I had an absolutely amazing experience with Drainmaster! After a sewage line backup, another company told me they inspected our line and tried to but we’re unable to clean out the line and that the root damage was so extensive that they’d need to dig up our yard and potentially cut down our tree to replace the whole line and that it would cost $6,000! I’m so glad I got a second opinion, Drainmaster came out and was able to completely clear the line and run a camera through in less than an hour. And now we won’t be needing to dig up our yard! The technician was wonderful and they saved us a ton of money, I cannot recommend their services enough.

Austin was very professional; he saw my basement flooded with water, all three rooms and started working immediately. In about 1 1/2 hours all the water was completely gone. Very happy.

This was my first experience with Mr. Rooter and I have been very pleased and impressed with every aspect of their services. They arrived within hours of my first call to assess the problem. As it turned out, it was a big job. They made all the arrangements to repair the problem and when they returned they hung in there until the repairs were completed (13 hours on site). Their employees were very friendly and professional. They carefully explained everything they had to do to fix the problem in advance as well as while they proceeded with the repairs. I have already recommended them to a number of friends.

They may not be the cheapest on the market but they have excellent customer service. Replaced our tankless water heater. They found several leaks in the walls and repaired those, without charging extra!

I called with a plumbing question and even though I was outside of his service area he was very helpful and giving out his time and knowledge. I recommend West Plumbing to anyone in the Columbus area!

Cody and Tyler are a great pair of electricians!!! They are professional, experienced, personable, thorough, thoughtful, and considerate. They did an excellent job rewiring half of my house and getting rid of old knob and tube wiring. I cannot recommend these guys and this company enough.

We've done business with you for 15+ years, but no more. Our last transaction we were charged for a garbage disposal without giving prior approval for the repair. We called them to repair a leaky sink at our rental property. No call from them about needing to replace the disposal, which we were charged over $200 for something that we would pay $110 at Home Depot. AND, we already had a replacement disposal on site for emergencies. If they would have called, they could have used that one and saved us $200. When we called about the bill, we were told that they never call about the repair before doing it. We can't afford to do business this way. Good thing there wasn't a crack in the sink because who knows how much they would have charged to replace that...with no call. Very disappointing.
