even at the late hour, he stayed to make sure our furniture was operational. Ryan B was our tech and was able to look at our system and explained to us exactly what happened and what he needed to do. They were quick, on time, friendly and I did not get the impression they were trying to upsell or overcharge us. And now we are happy and cool!

FYI: if you have an oil heat system. These are the folks to call. Techs nick and Tyler came out as (time scheduled) was promised. Did a very thorough job of trouble shooting furnace failure and went to lengths to explain what was occurring with the unit to temporarily fail. Corrected what needed repaired and very polite. Would feel very comfortable with their business ethics if I happen to not be here for service call and leave it on my wife to discuss with techs to a solution of repair. An honest repair, not price bloated (not trying to sell you something you do not need.) Highly recommend as a first time customer. Will use them again for tuneups and future unfortunate breakdowns. Thank you so much.

This was my first experience with the Heating and Cooling repair team. Tanner and Todd took time to review my service plan and tell me what they were going to do today. They both were thorough and courteous. They also were low pressure. They explained some concerns and options for my furnace and heart pump. I greatly appreciated their professionalism.

Tanner and Tyler came out today for my annual AC maintenance.
They were professional and friendly and went straight to thier work. After they were done, they discussed with me the findings/recommendations and said they would see me in a few months for our annual furnace maintenance. Great guys...

Tyler and Vincent notified me they were on their way, arrived within the specified appoint time, and performed the maintenance on my two units promptly. Maintenance contract is a good value and techs are always within the time window that I have scheduled.

Today we have a very nice tech by the name of Tanner Gary. He performed AC system maintenance. He was very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. I would really like to have him back for our heating system maintenance. Thank you Tanner.

Searched for quality residential boiler company to save us from a bad repair and service. Cody Jones and Ryan Burnett were on time, professional, and took the time to walk through our current system and provide repair options and ultimately replacement options. They were concerned about our timing needs and provided us with the great service we were sorely missing. Highly recommend.

Second experience with Stevenson was with Chad W, Justin N, and Trent L. for the installation of a new boiler system. Can't say enough about how hard they worked to get a complicated three pump system installed and up and working. As with all older homes there were challenges, a pipe leak, and lots of baseboard pipes to blead and fix. They stayed late to get the heat working before a cold spell. Came back the next day to finish perfecting the set up. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Another Stevenson team highly recommended

Darian and Shane were amazing! They came out on a Saturday to install a new HVAC and AC unit. They spent their entire Saturday here just so we could have some heat! Would 100% recommend them and their services :)

We have them service our system twice per year. They’ve told me about a few problems but aren’t pressuring me to get them fixed right now. The HVAC system runs great for being 14 years old but needs some work done in the future. Ryan B was really professional today and really knows his stuff. You can tell they value educated employees. Highly recommend looking into their monthly program.

I’ll only choose Stevenson Service Experts for my HVAC & home plumbing services and emergencies. They are quick to respond, timely, and honest, and I didn’t feel like I was being up charged or sold services I didn’t need. Scott Carter - one of their service tech, explained the need for duct cleaning due to a recent home remodel. As spring is approaching, he inspected the AC to ensure it is ready. I also was able to subscribe to their maintenance + plan, which I’m sure will be super helpful should an emergency repair arise.

We had another great experience using Stevenson Service Experts. They came out to provide a yearly A/C system maintenance. Our technicians this time were Vincent Starr and Tyler Kerlin. They called ahead to let us know that they were on their way. They provide a detailed explanation of the work that they would be performing during their visit. At the end, they gave an overview of their findings and provided a few recommendations. We will using this company again in the future.

RYAN B helped diagnose our system, change the filter, and provide quotes on UV filtrations to help keep our system clean. He was professional and informative without being pushy. Would recommend to anyone looking to tune up their AC before summer.

Tracey was an extremely knowledgeable and informative professional. Also, his call ahead and use of booties (without my request) were most appreciated. I will use Stevenson for all my AC and heating services.

The guys that came out said one thing and the lady on the phone said another. Everything got figured out in the end. Would definitely recommend you all to family/friends.

Once again can’t say enough about Tracey! He is THE BEST service technician-please do whatever it takes to keep him, don’t let him ever leave! He is EXACTLY what people are looking for in a good Service Technician-he CARES, makes thoughtful recommendations, and is exceptionally thorough (makes sure to resolve an issue and follows up with his customers). Also Danielle who answers phones is PHENOMENAL! I’ll be honest, I was losing faith in Stevensons after several very bad experiences with the company-which told me that no one was monitoring the business, or cared about the customer, it was on autopilot. Note to Stevensons Leadership: Tracey and Danielle are two people you should build your business around! These two have renewed my faith in your service. They CARE about the customer and know what they are doing! Talk to them, promote them, reward them, do whatever it takes to keep them and empower them to help build how you operate-because they are doing it perfectly!!! They are the reason I am still a customer!

Ryan came out to unlock my tstat due to myself locking it out he gave me a call prior to arrival he got here seenn the issue and unlocked my tstat now I have AC really appreciate Ryan great tech even better person I highly recommend him.

I called the day before to schedule for 8am to 10am next day. Nobody showed up called to see if they were coming they said 30 minutes. Still no one showed up. Then called and someone stated they called and lm. I had no messages or missed calls. They said after 11am. They were nice and pleasant on the phone but just not reliable. Took time out of work. They finally got here and they said that they dont do the work that I requested over the phone and that there was another technician that needed to come out. They gave me a “free” initial appointment but they sent the wrong person. Then i had to reschedule for another day and time and that is going to cost me the $90 quote fee. So seemed misleading. I spoke to a neighbor about the situation and as soon as i mentioned the name, they instantly said dont do buiness with them. My female neighbor had been quoted needing a 5k part because of carbon monoxide leaking into her unit. She had got another company to come out the next day and said that was not true. She had no issues with carbon monoxide. I own several investment properties and deal with my fair share of technicians. This outfit was just unrealiable.

I needed a new heat exchange on my Lennox furnace. Ryan took great care of me. He ordered the needed parts kept me posted on the progress and scheduled the installation. This was my first experience using Stevenson Service Experts. It was a positive one. Service tech William was very helpful and informative. He took the time to provide details on my furnace so I could understand the problem. (yes, it is summer & they still have techs available to help with a heating issue - that was a plus). It was appreciated that in addition to getting knowledgeable help, I was assisted by a very considerate technician.

Update: Stevenson Service Techs Shane and Cal installed the new furnace yesterday. What a nice experience. I have an older home so the work area was small but they got it done timely and did a through cleanup after. They took the time to walk through things like the new filter and how to use the thermostat. If the furnace, is the same quality as techs Cal and Shane, it will be a good one.

Tyler Kerlin and Dion Bruce performed the yearly maintenance for the Service + Agreement. They called and asked if they could arrive prior to the scheduled time. The maintenance was performed and all services explained to me.

Ryan came by to do our maintenance and we had a really good experience. He was very friendly, respectful of our home, and helpful. He even noticed some buildup on our outside hose and set us up with a free water maintenance check for the next day!

Jay and Damian were both very professional, respectful of my home, and quick in their work without compromising the quality. I felt that they explained what they had done very well in lay man's terms. Very happy with the availability of a service appointment in the height of a heat wave and will definitely be having Stevenson back in fall to service my furnace.

We had a pipe clogged and water leak in our building basement. Called Stevenson Service Experts and spoke with Stan. He was extremely helpful advising me on how I might be able to eliminate the clog and solve the problem and save the cost of the plumber coming out. Stan said to call him back on how I made out. The installation of our new AC and Heating units were done by Justin N. and Nick E. They were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. They took care to protect our home and our property while moving the new equipment in and removing the old. They explained what they were doing and made sure to answer any questions we might have before they left. They worked well together and if the units work as well as they did I know we will continue to be pleased.

There's nothing worse than having no AC during a Heat Advisory, but Ryan Burnett was great and fixed our problem promptly! Extremely professional, courteous, and honest with what needed done to have our AC unit repaired. I will DEFINITELY use this company in the future as long as he can be our Technician. Outstanding customer service and professional, friendly technicians. They tried to troubleshoot my AC issue over the phone, but that didn't fix the problem. Scheduled an appt. and Damian was able to fix it quickly.

We had Stevenson come out and do a maintenance for us. As expected, they told me that my unit was old (was from 2005) and needed replacement. What I got next was a Quote for the advantage plan that had a cash price of $19,700 and a monthly cost of only $257 a month. At first I was thinking that this was a reasonable price till I did the math. The no interest offer for 15 years has a total cost of $46,000. If this is no interest, how do you account for the additional $26,300. When I asked about this, I was told that the difference is accounted for by the fact that they maintain the unit yearly and covers 10 years of repairs. Since threes a 10 year warranty, there should be no cost for repairs and you can pay for a lot of maintenance with the cost difference. It should be called the Taking advantage plan I did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling about this and would think long and hard before signing up for what appears to be a lease plan for the equipment. While they where there, no one offered any prices to fix my current equipment and offer me any type of cheaper alternative for repairs. all they wanted to do was sell me new stuff.

Just bought a new house and needed the HVAC system serviced because the AC wasn't working. Service Experts came out within one day of calling to do the AC and furnace check up. We ended up getting a new system, and these guys were very knowledgeable to help us decide the best one for our needs. They even installed the system the same week! Timely, professional, and friendly. Will continue using their service in the future.

Installed entire HVAC system. Larry and Shane did an excellent job. They covered my brand new LVT floors to protect them while working and they thoroughly cleaned up when finished - other than having a new system, you couldn't tell they had even been there. SEHAC came in $3,000 under another company for similar equipment.

Earlier this month I called Stevenson when I noticed my heat wasn’t working, They sent Ernest and Ali to come check it out. They arrived within the time window and were super friendly! Sadly, there wasn’t much they could do because I needed to replace EVERYTHING!!! So they gave me all the info I needed and scheduled me another appointment! Over the next few days I met with Josh, Darrell, Dan, and Stan who were all so nice, polite, and friendly!! They all gave courtesy calls before arriving and arrived within the time window given! They kept me informed on what was being done and they answered any questions I had!! I am very pleased with my service and highly recommend Stevenson Service Experts!!!

I just had my annual furnace check up and had a great experience. First, Stevenson called me to remind me about the check up and then found a date and time that worked with my schedule. The Service Technician, Ernest, called me 20 minutes before he arrived and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very courteous and professional. He examined the furnace and explained everything he did. He then explained his findings and how I could fix them. I had a great customer experience.

Chad W, Justin N, and Matt D. installed a new HVAC system and tankless water heater in my home earlier this week. They were extremely professional and informative, and we're very careful moving equipment throughout my home. I'm very pleased I chose service experts and will recommend their services to my friends and family. Great experience, all around.

Our furnace burned out when it got cold recently. We called early in the morning, they showed up the same morning to give us an estimate for the repair. We were given the price to repair or replace the furnace. There was no pressure and we had time to make up our minds. We went with the replacement. The next morning two amazing techs Brian Severt and Shane Smith came to install the new furnace. They worked efficiently and finished in just under 3 hours. They walked me through the new system and we couldn’t be more happy our house is warm again.

Blown away by the service I received; starting with the my initial phone call, the receptionist was so sweet and nice. Then I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send someone out the next day!! I was told a technician would be here between 4-6 and our tech arrived just before 4!! Lavon was so friendly and informative, answered any questions I had, and broke down all of my options with honesty and transparency. Price was fair and just as discussed!! A+ customer service and will definitely use then again in the future

A tech from Service Experts came to do some annual maintenance on my heating system. I also had them give me a quote for a new humidifier. The tech found some issues with the furnace, so we got a second opinion from another HVAC company. It turns out nothing was wrong with the furnace and the new tech said it looked like the Service Experts tech had tried to wrap electrical tape around the heating inducer to get the unit to overheat and die on us. Not great.

Service Experts also quoted almost $1200 for a humidifier repair, which Sears confirmed should be $300-600 with labor, which we already knew and gave us huge red flags right off the bat. Dodged a huge bullet!

Ali was a very friendly person. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and was very professional. He even provided discounts to save money and gave me multiple recommendations for my home equipment. Excellent customer service!

-Ali is no longer employed with this company. This company is not what they use to be! The receptionists are snobby and do not know what they are talking about when you ask them questions. I had to constantly repeat myself for them to understand basic questions about their services! Thomas was assigned to us to replace Ali. What a ripoff!

Our furnace kept overheating and Thom advised us to replace the thermostat. We did and that did not fix the issue. Next, he advised us to get our ducts cleaned due to dust causing the system to overheat. That has nothing to do with the overheating per Sears. This company wanted to charge us $500 foe duct cleaning!! Ripoff!

Sears resolved our issue since we were under warranty and our gas was too high, which caused the overheating issue!! Ridiculous to rip off a elderly household!

We had Stevenson Service Experts out to do a maintenance check on our furnace and AC units. Joe Violet was the tech that was onsite. Joe was prompt at the time appointment time and very courteous. I feel that he spend appropriate amount of time preforming the cleaning and maintenance. He explained everything that he was doing. He was able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Stevenson Service Experts and Joe Violet.

Thomas Adom came to our house and serviced our furnace. He was very efficient in his work and gave a detailed explanation of the status of our furnace after finishing his work. Also, he was really good about letting us know when he’d be here and showing up on time. Really appreciated this good service!!

We purchased a home that was still under a maintenance agreement with Stevenson's. We have had them out for a spring check up and a fall check up. On both occasions the technicians were on time and did a great job getting us ready for the season. Most recently we had Thomas out to service our Humidifier, which ended up needing replaced. Thomas along with Ali did the installation and did a great job. They were professional, polite, and made sure everything was cleaned up and removed all of the trash when they left. Definitely will keep using them!!

I've used Stevenson Service Experts for over 15 years and they've always done a great job. We have them come out for annual maintenance to make sure everything is in working order. Our technician this time was Joe Violet. He was knowledgeable, very helpful & friendly. He looked the system over and let us know that everything was in great shape for the year. We are new homeowners and had Stevenson Service Experts come out to perform a maintenance check-up. Thomas Adom was the gentleman from Stevenson that helped us and it was a great experience! He was very helpful and professional and answered all of our questions. As people that are new to the process, we appreciate that he took the time to address our inquiries and provide beneficial information to us about HVAC maintenance.

Ali just visited to complete our AC/heat check and I was extremely late, had missed his calls because my ringer was turned off, and had generally messed up his day. He was still willing to come in and was most kind, pleasant, and personable. He spoke directly to me and not down to me (something I find rare in service people sometimes, I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or what) and made friendly conversation while still being professional.

Chad Music, Field Manager at Stevenson, repaired the filter on our leaking furnace humidifier. He was terrific! He was prompt, friendly and quick to diagnose and repair the issue. We are long time Stevenson customers and are very appreciative of the excellent service we experienced today!

The Service Tech, Thomas Adom, was so professional and worked quickly to figure out what was wrong with our air conditioning. He explained everything and showed us how the unit was fixed. We were very happy with the service. Also, the receptionist on the phone scheduling appointments was great and offered some advice to manage our AC issue until the tech could make it out. Thank you!

My parents have had Service Experts for years. When we bought our home we naturally went with them as well. We don't regret it. They're very professional and we bought our new furnace and A/C with them when ours went out. The techinician Thomas has been our technician several times and he has been very professional every time.

Just had a new system installed Monday by Teddy and David. The salesman, Jim came by last Friday and was awesome! He was very relatable, professional and straight forward. He did not try to sell me things that I did not need and worked hard to get me the best deal. I was surprised how fast the installers were scheduled to come out. Both installers were very professional and polite. I was very shocked how fast they were able to get everything competed and cleaned up. I was given an overview of the system and how to work the new thermostat. I would highly recommend this company!

In the past Stevenson did our air conditioning and water heater and the service was great. We just had the free inspection of the system and the tech, Ernest, was very professional and paid incredible attention to detail. Another thing I like is that they don't try to upsell you on other services or try to get you to sign long term maintenance agreements like other companies do.

We are so grateful for our experience with Lavon at Stevenson Service Experts. Lavon took the time to carefully inspect our air-conditioner and explain the problems present. He executed a plan to fix our air conditioner within 24 hours and even fixed our outside unit in the pouring rain! He was so kind to our family as well as professional-- which made it so nice having him in our home. We look forward to working with Lavon again soon. We can't thank him enough!

Google will not let me write another review-- but I wanted to take the time to shout out Ernest, who came to my house today for a service check up today 8/7/18. Not only was Ernest extremely knowledgeable and skilled as he checked and cleaned my AC and heating units and made recommendations for maintenance, he was extremely kind! I loved that my kids and I were able to chat with him and that he was so courteous as well as professional.

The Service Technicians Brian Severt and Jeff Rehz did a great job. They were very friendly and polite, protected my floors, and cleaned up everywhere. I replaced my air conditioner and furnace. Just had my one year tune up by Sade Ali. He did a very good job. Polite and helpful.

Continue to be very pleased with the service and staff from Stevenson's. Technician Ernest was very professional during our recent furnace tune-up. He was very respectful, explained the work which he completed and provided clear estimate of additional work which would benefit our furnace system.

We already use Service Experts for quarterly maintenance but we decided to upgrade to a larger MERV filter compatible cabinet after talking to Brieon Curry about our allergies and asthma issues. They did a quick and professional job and we were happy with the cost.

We recently had Stevenson come out to look at our A/C. They were able to make it out SAME DAY! This was great because it was getting hot. Thomas Adom was the technician that came out. He was on time, very polite and answered all of my questions as he worked. He replaced the thermostat wire that my dog chewed through and did a wonderful job. Our furnace quit working overnight. I called the next morning and service techs were at our house within 4 hours. Joe and Barry were our techs and were very polite and professional. They had our furnace working in two hours and this included their diagnosis, and going to get the mother board from their supplier. Very pleased with Stevenson Service Experts.

I’ve been using Stevenson’s Service Experts for years and the service is excellent! My technician today was Mr. Thomas Adom. He was super professional and very thorough regarding my tuneup. He actually discovered that a filter had been sucked into my furnace whereby I thought it was missing and consequently replaced it (now I incorrectly had 2 filters). All of the technicians have been really good but Thomas Adom was the gold standard! He is a great representation of Stevenson’s Service Expert’s and if possible I’ll be requesting that he be my technician at all times.

Lavon has been my service man the last couple times and he's been great. Friendly, prompt and goes over everything with me so that I understand what it all means. Went out of his way today to get me a new filter and I really appreciated that! I will ask for him every time, and Service experts you are lucky to have such a good Employee!

Today I had a terrible leak running down the back of my wall inside my wall causing lots of damage. The company Stevenson sent out a gentleman named Joe and William which did excellent job they were very knowledgeable about why. Why are conditioner wasn’t working . They showed respect For my home and even covered their feet up with shoe covers they were very clean they did the job in an hour and out. The charge was fair and Excellent work done I recommend Stevensons to everybody .

From the initial call to schedule a service check to the check itself, I was very Pleased with the service provided. The receptionist Amber was so pleasant to talk to on the phone and was very helpful in scheduling the initial appointment. Just had Stevenson Service out for a furnace check-up. Lavon Haynes was the tech and is a very nice young man. He was polite, respectful and explained his findings and recommendations for the future in a clear way. He showed me how to change the furnace filter, something I didn't know how to do.

I have used Stevenson's for the last 2 years. I have a brand new Lennox unit which has been a game changer. The service is second to none. Ernest is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. My air conditioner stopped working on a 90 degree day and my current company who services my heating and cooling units could not get me on the schedule for four days. I did some research and called Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning. They were at my home within four hours and had me up and running in 30 mins. Ali was my repair expert and he was pleasant to talk to, only provided education on my units and didn’t try and pressure me into buying new. I’ll definitely be using their services long term.

I had called to have maintenance done on the HVAC system at my new home. I was previously a club member at my old home, but canceled since I was moving... not knowing if I wanted to keep the HVAC system at the new place. When I called to schedule maintenance, they were booked for over a month...I was fine with that because of my previous experience with them... so I had scheduled it a month out.

Month goes by.
I got a curtesy call/reminder a couple days before the scheduled maintenance. The day of the maintenance.. NO CALL, NO SHOW.
No one ever showed up, or called regarding the service. Wasted my afternoon waiting for them in the time window I was given.

Needless to say, I guess I'll take my business elsewhere and wait a little longer to replace my HVAC

We had our furnace check up today. Sadi Ali was very kind and professional would recommend this company to family and friends. We bought a brand new air conditioner and furnace from them a couple of years ago and a new water heater 2015 and have had no problems at all. They always call to set up the maintenance plan visit so the customer does not loose that check up.

Called on the weekend because furnace went out and technician was here in an hours time. Lavon was very good at explaining and showing everything that was wrong so I could understand it. Regular check-up of AC. Technician -- 273-00346 Lavon -- was a pleasure to work with. He was skilled at his job. He explained everything he did in a way I could understand. I had my furnace inspected this week. LaVonne was the technician who performed the inspection. He took his time, and answered all the questions I had for him. My furnace is in a hard Area to reach, but he was able to do everything the task called for. I appreciate his Time and work.

Had my furnace inspection done today. Lavon was the technician and he did a superb job! Very thorough ! He took the time to show me what he was checking and why! When I get the spring inspection I hope he is the Service Tech!

Chad Music quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. He and Jason James provided us with very useful information. They were very courteous and professional.

My gas boiler pilot light went out and would not stay on after several attempts. I called and was easily scheduled the next day for service. Thomas Adom showed up on time and attempted to repair the problem to save me money before replacing the thermocouple. All is well now as heat has returned. I will definitely request Thomas in the future.

Update (Oct 29th, 2019): Thomas was out again this year to do yearly maintenance on my boiler system again and completed a thorough job. I'm impressed with how much time and care he takes insuring my old boiler system is working as safely and efficiently as possible.

Our furnace wouldn't heat the house above ~62°F. Last winter we had the same issue and paid $100 to another company that came out and did nothing. Stevenson, by contrast, determined that the natural gas pressure was set too low plus a couple other issues, and fixed it all for us in one visit—about an hour, and $142. Pretty reasonable price for having heat in the winter. The technician was professional, courteous, and straightforward. Everything works great now. Should've called them a month ago.

Our furnace was running but not heating. I called Stevenson,we switched to them a year ago, at 7:50 this morning. They said a service tech would be out between 8-10. Lavon called to tell me he was on his way at 9:14. Our first time with Lavon, he was wonderful. Very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Had our furnace cleaned and fixed in 2 hours. Love Lavon, love Stevenson. Thank you. Now I am nice and toasty.

I recently had my semi-annual system check-up per my service agreement contract. Once again, I had a top-notch technician, Gary Zigmann, perform the testing and inspection. Stevenson has a great crew, from installations, to check ups and repairs. I've yet to be disappointed!

Mr. Lavon Haynes arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He performed an AC tune up and explained the recommended services for the unit. The AC was running okay when he got here but is running much better now. I look forward to 100 degree days this summer.

Last year after Stevenson serviced my air conditioning unit I was happy with their service until.......I bought a service agreement for $91. I agreed to do this after talking to Thomas Adom (supervisor/manager) on the phone and coming to an agreement about the cost for services with the service agreement added. A few months later Stevens office called me and said I owed $91 dollars for the service agreement. I paid for the agreement with the total cost of the services rendered that day. According to the front office the $91 dollars should have been collect in a separate payment, so according to them, I don't have a service agreement. I am not happy with that at all and I couldn't have known that, but the supervisor, manager, or service technician should have. So, I am out of $91 with no service agreement.

We had a problem with our shower faucet not pulling up & forcing us to use the tiny shower upstairs. Plus, we wanted to replace our kitchen faucet. We had another company come out & they said it would cost over $1700 & they would have to knock a hole in the bathroom wall.
Andrew M. from Stevenson did both. He was very nice & respectful. When I said that I wanted just the basic faucet, he showed me the cheapest option & didn't try to pressure me into getting a more expensive model.
Even though the jobs had difficulties pop up (like part of the pipe for the shower breaking off when he took it off), he maintain his composer & was good humored about it. He kept us fully informed on what he was doing.
In the end we paid less than $500 & no holes were needed.

Called Stevenson Service Experts twice within the last month. The first was a repair to my A/C condenser unit, and Lavon Haynes was sent out immediately and he quickly and professionally fixed the problem. Yesterday and today, Sade Ali was called out to replace the blower in my furnace/AC unit, and he also diagnosed and handled the issue very efficiently. Both were super helpful.

Our A/C stopped working on July 3rd. We called and Ali came out first thing in the morning on the 4th of July. He quickly found the problem and was able to get our unit running again very quickly. Very professional, friendly, and thorough. Quick response, great service, great technician.

The issues that were discovered during the inspection were well explained. I was informed of the options I had and the cost. Lavon & Thomas `explained their work clearly & in terms I could understand. They were knowledgeable & polite. Good job.

I will never deal with this company again sadly it appears they are more about the sales then they are about true service. During our yearly inspection at one location the technician was trying to steer me to replace a 20 year old aqua therm furnace that was working perfectly simply because it was old.

The next day the same technician is out at our other property with a sales rep, they performed the inspection and told me it would be about $1,200.00 in parts for an 11 year old furnace and I should just replace it. Funny having a sales man along how that works out, obviously this sounded odd so I had another company come out who specifically tested the components Stevenson said were failing and they all tested with in manufacture tolerances. Additionally I had them give me a price to replace those same components to see the difference and it would only be about $800.00.

Needless to say they can enjoy the $360.00 in maintenance contracts I have for this year with them as I will never let them in my home again nor would I trust a word out of their mouths.

Ali was fantastic! Very professional and thorough. Explained the issue and provided me with next steps. Will continue using Stevenson and will recommend all my friends use Stevenson and request Ali.

Can't write a new review so i'll edit my old. Gary came out out to inspect my AC&Furnace everything looked good. He tried to sell me expensive additions to be expected which I kindly declined. He offered me a free plumbing evaluation. I had a leaky sink and tub for over a year so I jumped on this.
Fast forward a week later Stan Foss comes to inspect. My water heater is 15 years old. He points out some things that spell disaster soon. I ask his honest opinion and he says if it was his he would replace it.
Yesterday Stan came to replace the water heater and what do you know as soon has he moved it 1 inch the valve broke off as he said it would and 40 gallons of water came rushing out. Stan reacted quickly and due to his experience diverted a disaster. Stan was at my house from 10 am to nearly 8 pm due to all the problems he ran into with my plumbing but he had a solution to everything and a GREAT attitude. Now my plumbing is better then when I first bought this place. Stan will be my plumber for life and if you want the job done right I suggest you also ask for Stan Foss.

Travis arrived on time and provided maintenance tune-up to my furnace and AC. He pointed out some potential issues that may arise that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. Thank you for completing the maintenance in a timely manner!!

We've had this company come out five times to service our gas heater. At first we were told the sensors needed cleaning (Fine, $180), it kept continuing to have the same issue later that day, they returned and told us it was the circuit board ($586) They replaced the board THREE times only to continue to have the same problem & now we're being told it's a short somewhere in the system and we should just buy a new furnace. No acknowledgement that we basically spent over $600 for absolutely nothing. After receiving a second opinion I am confident in saying I am 100% unsatisfied with the service I received.

The technician (Sade) sent to us was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable while not pushy, which I appreciated. The service was good as well. We have used this company for years and would highly recommend.

Been using Service Experts for quite some time now. They are always on time, very friendly, clean and also accommodating to issues that may arise. We usually get a rep named Adam, but today another rep named Lavon came to clean up our furnance. Both deserve a pat on the back and do a fine job. I will continue to use their services as long as I can. The only reason I put 4 stars is because we have another baby on the way and sometimes the cost of cleanings can be an issue. I think it would be awesome to get a loyalty customer discount of some sort after you pass a certain amount of years being a member.

Heat was not working when I got up. Chad (#576) arrived as scheduled and was able to find and fix the problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions.

The first serviceman could find nothing wrong with my air conditioner but charged me $99 for the call. An hour or 2 later the second man came after I called and complained that the problem did not go away. He also spent about 1.5 hrs and put in a piece that cost over $200. That partially solved the problem in that it didn’t keep trying and stopping relentlessly. BUT my AC still has trouble starting at times or trouble continuing to run once it does start, And the noise the system makes both inside and outside the house is horrible. Truly pleasant men but certainly not the Experts advertised by the name.

Heat went out Sunday, Stevenson sent Ali out late Sunday. Very courteous and outgoing. Tuns out that the motor threw a bearing and had to be replaced. Ali found a replacement and just replaced it today. The $99 charged yesterday was returned and the replacement was cheaper and went in one day earlier.

On Sept 2 we had Ali to fix our AC. Again Excellent service. I hope the unit survives a little longer.

In General I fine Stevenson to be a trusted name and I appreciate Techs like Thomas Adom as he took the time to go through everything with me and discuss the details. He is 5 star. I cannot give Stevenson 5 stars because they are just to expensive and they seem to push services and service items more and more every year. I trust them, I just do not trust their service and aggressive profit model.

I got quite ill for the 2nd year in a row, and I could not shake it even after several trips to the doctor. After consulting with my doctor, we discussed having the ductwork cleaned. My landlord took a little convincing, but she agreed to have it done. Jason Mower was the service tech on site and was about a third of the way done when the landlord came in. After seeing what the dirt and dust removed from this house, she booked duct cleaning for her residence. Jason was courteous and very professional. His patience and communication with the landlord are what landed Stevenson Service Experts the additional work.

They were honest and very easy to work with! They had the best customer service, had different options for purchase and were not pushy about making a decision. David and Quenten were top of the notch great! They were efficient in a timely manner!! Can not say enough about how great this company is. Thank you!

The a/c check-up by Thomas Adom was great. He was very courteous and professional and made sure we understood everything that was done as well as additional things that can be done to keep our system in great shape.

Scheduled an appointment early in the morning. I was promised someone would be out that day so I stayed home all day waiting. I explained I needed someone out to check my pipes for a gas leak so the gas company would come turn my gas back on. Nobody showed up. So here I am still scrambling to get someone out to help so I can turn my gas back on and not freeze any longer.

Today I woke to no heat, and called Stevenson for my first service call ever (new customer, HVAC installed in September). The dispatcher Michelle was very proactive and sent a team that was in the area, arriving in less than 1.5 hours. Mike Contie came out Sunday morning because our heat stopped working. He showed up very soon after I put in the call. He had on a mask and shoe coverings. My furnace is in a crawlspace and not easy to get to. Mike was very professional and found out we need a gas valve. He is going to get with his supervisor in the morning to get us taken care of. Thank you Mike!

Stevenson installed the initial system when we built the house. We are the original owners, and no one but Stevenson has worked on the system in the 20 years we've owned it. Stevenson has always been polite, professional, and courteous. I may not have liked the answer or the diagnosis, but I can honestly say that I have never had an issue with the company. If there's a problem, they will do what it takes to make it right!

Very knowledgeable and gave me all options same day. Edited post recently and want to give credit to Joe Violet for a great recent tune up visit. Walked me through everything I need to look out for and things he looks at during the visit. The hvac is now a year old and still don't hear it run.

Professional. Ali called and indicated the time he would arrive. He arrived at that time. He explained his findings in an direct way and supported his findings with actual visuals. He also pointed out other items not related to his field and made suggestions. I would use Stevenson Services again

Tech 584 was out to do a tune up on the furnace today. Thank God we had it done. So worth it… found a family of mice that needed cleaned out. I wouldn’t have done that!

I would recommend to anyone wanting to do heating and cooling work to get a second opinion especially if something appears quite costly.

With that said, I would never recommend Stevenson Heating and Cooling to anyone. When I came home after my dad called Stevenson for our ac acting up, I was greeted by Joe Violet, a 32 year experienced technician who initially gave me a very rude vibe and was quite rude to my dad. Joe kept saying over and over and over that because our ac connection pipe was frozen he couldn't check up on anything. His words were that he couldn't figure out what was wrong and there was a leak in our ac. He said he could pour freon and coolant in our piping for a temporary solution that would last a day. Fair enough, but then he showed me on our furnace where it was rusting and that the furnace and ac would both need repair.

You know what, that's fine because my family and I know absolutely nothing about HVAC systems. But I didn't appreciate his scare tactics that kept imposing especially on my dad. It's not that hard to explain one time simply and with some sense of respect instead of trying to belittle customers.

He recommended getting a salesman to come to talk to us and within 20 min, a salesman showed up, Brian.

Brian inspected everything and recommended even replacing our water heater.

Brian was kind enough and we spent a solid half an hour asking as many questions as we could. Telling Brian we would let him know what we wanted to do either later that evening or the following day. Granted he said that we had to sign for combined system of furnace, ac, and water heater within the next day to get a discount. We were looking at 14,000 dollar ballpark including parts and labor.

I have to admit we were kind of stupid for eating up everything they were telling us, especially after a distant family connection in Texas told us everything, including labor, shouldn't cost more than $7500-8000. But we thought, these guys know their stuff and they seem pretty fair so it must be true.

On a offshoot, we decided since it was so much we might as well spend maybe another $80 dollars and have another company assess the situation.

Lo and behold when we had that other company follow up the next day, we learned our ac wasn't working because it dusted up and we hadn't cleaned it. Once the new company cleaned it up, everything was working as normal. The company also said our furnace was rusty in some spots but it could be cleaned off and only the gas valve needed to be replaced. And lastly the water heater, while old, needs to be observed for drippage in order to be replaced.

Needless to say we're pretty livid. I get you want to make a profit and run a business but it shouldn't be at the cost of trying to scam people. Shame on you Stevenson for trying to scam people for thousands of dollars when they don't need to be. We wanted to trust you and your 90 year service but it's false and if any one ever asks us for a reference for HVAC, trust me we won't be saying your name.

To anyone still on the fence about Stevenson, look at the other poor reviews: yelp, BBB, and here. Also spend another 80 bucks and have someone else take a look at what's going on.

Tuesday Jim Hill and Technician 174 arrived to perform tune-up on my furnace. They did inform me that I had some major issues that needed to be corrected. I talked with Jim and the Tech and came to the conclusion that I needed a new furnace. Got the package deal. Darrell and Andy arrived 01/25/17 and installed the new Furnace and Air Conditioner. They were very good at the installation and explained everything that I needed to know. Kudo's Andy and Darrell.

We had them replace our air conditioner unit a few years ago and loved the service. We recently had a ceiling leak and was quite happy to see they added plumbing repairs. Tim Stafford was the best. It had been an intermittent leak (every couple of months!) so it was difficult to find. He did! The pipe in the faucet was scarred so the o-ring no longer fit snugly. I know this because he showed me the parts and explained how it worked and why it was leaking. I will definitely call them again for any other plumbing problem.

We had Miles and Sterling come out to fix a plumbing issue with our water heater. Very polite and quick workers. Arrived on time and took care of our issue.

I used Stevenson to look at my water heater. Geremy was there only a few hours after I called, was polite, quick, and gave good honest advice. I appreciate the timely service and will use them again.

If I could give Ernast 20 stars, I would. He was on time, professional and extremely polite and thorough. He cleaned up after himself, better than my kids, and provided detail of the inside and outside units (I have a dual system) as well as future options. Keep up the great work.

When my AC wasnt running properly on Monday, i had this feeling I wasn’t going to get an appointment soon with it beginning to get hotter out. I called tuesday and got an appointment today Wednesday. Lavon and Earnest were polite, explained what the problem was, and got the job done within a decent time frame.

As you might expect, service people come and go over the years, but SE continues to send only the finest techs out to my home when I need service. You develop a relationship with these guys when they visit your home over several years, and you feel like you know then and they know you. Recently, I met one of their new guys, Lavon, and he is another example of why I trust these guys to be in my home. He knows what he is doing, and he is extremely polite and concious of my needs. These are my goto guys when I recommend or need HVAC support. I recommend having a regular maintenance contract with them as I have had for years.

Oh these guys will charge $59 just to come out and look at your plumbing situation. If you end up not using them that’s a fair amount of money to ask someone to give you a quote. Once I got the quote, it was exorbitant. 35% higher than the competition

A backed up drain line was causing A/C condenser evaporation to leak out on the floor. My tech, Sade Ali, was able to quickly determine the problem and re-routed the line for proper drainage. He was quick, courteous and put up with my obnoxious dogs (who were particularly yappy that day).

I had multiple people at my house recently. Lavon checked my furnace and did an awesome job. He also checked my AC unit this past summer too. Josh Laudermik was the plumber and found some things out that I didn't know. Also sold me a tankless water heater and a Halo 5 unit. Stan and Dustin put the tankless water heater and Halo 5 in my house. Everyone was very professional. I would definitely want Lavon to come back to do my check ups furnace and AC check ups. And I would request Stan and Dustin too for the tankless water heater/Halo 5 and Josh for the plumbing.

Our A/C stopped working. We had a coupon that waived the $99 service fee if they fix the unit. We needed freon and they put 3 lb in. They refused to honor the coupon because they didnt have to put new parts on. 20 min into the service a sales rep knocked on our door with the service guy still at our house trying to sell us a new unit. The only reason we chose them was the coupon. We will go back to CARE.

Just the facts. My furnace needed a new circuit board. The circuit board is a White-Rodgers model 50A55-474. A simple search of the part number finds that it is very common, used on many furnaces, and is available at Grainger for $66.25. I was not pleased to see that Stevenson marked the part up to $455 on my invoice. Had their markup been appropriate, I would welcome them back into our home.

Called for an AC repair and the operator advised a window of 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for technician arrival. Technician called at 5:30 p.m. to advise he would likely arrive near 7:30 p.m. I began calling at 8:15 p.m. and was consistently put on 10-20 minute holds. Told someone would call back. No one called. Called again at 9:00 p.m. only to be told after a nearly 30 minute hold that they would not be out tonight and it would be two days before they could come out. If you say you're going to do something, do it. Will not have my business ever again. Over-promised and way under-delivered. Beyond disappointed.
